Review Cafe Laalten - Jodhpur

Shrutika Thete
A cute place with colorful decorations all over. It is situated in a small lane and has a variety of dishes to offer. They have a seating area at the rooftop which gives a great city and fort view. They serve delicious food and tea. Do try out ginger tea for sure. The quantity and price is great but service is a bit slow. The best thing is that it is open till 1 am so you can go here during night time and relax ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ’ซ

Owner made the food fresh, great view with the fort in the back from a roof top. I got the manuchurian dry and the Gobi sabzi with garlic Naan. Both were delicious! Had a great vibe. While it took some time to make dishes, they were fresh and great. Highly recommend

One of the best cafe; I ever visited. Personal favourite. The art room or i can say the peace room of this cafe is the place where an art or literature lover can sit for hours. The rooftop and wall painting is perfect. Overall i had great experience here.

Lovely environment. You can tell the owner cares about the cafe and the food thatโ€™s made. The Mix fruit oats/muesli is perfect.

Lovely location, nice food and the man who runs it is very accommodating. It's a good view of the Fort and the white Palace too.

A gastronomic journey with a view! This rooftop gem offers not only a breathtaking panorama of Jodhpur's majestic Mehrangarh Fort but also a feast for the taste buds. The buttery richness of the paneer, flavorful lentils, and perfectly crafted butter roti make for an unforgettable dining experience. The furniture, adorned with bright local lamps, adds to the charm. A must-visit for those who appreciate good food paired with an enchanting ambiance

We had a great experience at this cafe where we had a lovely dinner overlooking the fort and all the locals flying their kites from the rooftop! The owner was very good-natured and humorous and prepared the food fresh himself. It was very tasty and reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend!

We were here 2 times and it was very nice. The view at the rooftop is beautiful and the quantity of dishes is also great. The waiter is friendly.

I love this place. You're made to feel so welcome, and the filter coffee was just what I'd been craving for weeks. If you're looking for somewhere where you'll be made to feel at home, where you can relax and just be while being graced by a warm and kind smile, then this place is worth stopping into. Find your way down the narrow street of the old city, wind your way inside, up the narrow stairs, and this little oasis with a small library and shaded rooftop will open up before amidst a painted stairwell and potted plants.
