I have seen the shop in many YouTube videos and wanted to try their bejad ki roti.
It's a roti made of mix aata ( chana, bajra, Rahi, etc) and the portion size of roti is huge!
I like the Mirchi ke tipore and their lehsun chutny was next level!
Coming to their speciality, Inever seen this much Rabdi in stock in these huge bhagonas!

Kesar rabri when fresh is the world's best. But on one occasion I received stale sour rabri.
The thickness is also not consistent.
But when fresh its taste is unbeatable. Not too sweet and super creamy!

If you really want to try authentic Rajasthani food this is a good option in Jaipur.The prices are very reasonable but the place is very bad state they can improve on their hygiene as the food here is very famous among the locals they offer one huge roti with sabzi one plate is more sufficient for one person.
All time favourite rabdi spot, if you are visiting Jaipur and if you missed this item then your vacation is complete.

In sabji, pyaj taste is delicious and tasty,
I tried 1 plat of sabji roti which is cost around 90 rupee for one person and 100 grams rabdi which is cost 50 rupees.
This is old shop which provide traditional dish of Rajasthan. They provide thali of four type you choose according to your appetite the aloo pyaaz paneer sabji is very very good in taste and their baazar ki roti is also good in taste rabri is highly recommended. Parking is not there.
Try delicious thalis of Rajasthani as well as Punjabi dishes. The place has been well decorated as a restaurant in the main city of jaipur and is an outlet of the main branch.
Also facilities has been provided such as lift, extra space for dining parties and all. Food was very tasty especially Rajasthani thali serving aloo pyaaz ki sabji, bejad ki roti, lehsun ka achaar, papad as well as special mango rabdi which is mouth watering.

One of the must try place in Jaipur while you are on a Jaipur Trip. Their authentic Rajasthani Delicacies are worth every penny, try their Thali in which they serve Aloo Pyaz ki Sabzi, Gatte ki Sabzi, Raita, mirchi k Tipore, Rajasthani Lehsun Chutney and Bejad Roti with lots of Ghee on it. The restaurant have a very basic sitting arrangements, they are on Swiggy and Zomato also so you can order from here also.
Apart from their traditional thali try their speciality the Laccha Rabdi which is to die for. Their Laccha Rabdi and Malpua are just simply amazing.
Best every local food you can ask for … i was happy that my friend forced to go for sure for this place and after coming to this place I was just so happy and satisfied to have there yummy Roti made form Bajara and aalu sabzi was just superb … even there Rabdi was just yummy
