Review Bhati Veg - Jaipur

Economical veg restaurants and good staff but service is slow
Arpita Mittal
I have been taking there services from last 17 years and my parents from last 23 years... Also we have tried many other restaurants but non of them could satisfied us the services that this restaurant had provided us with... Staff and the owner are both kind and sweetened hearted... The kind of food that they served is soo good not only in taste but also in quality... I think that if someone tried there food then they can't forget it forever or never... Anything you can try all will be worth it... Thanks ЁЯСНЁЯП╗

I love the quality of food, service and customer relationship here. I am it's customer since 2007. The rates are also reasonable.

it is not trust worthy restaurant. Even if u would like to order pack the food then every time you will be surprised as your order has been changed automatically (I think it is the internal process of this Restaurant ). So never ever order to pack the food. Even if you make a phone call then first of all they will not answer your call. If some how they pick the call, then they start laughing instead of guilty. At the same time they say "Ok, Kal aake change karwa lena". what the hell this mean.┬а

So as per my view this is not trust worthy with the customer.
This place holds many childhood memories for me. We would come here all the time when we lived in the area years ago and even now I love to go there whenever I visit Jaipur. Besan ke gatte is a must try. All the other dishes are great as well. The ambience is regular but food very tasty.

This Dhaba situated very near to Tonk Phatak is yet an amazing restaurant with amazing food and taste! Well don't expect much from the ambience but trust me you will lick your fingers for the taste!
We ordered Malai Kofta, Gatte Masala and Paneer Butter Masala And tandoori rotis.
The quantity of food was good and the taste of gravy was amazing. The garam Masala and the onion garlic paste had an tasty combination which makes us eat the whole.
This place is best when you are out of money and you are dying of hunger. This place serves as 'Jannat' for all low budget family outings.
Take away facility also they provide and a lot of people can be seen visiting the Dhaba.
Overall we would recommend you to go their when you want something spicy and tasty but you are low on budget. Just go try it!

I can't even count on fingers how many times i have visited this dhaba. Menu is fixed for me "malai kofta with tandoori roti" and i have enjoyed them from my childhood. Don't expect much from ambiance but when you are low on money and hunger of demon just visit here.

This review is not based on based on a single Bhukkad guy but 12 of them!
Yes, i went to this "Bhojanalay" with 11 other voraciously hungry guys. We were hungrier than a horde of demons who were locked up for eternity and then let loose.
To get you an idea of our hunger, we licked clean 7 plates of Malai Kofta, 6 plates of Kadhai Paneer and God knows how many buttered tandoori rotis accompanied by unknown quantities of the complimentary salad.
The malai kofta, came in a yellowish gravy which was sweet and subtle. The koftas were a bit hard and were filled with lightly spiced paneer. The gravy had a dominant flavour of black cardamom which strangely worked in it's favour and the bold flavour went well with the mildly sweet and grainy gravy.
The Kadhai Paneer was so spicy that one couldn't really enjoy the soft flavour of paneer. Garam masala and garlic were two prominent flavours in it. Other than paneer, i could distinguish the usual slew of veggies (onions, capsicum, tomato.. A LOT of tomato).

The tandoori rotis were a let down. When i go to a dhaba, i expect the tandoori rotis to atleast be the size of my face (weird thing to use as a scale, i know), if not be bigger than that. Ours were puny. And there were times when the rotis were cold and had to sent back.
The complimentary salad was the usual, onions, green chillies and tomatoes with a lime. Nothing special in that.
The service however, is worth mentioning because imagine being a server to 12 famished, ravenous guys and still smiling. Both the servers took in our tantrums (cmon, we were 12 hungry friends eating together, no one can stop such a band of people from shouting, laughing and behaving like a bumbling band of baboons).

The bill came out to and our pockets didn't feel significantly lighter..
I rated them 3 because there are other dhabas serving better food at the same price but also there are resturants bad food and at much higher price than this (read: My review of Santa Banta's Malai Kofta)
Not a place to take a date but visit when you have little money and big hunger.

Oh yes! My favorite Dhaba. The reason for the huge difference in the Avg. rating of this place n mine is because this Dhaba and I go way back.

In 1990,My mother being a government employee was recently transferred from Jaipur to Udaipur. I was 4 years old. My father found this Dhaba to have hisdinner or lunch as mum was away. He used to eat here only and his reason was the food was good and it was the closest when it came to home cooked food.

Over the years, I developed a huge liking for this place. The Shahi paneer is supremely delicious and amazing, over the last 2 years the taste has changed or probably the cook has changed, it's still good but not as epic as it used to be. Dal fry is another such epic dish here.

Try the food here at least once if u can and you will know that the Sharma n Shankar Dhaba are way too overrated.

Well, dis was not my first time here but it feels like i should write a review for this one too.

Location : besides Gaura's Inn . just cross the Tonk Fatak and it is just a hundred meters away. Everyone there know this place.

Ambience : Simple, ordinary tables and banches. It is more like a dhaba then a restro.

Parking : No parking space as such. Park ur vehicle outside the restro . If u r lucky enough, u vil get some parking space.

Staff and services : Staff is good but services are a bit┬а sluggish (may be because of crowd).

Food : It offers a variety of indian food and regardless of whatever i order, the food is as good as always. Last time when i checked in, i had kadhai paneer and dal fry.

Cost : here comes the best part of this restro.Prices are very low and u can dine in here wid a little sum in ur pocket

Overall Experience : The place is nice. Food is good and it is low in price. Ofcource it is not a place for a party or a date but if u r out of money and in need of gud food, this is ur place.

P.S. : try the juice and shakes at the corner shop just besides it (simplly amaazing)

Nice one, go for it. I used to go here when I was a small kid. And recently went there and the taste has not changed a bit. I loved this place. Always go for the first floor sitting because it's hot on the friend floor. The food is cheap, authentic and service is good. Ambience is okay because it is an old restaurant. I always got excited to look at the trains passing by as the restaurant is situated near the tracks ha-ha. I feel nostalgic now.
3.5/5 for me.

I had dinner here with my family. After so long time I was looking for typical dhaba khana and this place had given me that touch. Tadka food in a very cheap rates. Pocket friendly place to eat in middle of Jaipur.

Dined here a lot as a student. The garden was good. Food was average and pocket friendly. A place for friends as well as family. But nothing too great about the place that u plan a special evening here
