Review Mc Donald - Jaipur

MacD is one of the biggest and the best brand in the fast food industry. Burgers. Wraps and nuggets are awesome and tasty.

Overall perfect place but a little things need to be improved - 1. When self ordering, the print roll remains empty, no one is there to take care of. 2. UPI fails sometime so there must be other options rather than counter pay.

The place has been renovated, now you need to place the order on touch screen kiosks and then proceed to the counter to get your order. Liked the new updates though, it could be made paperless for the betterment. Also you can select the on table service while ordering.

I have taken a burger via drive through at 12:15 AM and it was totally worth it . Staff was good and food was hot and fresh ...loved the scheme they have on app usage which is 99++ you get a meal + soft serve . Total delicious for midnight craving ...I am lovinit

The friendly staff and digital ordering machine was good. And the meal was very good as well.

A very efficient & well run restaurant for quick bites. Loved to the clean environment & taste of the burgers. Staff member upon entry wanted us to use App even though counter was empty & when we asked for some napkins, he refused due to Covid-19 but somehow his colleagues did give them to us when they gave us the burgers.

Payment and billing system has been revolutionized. The joint is spacious with a driveby order kiosk which is too rare to be seen. The staffs are helpful, hygiene is at its best and Mr. MCDONALD at the entry is welcoming enough to make you click some photos with him.

McDonald's a favorite place to all, Crystal Palm McD's is special one, as it has a nice space to settle down, grab the burger and eat it over there. Else they have a good facility for take away. McVeggies is the favorite one, I'm just loving it!

Dined in for the first time after the renovation in year 2023. Now I can see Fast and convenient food ordering system with table service in the restaurant. Sitting area is designed very practical and comfortable thinking about all ages and small family get togethers. I can feel positive vibes inside the restaurant and can spend hours enjoying the lovely food and the ambience. Highly recommended restaurant!!!

This is the 4th time in a row that the fries given in the order have been soggy, apparently reheated. For a franchise like McDonald's this is a very poor service. The food is given in a bigger paper bag which makes it difficult to check them at the time of take-away.<br/><br/>No tissues given with the order either.

Mc spicy was not spicy i told them for extra cheese and paid them gor the same, even paid for the spicy sause dint get any.

Did not get the beverage I ordered. Restaurant didn’t inform me and kept the order on hold and caused further delay. Food was not fresh. The delivery boy has to suffer and wait because of the restaurants fault. Very unprofessional

This outlet, located at the edge of the mall also has a drive-thru option. The service is prompt and the dishes are freshly prepared. They match upto the standards set by the global brand.

Everyone’s favourite 💕 Best burger and everyone knows , mine favourite is mc veggie with cheese 🍔. Must try if you haven’t . There Mc spicy paneer wrap is also delicious .

Although they increase expectation in everyone mind by shutting it down and by promising coming back with a great taste. But I seriously feel after reopening, they has spoiled their taste in spite of improving it.

The place is very spacious with courteous staff. The service is quick. As the outlet is located in mall, it is easily accessible for people wanting a quick bite. Tried Veg Mc Maharaja and it was scrumptious.

This is a very busy Mcdonald's outlet in Jaipur city right in crystal palm mall.Always a good place to eat if you want to eat early morning before morning movie show in crystal Palm or after that or just randomly. One of the busiest outlet of Jaipur, it is always crowded with mostly teenagers. Like all its outlets, this outlet also offers the same menu, the only difference being the crowd. Most of the times, it takes a little time to find a seat to enjoy your meal. I like Chicken Maharaja Mac the most.

They have killed mcdonalds, i have no clue what went wrong with them, the size of the mc paneer spicy burger is now only 2/3 of the original one. Last night I went to outlet to get coffee, taste was really bad and coffee maker was not cleaned properly. They didn’t provide sugarfree even after multiple request.

Everything is great and all but the staff is a little slow in terms of service. Other than that, this outlet of McDonald's is fine. Good food at decent prices.

The best place where you eat different types of burgers and also they added more varieties but this time I am not satisfied to have combo meal McDonald's is well known for its uniform taste and prices. But today I found the burger Mc veggie​ was below standard compare to what actually they serve. Not only burger even french fries were also tasteless.

Entered store at 11:40am and it took me 15 minutes to reach counter. Because manager was busy in talking over calls and only one counter was active. I believe standard of mcdonald's are now kissing roads. It is Saturday what the hell was shift manager doing when there was hell lot of people in store. What kind of management mcd have. I wish I could rate it below 1.

Well McDonald's is one of the oldest and famous place with one of the biggest food chain in world and we are visiting here since childhood when our school was used to take a small trip to a McDonald's, what a memory that was.<br/>This is situated in the heart of city C-scheme, Crystal Palm Mall with a huge sitting area. I must say don't visit here on weekends as there is huge crowd there.<br/>I always had breakfast there.<br/>There McEgg Burger is the best with Hot Pan cakes and Coffee. McVeggie is the Best. Huge space, great ambience, good staff, a perfect Combo of all things.

So, this review is for the outlet in Crystal Palm. The ambiance there is quite good but not that attractive.<br/>As most of the it is crowded, so the staff lacks the service and it turned out to be really very slow.<br/>The sitting is comfortable and spacious.<br/>Mc Puff, Mc spicy chicken, filet , masala grill veg burger and Oreo Mac flurry are the one which you can try here.<br/>Somewhere it lacks the presentation, and it also lacks to fulfill the taste and demand for vegetarians.<br/>The staff was a bit unfriendly, place was not cleaned well, cards won't make for payment.<br/>The staff was really struggling to talk to the customer as looked like they were not well trained.<br/>It definitely lacks service.<br/>The food was also average not meet up to the expectations.<br/>Overall was not a good experience.<br/>Really needs a good improvement in staff, management and service.<br/>Hope you meet up to the expectations on the next arrival.

Anything that starts with "Mcspicy" is edible. Fries as a thumb rule, are always good.<br/>The beverage is always chilled & they have a drive by.

Unfriendly staff, place not cleaned, cards wont work for payment, opening only one order counter even tough the crowd is very much and lastly asking for 1 rs for ketchup. Overall 2.5/5.

Personally I just visit McD for having a take away to enjoy with a movie at the comforts of home....the problem is everytime i eat those burgers it jst feels like i wasted my money because the burgers from kfc,and even burger farm,taste far better than these.But then what,the service is excellent and for that "3.5".
