Review The Kitchen 21 - Jaipur

I recently dined at [kitchen 21] to celebrate my parents 25th anniversary, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant and cozy, and the service was impeccable. The menu had an impressive selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The standout dish was definitely the [jalfrezi], which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The portions were generous, so we had plenty to share among our group. Overall, I highly recommend [kitchen 21] for any special occasion or celebratory meal. The food, service, and ambiance are all top-notch and made for a memorable evening.

This place serves excellent vegeterian food super n polite service. Jaindishes also available n quantity is really good. For tasty n good food do visit this restaurant. The place is owned by a Jain.

From the outside, you'd think it is a 2-star restaurant. But this is one of the places where looks are deceiving and the actual indoor area is pretty good. I wasn't expecting much but the food was above my expectations. We ordered Chhole Bhature, Cream of Brocolli Soup and Vegetarian -something- sizzler. The soup had less Brocolli than I'd have liked but then again, for the price and quantity, can't complain. The taste was on the sweeter side of things but I can see it going really well as a taste reset button in b/w eating your meal. The contrast would enhance the experience. Chhole Bhature were excellent, 2 bhatures and both of them big and well made. Tbh, I can't remember the last time I ate these this good. Sizzler was no slouch either. It had pieces of pineapple for imparting sweetness and it was marinated in something, although I couldn't identify what it was. Tomato pieces were big and intact, no shriveled skin and yet..the moment I took a bite, they burst into juice enveloping all that was in my mouth. Not a pro but it lead me to think that the chef `may` have used Sous Vide to achieve that. Two kinds of sauces in it, both well made. What suprised me is that it ticked three boxes, quite a rarity. Quality, Quantity and Price. All of them lined up. I believe that you get more than what you pay for (atleast relative to other similar restaurants in my experience, tho I haven't visited many admittedly). The expertise shows when you order items from different cuisine classes and all of them are good. So the chef is versatile and knows what he/she's doing. The hand wash place is located outside the eating area and is very barebones. My guess is that they directed all of their funding towards food, which shows. There were 3 of us adults and all of us were mostly hungry and got full from these 3 items mentioned above. It was opened 4 years ago in 2019, so recent ig. If they got popular, I can see the prices going up so imma add it to my 'go-to' list before that happens. P.S. Kudos to the guy who took our orders. He served from the bowls to our individual plates without prompting and let us cancel our extra order without any fuss when we requested (we got quite full). Extra points for that

This was first visit .. we went there directly from airport for lunch and the first impression of jaipur was given best from The Kitchen 21. Thank you so much.. good was great and ambience was great too.. service was nice .... Felt very excited to see more about Jaipur
