Review Silk Route - Jaipur

I went here two months ago with my sister and had a lovely dining experience. The staff was really nice and also taught us how to use chopsticks and I was successful xD We ordered their much recommended dimsum platter, Singaporean noodles and mochi icecream. All of these were delicious and nicely represented. The only thing they need to work on is the parking space.

This place is perfect to get the Asian vibes. The food is good and fresh. Tried multiple things from the south Asian cuisine. The thing I loved most about this place is you can tell them if there are any dietary restrictions, they will take them into account while preparing food.

I'd recommend the curried mushroom ba buns and the shiitake mushroom sushi. Ambiance is something that can be improved about this place. Otherwise the food is pretty good.

I enjoyed the great taste that "Silk Route" has to offer with a great environment The sushi is a must try. With such colourful dishes in a colourful place.

Just ordered delivery from here - got sushi, stir fried noodles and steam dumplings. As a Chinese, I will say that the taste was pretty good, except that they didn’t taste like Chinese food. The noodles were too oily and tasted like Thai curry, the dumplings also had some kind of curry flavour, sushi was good but rice too mushy. Hope the restaurant can keep up with the quality and service however! Thanks for a very fast delivery.

Perfect Chinese and south Asian taste.Very authentic.Loved the food. Sadely only vegetarian.

The delicious Vegan Pan asian in town @silkroute.jaipur Pineapple Babycorn glass noodles salad and som tum salad definitely recommended. Soups are lovely. Chinese hot and sour full of silken tofu and Shitake mushrooms. Damn. And Moochies mango coffee and American nuts ice cream platter. 💯💯 The complimentary apple tea at the last was just mesmerising. Excellent management by mr mrDeepak, mr Kishan and ms sushma!

A nice restaurant I had my dinner at. There are some Thai foods. I had Thai green curry. The taste wasn't pure Thai like I had before. But it's really good.

Our evening began in Silk Route, a multi-cuisine restaurant with thin hanging chandeliers and a beautiful ambiance. We enjoyed Avocado and Mango Sushi, Crunchy Cottage Cheese Bao, Truffled Mushroom Dumplings, and Basil Rice. Sushi was given in two varieties wrapped with sushi rice: packed with Avocado and Mango salsa, which was a delectable option. The truffled mushroom dumplings were incredibly delicate and steamed to perfection, stuffed with Mushrooms and tossed with Truffle oil, which was a chef's kiss. The crunchy cottage cheese bao was a very soft steamed bun, packed with cottage cheese that had been marinated and fried, and it lay between the buns with a combination of chili bean sauce and togarashi mayo, The basil rice was rice steamed and tossed with Thai chili sauce and fresh veggies with flavourfull basil. We also tried delecious combination of Udon noodles and Mapo Tofu,The Stewart was very polite and helpful in recommending the dishes.
