Best of the 3 restaurants in Welcome ITC, Jhodpur. It’s multicuisine so kids are happy with a great kids menu. Staff are very helpful esp Mr Dharampal, Sunil and Chef Gopal, who went out of their way to make our meals comfortable. Overall dont miss their dal fry.

We went there yesterday for my close friends birthday Dinner..I have been to welcome for so many times but this time i tried Shola and it was just an awesome experience..I can't say much more go there for once and feel great..you are gonna love the place,food and Vibes of that place.Staff is very helpful and well trained. It's a five star property and these people will not disappoint you.

The food is amazing at Chinkara. The staff at Chinkara are very courteous , specially Om Prakash in the dining room. Furthermore, the restaurant manager Akshat comes across as very caring and trustworthy. Both of them are an asset to your organisation. First things first 1. Location: Pretty far from the main city of jodhpur ,so you need to have a taxi booked with you. It's basically in a village location. So peace and tranquility are in abundance. But if you need some activities options are limited. If the concept of away from city is to be implemented properly then there ought to be some cultural events at night when one cannot go out of the property. 2.Property .. Beautiful property and well maintained as well. Very courteous staff and ambience is very enchanting. But some of the room features are faulty. Just like the air conditioning system of the room which gets stuck on at a particular temperature of 20 and below. Asking the mantainance people they give some very weird explanation that temperature can not be regulated. So either you freeze yourself to death or suffocate switching off the ac. Food..Good food, not exceptional though but worth it. 3 . After 8 :30 pm no food available for the driver which is not acceptable at any rate. 4. One special mention for the staff especially Sasmita and vikash who were very nice and helpful....actually went out of the way in helping us making us happy. All the other members were equally nice and courteous at all times.

The hotel was luxurious and tastefully decorated, with beautiful and spacious rooms that had all the amenities one could ask for. The staff was exceptional,thanks Dharampal for a warm and welcoming attitude. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.all ambience is good the staff is very polite in such relation of hospitality.

Delightful food, gracious Chef and F&B team, and comfortable setting made the family dinner memorable. Kudos

We had a pleasant stay and great service. Hospitality was on point and the food was delicious too. I was surprised when I was served with hot pancakes, my style crisp masal dosas and freshly made chai for the breakfast. Extremely polite, welcoming staff :)

Excellent Resort with great ambience but services are slow and not up to the reputation of ITC Welcome hotel chain.

Awesome dining and lunch experience at ITC.. Service was top notch and so was food experience. Looking forward to more of fine dining at ITC.

I would definitely give it 5* rating and all friends and family had a great food experience.i would appreciate Dharampal for good hospitality and such smilling faces.
