I went to this restaurant after I finish my shopping I was hungry firstly I had Russian salad it was awesome taste and after that I had order fo tandoori grill platter i experience with a great taste and with a great environment.the timing as soon as I order the dish within a few min i have get the order the food was very tasty with neat clean environment.the rice was well cooked with a aroma . The place was very neat clean with a soft music around i enjoy the food v much and decided to come hear .the service was very much good .the atmosphere was pleasant .

Summary: elegant, historic restaurant with outstanding North Indian food
We stayed at the Raj Palace hotel for 2 nights and ended up eating all 6 meals in a row at the Swapna Mahal restaurant (located within the hotel). We don’t normally eat at hotel restaurants, but this one was outstanding.
1) it’s a stunning royal dining room - with silk curtains, gold/silver leafed columns, and a huge chandelier. Dishes were served in fine bone China with silver bowls and cutlery
2) And the food was delicious. We had different dishes each day (tandoori meats & breads, lamb curries, desserts etc) and they were all great. Caveat - we mainly ate North Indian food, and didn’t try the western/European food nor the Indo-Chinese or South Indian foods.
3) Service was exemplary. They even custom made dishes for our picky kids.

Nice place to visit with good service and taste food.. food will worth your money and really nice ambience and interior for pics , totally recommend to go one star is less for the delay and boring atmosphere i found there else it is a good place to visit with family but not recommended with friends to have fun and party
