Saffron is the chain restaurant , I have visited Ahmedabad,mehsana. Now the first time I went to jamangar with family , food and ambiance is best but staff could not give service up to the mark , you need to wait for so long.

Food are too good.

In a city where vegetarian is quite prominent Saffron certainly does exhibit a certain level of lovely ambience, atmosphere, and character as in terms of being a proper servicing restaurant. Otherwise, when it comes to food, restaurants especially, so many vegetarian restaurants are at neck and neck competition with one another, and this war will make some fly and some nosedive. But Saffron, I for one, believes that it headlines the competition in one of the front seats. I came along with a couple of my friends for my birthday celebrations. Indeed, the atmosphere was silent but the ambience had plenty of aesthetics. The cutlery too was quite well placed and everything was well arranged. They served us my cake on a beautiful cake top. While the servicing did deserve some applause, it was the menu that took away our breaths. So much to go through before choosing a dish and this author must say that there are numerous dishes one foodie like I, would love to try. However, we played safe with our choice of starters. We ordered Honey Chilly Potato and Paneer Achaari Tikka. The potato starter was just lovely and moreish. It was fragrant and aromatic with ample heat and sweet, balancing the entire dish. The more exotic, Paneer Tikka on the other hand, was a visual spectacle but a fete in the mouth. A sensory delight that needs an ovation for its well conceived flavours. From the moreish to the smoky char, it was a delightful dish. Coming to the main course, we weirdly opted for Italian and Japanese. A pasta dish for each one of us. We ordered two Veg Lasagna Pasta and Pan Fried Noodles. While the veg lasagna had a great flavour profile the pan fried noodles weren't exactly soft on the palate. It was a riot of veggies and fried noodles with more of a pasty gravy rather than a flavoursome broth. Partly disappointing but there was some happiness in the bowl of food. With all said and done about the food. It was quite delightful on the overall note. The prices were pretty reasonable, the menu was just extensive in a great way, the service was laudable and so was the food. And I had a lovely time celebrating my birthday at this restaurant. I cannot say if it's a must visit but it surely can be one of the main priorities for a weekend dinner party with good food.

When we reached there, it was raining and hotel staff came out with umbrella to protect us from rain. It was a great experience for my family. We took dinner there. Outstanding food with very nice service. Polite staff and great service. Beautiful venue with beautiful amenities... Best food, Punjabi, South Indian and many more...

Good place to get continental cuisine in JAMNAGAR Great food

my most fav. restaurant in jamnagar the quality quantity and the main taste is best which i liked and its ambience the best. and its buffet dinner is very good .
