Review Royal Huts - Jaipur

Shreemaya offers a variety of North Indian delicacies which are of the finest taste and spicy too. I ordered khoya paneer and jodhpuri gatta. Both tasted delicious. We also went on a family spree to the restaurant and were hosted very genuinely. We ordered malai kofta, paneer lababdar ,paneer tikka masala with butter tandoori roti, gulab jamun and a cup of coffee.

One of the best restaurant in terms of food quality. GOOD AND EXPERIENCED STAFF,(Polite behaviour). Overall a good place to visit with your family or friends for lunch/dinner.

Food was ok ok... Parking space was available there. Interior is like you are in a palace. Backside of it also they have sitting arrangement if someone wants to try in a cool day... Card payment accepted but the day we went there card was not working. Washroom is just ok ok. Fast service.

Food was delicious. I recommend you to try Shreemaya paneer (special available). Service is nice and price is also affordable.

Super place... cant be missed by food lovers. I had Lal maas and roti post recommendations from friends. Have been to so many places and 5 star restaurants over years in Jaipur but no one justified Lal Maas the way this place did. Always thought why its so over rated. Today this dish was proved at Royal Huts. Old setup, no AC but place is cool because of greenry and indoors. this will remind you of old post British era hotels. Do Not Miss.

The place is good for family 😊 the food is good in taste but service is slow. The staff is quite less and the menu is limited would not suggest visit again and again.

Food is not good it's avg and the staff is good and ambiance is also not good it's decent we ordered honey chilly potatoes these are two sweet and quality is enough

Ambience is simple, music is extremely low on volume which is a plus point for people like me...Great to meet, eat and chat kinda place. Food served is not over the top but yeah delicious enough to tingle the taste buds. Non veg is fresh and well cooked. And veg is also prepared in aromatic spices. Must visit and is gold for on-budget folks.

Not good For nonveg. The ambience is not good. I think service is good but the food is not tasty. The place is not usually crowdy. I had a bad experience.

First of all the food is good here and I've been here couple of times.
But this time dispite of ordering a half murg-e-khaas they served a full plate claiming I ordered a full.
This is not what u expect from such a quality restaurant
I would give a '0' to their service and hospitality.
Also they are serving a ₹15 packed bottle of cold drink at ₹45 which is again not expected
The food is good but the experience was pathetic

ROYAL HUTS
so i visited this place yesterday on my friend’s birthday party..it is loacted at prime location in malviya near to scary mansion. This restro has a garden banquet..so my friend book garden banquet..so he arranged a fixed menu for us .. so there was dal tadka, paneer preparation, mix vegetables, veg rayta,breads,rice..etc.so food was just ok ..service was not good at all we were waitjng for breads and paneer .. so i am really dissatisfied with the service..overall it was ok.. (p.s.- there was nothing royal ..)

Yes... nothing 'royal' about Royal Huts if one is looking from the prism of interiors and ambiance. But when it comes to food and particularly Non-Veg menu this place is worth its dollar.

Having migrated from Delhi I am on constant look-out for an eatery that serves good non-veg dishes. I was recommended by few acquaintances to visit this place and I thank them for introducing me to one of the better non-veg serving eating joint.

Yes, it may not look very 'appealing' but end of the day our concept of eating out is - 'Taste supersedes other frills'. Our lunch order was of Chicken Tikka, Handi Meat, Murg-e-Khaas (Boneless), Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Jeera Rice, Butter Naan and Tandoori Rotis.

Preparation of Chicken and Mutton was to its perfection. Spices were not over exposed and meat was cooked so nice that it was melting with each morsel. Tenderness of meat also reflects that they use fresh material. Veggie affair was little par average but nothing that can attract positive adjectives.

My two cents to the management - Please add zing to your hospitality den as in today's conscious blind world its like 'everthing that shines is gold'. Deck up your place and am certain your table occupancy will keep rising.

Overall, our experience is worth cherishing for lovely mouthful treat we had at Royal Huts.
Strongly recommend for foodies with 'carnivore' tendencies ;)
Thanks Royal Huts!

I wouldn't recommend vegetarian there , but butter chicken and murge khaas are the best trust me try once. .

This was our regular destination for non veg food when I was in Jaipur as it is located at the backside of MNIT. Butter chicken and murgh e khaas tastes good and was our regular main course dish. Tandoori chicken is also good and is served schizzling hot. Ambience is very good as it is a cottage type restaurant.

Food was poor. Music was crap.
The services were damn poor and most of the items on menu card weren't available.
Clearly not a place to hangout or eat

Wow, what a disappointment. No offence but even street food is better than this crap. Do yourself a favor and find any other restaurant that at least happily serves you your food. And did I add that waiters are so lethargic and idiotic because they don't serve you the food, they just forcefully put it in front of you until you start eating that crap. The quality of food is pathetic, it will feel just like you wasted your money. So even after reading all this, if you want to go at this restaurant then there is something genetically wrong with you. I would love to give this restaurant a 0 star but unfortunately one cannot do that on Zomato. So please Zomato add that functionality to give 0 stars.

Pathetic staff, clumsy ambience, uncomfortable seating and to add to bad food!!! From quality to quantity to pricing they are bad throughout the range. A dhaba type restaurant which does not deserve your weekend savoury. They are far expensive than their standards.
Kamal Jonwal
From being a fine dine restaurant in 1996, this place has now reduced to just another restaurant in Malviya Nagar. The place is strictly ok, and not worth any special occasion
Subeer Sarkar
Located in a prime location in malviya nagar but thats the best it could offer. Shady ambience worsens the mood. Non veg dishes are worth trying. Not recommended for vegetarians. Only good thing is it remains open no matter which festival ????
Roopal Aditya
been there with my frndz at get together after a long time.
food was good there, love the spicy Chilly paneer ,
and spices used in dishes are of my type..so thumbs up
Sachin Chawla
First of all this is not an air conditioned restaurant it is air cooled. Coming to the food, not a very huge menu but food is good if you are like spicy marawari preparations. Service I found was little slow and waiters were like if they are feeding someone for free. Lethargic attitude.
Rupali Baghel
This is economical family resto. I use to visit there often .best experience of mine is on lohri . They organise a DJ party there .. It is economical nd the food is like home made ...
Kapil Grotra
Organized a small party at royal huts. Service was good . Food quality average. Soup was pathetic. Chicken was above expectation.

Royal Huts is located in a very prime location (on the main road, very near to the Malviya Nagar flyover). Despite that I have found people seldom preferring for Royal Huts to dine.
The place has a gloomy ambience which is not welcoming at all. Interiors are ordinary. Dining tables are ordinary. Waiters are apathetic, not interested in customers.
The food too just like everything has nothing new about it. I ordered butter chicken. It was neither the best nor the worst I have had. Ordinary I would say.
On the plus side, you get served pretty quick as most of the time you would find only you sitting and eating there. The food is economical too.
Damini Mathur
Absolutely horrible service. Butter chicken is pretty decent though. Only in business because of MNIT.
Plus one of their waitor is a total asshole.
Manik Doomra
When at a restaurant, ambience matters. I like the music here and the nostalgia. Slow service and good food are cherished. Go for north indian...

Not recommended ! Jus another ordinary place with load back service n quality ! No highlight other than the location ! Though the place has been there for years but still no 'plus'es !

Royal Hut was my favorite restaurant in Jaipur back in from 2004-2008..
I used to study in Jaipur and used to visit this place for every B'day parties of our friends and sometimes to treat ourselves..
We used to order tandoori chicken every time as they serve that in sizzler plate and was simple wow...
Lal Maans is another thing which could not forgotten...

I wish I could visit Jaipur again and visit my favorite place to relish my memories and their delicacies.. :)

One of the best non-veg restaurants around in Malaviya Nagar though only at times. Like during some festival, we even observed that the waiters were drunk. But our main priority was food :P

The best i had here was Rogan Ghosh.....BUTTER CHICKEN. They are super-delicious...again its only luck....at times it sucks and i was always lucky :P

Wide area for seating arrangement... small parties in outdoor was also possible. even the Chicken/Egg Fry rice is good. And its not expensive too..

Food: 4.5/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 3.5/5
Value for money: 4.5/5

Situated at a very accesible location (where jln marg connects to malviya nagar, just next to the fly over)
this place still is under rated and kept low profile by people,i dont understand the reason why..

Anyways,i have been here twice, just for the take away thing as i dont find the ambience suitable to dine in.
Food is very tasty and very dirt priced.menu is very vast (they have got seperate veg and non veg menus)

i am quite impressed by the place and wil recommend it to ppl who wnt a good take away which is low priced and serves a variety of tasty food.
Ruchi Bengani
It is a great place for a group of eight odd people to party. And yes, paneer pakora is yum!
