A place of work, I love the location and how accessible it is. Neatly done office building with all amenities that a multinational company's office ought to have. Competent security and Logistics teams ensure visitors are well taken care of and no unauthorized entry is permissible. The office is well connected by road with bus stand a mere 5 minutes walk away. Lots of eating options near by with a local 'chaiwala' a big hit with employees and visitors alike. There are 2 large malls in the vicinity of the building with multiple shipping and eating options.

Keep your ID cards and photographs. They are professional at entrance. Well structured interviews take place. Their cafeteria is no less than restro. Nice place to work. You will spot youngsters mostly 👌

Well, the work culture is good here. Extra secured for women, though, their have been some exceptionally cheap people around. Low Salary, Cost Cutting can be noticed even in their bathroom, etc.

Awesome place to work. I started my career from here worked there for around 2 years. Then joined somewhere else due to some personal problems. But I missed Genpact a lot. I was lucky enough to get a chance again to join Genpact again and I grabbed that opportunity. Its always a great fun to work with Genpact and learned a lot here. Worked under some very good managers who value their employees. Then again due to some personal issues I had to left. However, it's a good company to start your career and grow with. Only giving 4 stars because of below industry average pay offered by them.
