The Omelette Shop is located near Ghantaghar, Jodhpur. Beware of fake omelette shops, there's a lonely planet reference on the original shop. So I heard that father and son duo runs this place successfully for past 30 years. I am sure that son made omelette for us. We ordered masala butter cheese omelette which was really great. But I think as an Indian you may not feel excited because we are so used to omelette. It's a small shop, so don't expect ambience.
I wanted to have breakfast after visiting the fort and I was suggested this place and to go to the “Omlette Man”
1. There is a wide array of types and sizes of omlette one can get. It’s so crazy there when it’s time to choose. I had Paneer omlette, Paneer cheese omlette, double cheese omlette etc. yes I went there for 03 days 🤣
2. Forget if you are looking for an ambience, it’s just a small stand in middle of a two way road near a old gate, with plastic seating. But once you get the omlette, you forget everything!
3. And not only omlette he provides fried eggs, boiled eggs, poached eggs. Name it and you have the type of egg.
4. The bets part is they don’t hurry. They make every omlette and plate with equal attention and love. He smiles and asks you to wait for your turn all so politely!
He uses more than 2000 eggs a day so you can imagine the popularity. He’s listed on lonely planet, trip advisor everywhere!

Popular ones being butter cheese masala omelette loved by all. Spanish omelette and Alibaba is popular among foreigners. Plus owner prepares at super speed n you dnt have to wait longer for your turn. I have always had butter cheese omelette and have never ever been disappointed..last visit i tried french toast too and super liked it. Authentic ! You can’t afford to miss omelettes from omelette shop if you are in Jodhpur. It is located in old city and serves some of the best omelettes you will ever had. Alibaba and cheese butter omelettes are my favourite ones.
A must-try if you're in Jodhpur! A humble stall selling a variety of egg dishes. Tried the spanish omelette and guava juice. Was seasoned beautifully w salt and pepper. The shop has a long history going back to the 1970s and has been here for decades.Very few seating options available.
The eggs were very hot and difficult to hold. But they were tasty. A little too much mayo for my liking but hey, next time I'll tell him not to use so much. Very nice guys. They also helped me with my sim card and sold me chocolate. The guy making my eggs was telling me some great stories. Stop by for a snack if you're in the area.

Best Omelette in the world!
Many different types of very tasty Omelettes. The guy from the Shop is really kind and friendly and will help you if you have any questions about india. Also a nice place to drinking Chai or any kind of cold beverage. It is a place to be in Jodhpur, we will miss it a lot!
Good fast food next to the market. I had masala omlette (sandwich) , taste very good.

Don't expect a tranquil lunch, as you will be seated on plastic benches at the busy gate of the market, but we find ourselves returning for the Ali Baba omelette.
Motors and tuktuks are buzzing by, locals are giving a stare, but frankly we don't care. Give it a try!

Great little Omelette stand in Jodhpur - the owners there are very lovely and the omelettes we had were so good. Definitely recommend if you’re at the market.
