Review Blue Bird Cafe & Restaurant - Jodhpur

Fabulous place to eat and take in magnificent views of the fort. We had 3 tasty curries and naan between us and a lovely chat with the owner. A must visit whilst in Jodhpur.

Lovely sunset views. Nice live music. Food was ok but wasn’t the best we’ve had. Not sure if it was intentional but added our bill up incorrectly and added an extra 100rp- make sure you double check.

Had a great evening here - best view of the fort, especially from the very top platform, and really good food. Nice vibe, great menu and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend A++

Easily the best food we had in Jodhpur. The Chana Masala was unreal. Live music while we ate. Everyone is super friendly, especially Kamal. Great view from the roof. It's a must if you visit Jodhpur.

Genuinely can't recommend this enough. The owner is lovely, the food is unreal. We had a HUGE lunch that filled us up so much we had to take some home!! Tandoori chicken was outrageous and please try the bluebird salad.. for someone travelling a while this was nutritious and super tasty! A must do while in Jodpur and I haven't even got to the views which are second to none of the old blue city and the fort during day or night!! 11/10!!!! UK visitors December 2023 xx

LOVE this place! Amazing food, so fresh, hearty, tasty and big portions. They even made me a gluten free millet chapati! Which is so rare for Northern India. Incredible views of the fort. Beautifully furnished. Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff. We were looked after by Ganpat and Kamal, they were so friendly and accommodating, with perfect English. They put incense out for us and provided hospitality like we get in the UK, which is hard to find in India. We came back twice in 2 days! Highly recommend.

This bar had live music and the entire experience made my trip to Jodhpur totally worth it. The band had such amazing energy, the entire bar was dancing, laughing and clapping the entire time. Food was great. Owner was sweet. Good vibrations. 100% need to visit.

Amazing view of the fort - great food, nicest staff and owner, Kamal. Highly recommend. We ordered the egg curry and rajasthani chicken curry.

It is a place where you can breathe an air of freedom and lightness. Very good fresh food is made to order. Kamal and the staff were very kind, hospitable and very nice. We had lunch there and returned in the evening for the live concert of traditional music... There was a magical atmosphere of sharing. Thanks Kamal and the staff for your kindness 🤗

The vibe of this place is just breathtaking. The moment you enter the restaurant you will get to see the mesmerizing view of the Mehrangarh Fort. Cheery on the cake is delicious food of this place, I tried Rajasthani chicken, laal maans and oh my God the taste was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place because of the delicious food and hygiene. Kamal Bhati the owner of this restaurant would do anything to make you feel at home, I requested him if he can provide an item which is not in the menu and to my shock he arrange that and didn't even charge me a single penny of that food item. This place is indeed 5 out 5.
