Order reached in safe package as we used to take at ccd outlet. Cold beverages were upto the expectations. Nice packing and delivery. Good serve keep it up.

I don't know why I am rating this with even a single star. The worst coffee experience with CCD ever. Just have a look at the invoice first , elements added without request and charged nearly double the actual price of coffee.. lethargic staff, no cleanliness, even the bill was provided after continued followups.

Really bad service. Forgot our order. Only when we asked after 20 minutes they realised that they had forgotten our order. Billing also took 10 minutes because the person was busy on his phone.

Tried their new Chill Shakes which has an introductory offer now of Buy 1 Get 1 Free. There are four flavors - Strawberry, Chocolate, Kesar and Mango.<br/>We ordered Chocolate and Kesar and to our dismay the staff present then had no idea how to make Kesar flavored shake. So after a little delay our shakes were served and it was a complete disappointment. It tasted like Amul flavored milk with extra ice.<br/>No idea what was I expecting when I ordered this but now I know for sure am not ordering this again. Atleast not in this outlet.

It was the worst experience ever.<br/>I have wait there for 45-50 mins for a coffee <br/>And there was no other customer in the queue.<br/>I donât know what was hee making in that much time but what i get was horrible.<br/>I have wasted my 45-50mins on that .<br/>Seriously Iâll think before going there again.

i ordered one toffee cappuccino how ever taste of coffee is ok not very good . there isnt single item available for desserts . Ambience is not good there is very little space to sit ,only 4 small tables of total , at a time only 16 people can sit in the cafe , weird thing is they dont serve coffee in cups rather they use disposable s for all coffees .

Before you visit this one, make sure you're okay with less options. Located on the lower ground floor this CCD is in a open space. <br/><br/>There's barely anything available at the outlet, and of what all is available it is not so upto the mark. Ordered a jamun shot which was really bad and did not even tasted like if I'm having something related to Jamun.<br/><br/>For an exchange the staff wad courteous enough to change my drink, then ordered a caffe frappe which was good, some strong flavours. <br/><br/>I. Suggest management to play some role, nothing is available. Hope it gets worked out.

It has no ambience or sitting place. If you are like 3-4 friends then there is no space for them. Yes quality is similar to like other ccds.

Same as usual like all CCDs ... Lets not talk about taste & service .. Location is awesome at the center of the mall ... Peoples will gaze there eyes at you while r having a sip of coffee .. You will also feel sweating while having smthing hot in terms of drink :P
