Review New Shahi Karem - Jalandhar

If your a food loving person and Care about the delicate blend of tastes but can ignore the messiness of the place..then it's a place you can go to. A family restaurant.with very friendly staff. The food has the special blend of taste that only come from a Muslim place.. Some of the dishes that go into the must try list are the SHORMA. I think they are the only makers of SHORMA in Jalandhar. There's Afghani chiken.. Nihari Mutton, kebab, all are really good. Roti and Naan, rumali roti are very good too but only if eaten there.

The owner is an awesome guy. Food is good, very hard to find halal food in Jalandhar, this is one of the few places. =)

Good food good flavour good staff Price is very good U can easily have dinner in for around 200 to 300

Worst ever Hyderabadi Biryani I had in my life. Hyderabadi chhodo, simple Biryani kehlaane ke laayak bhi nai. A BIG KALANK on Biryani's name. It was just simple Namak waale low class chaawal with feeka namak ke paani mein boil kiya huya halaal chicken. Totally beswaad. Only good thing was the quantity of chicken but kya faida agar chicken aakhir kutte ko hi daalana pade. Sharam karo aisi ghatiya Biryani parosne waalo...aur sharam karo 4star rating dene waalo nalaayko jinke jhaanse mein main aa gaya. Those who considering to order it, ghar pe hi namkeen chaawal banna lo, jyada enjoy karoge. 🙏

One of my favourite dish #chicken angara.Loved this dish a lot.never tried any other items because of its awesome taste and flavour.I order it twice a week.The brother’s and the uncle over there are very friendly and caring,always tries to provide your order on the time

One of the worst restaurant in Jalandhar . I ordered biryani and it was totally made of low quality margarine and i felt uncomfortable after eating it .taste was also very poor . And they added gravy pieces in biryani which were stale .very bad food

Prices are too high and i got half cooked chicken biryani.they don't even give full plate biryani. Little bit of rice and packet is full of bones less flesh.

They do not send gravy with their specialty 'Biryani' ! Writing it in special request doesn't work either. Overall tasty. But biryani doesn't go without gravy.
