Review Hotel Sai Mahadev Restaurant - Kalyan

My recent visit to Hotel Sai Mahadev Family Garden Restaurant left me with a positive impression. What stood out immediately was the excellent value for money. The quantity of food you get for the price you pay is impressive; you won't leave hungry, that's for sure. Service was another highlight. Our waiter was not only attentive but also remarkably prompt in addressing an unexpected visitor - a friendly cat who was constantly seeking attention and food. Without us having to ask, he skillfully handled the situation, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for us. This proactive approach to customer comfort is commendable. While the ambience was good, I believe there's room for improvement. A few tweaks could elevate the overall dining atmosphere. Nonetheless, the space is ample and can easily accommodate a large group of people, making it suitable for family gatherings and events. In summary, Hotel Sai Mahadev Family Garden Restaurant offers a great balance of quantity, price, and service. With some enhancements to the ambience, it could become an even more inviting place. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family looking for a reasonably priced dining option with attentive service.

Class food taste. Sufficient quantity. Worth it.

It is very good for small parties between friends or family.non veg dishes are really best.lolipop(tandoor) are of very good quality. If your are taking alcohol here then you must dry chsna koliwada.main course taste is also very good. Ample parking is there.but you have to find that hotel as it is not road touch.just a entry gate there on the road.

Good place for family dining . Drinking is allowed here . Good place for party and birthdays. Big place for celebration . Staff is good. Cost is normal . Taste of food is good. Service is also normal, doesn't take more than 15 mins .Overall experience is good here

Visited This place on weekday Even then it was full.. Loved the open seating Place for family they have sections for Family and Drinkers,Also found it reasonable. What we Had from Menu: Chicken Chilly ( Recommended🤩) Roti Chicken Tikka masala (Too Much color Added☹️) Crispy One suggestion to hotel , Don't add too much color in Gravy , Rest all Was good. Went there at around 2pm. We were 12 ppl with 5 kids below 5 yr old. Kids were hungry so we aksed then plain daal and soft rice.. which they gave immediately in 5 min. But kids dint eat 😄 We ordered daal khichadi, paneer chilly, masala papad (1st order which also came in 5 -10min) we ate other dishes like chicken handi, paneer & mashroom handi, Paneer kadhai ani rotis along with rice bhakri. Food was good, no1 had any complaints and the service was prompt. They have a separate family section and opposit to that there is a small party lawn cons: 1.washroom and washbasin is far 2.parking is limited so in peak hours it can be an issue. 3. cold drink variety is limited 4. quantity can be little better. 5. NO DESSERTS!

They have AC rooms and open surface also for dinning . Veg non veg everything is available here

Awesome place to have dinner and lunch. Tasty food with good waiters and AC. Sometimes the food arrives late but a good connection or conversation with the staff will solve the issue. Place is mostly crowded with family and friends at the top or main seating area and bar downstairs. 4 stars as the place can become noisy due to crowd occasionally. Overall affordable , nostalgic place to be when there.

Chicken handi was a total waste of money.. it was just spices mixed in water.. big turn off..!!

Dear foodie, if u are in search of good and tasty food then this ISN'T THE PLACE. I went to this place through reference. I ordered desi chicken lapeta on recommendation of manager himself. Before ordering I got it clear that is it ORIGINAL desi or a RR,he confidently lied that its ORIGINAL. 1000 bucks for RR ,unimaginable. I asked preparation time and the manager replied 25.min, I was convinced that they would cut fresh n cook but I was wrong as I got the parcel within 5 minutes. Not only the taste was BAD but also the chicken was absolutely boiled and TOO STALE.<br/>I never expected such preparation from so called DHABA.<br/>

A hotel with Dabba's feelings.<br/><br/>Chicken Lollipop, Butter Chicken with Naan is my staple food. Had the same here has well. Was tasted nicely. Isn't that mouth watering bt not at all. Average taste can be improved.<br/><br/>Cheers.

If you want to have a good meal then don't go to this place. Most of the dishes served were not hot enough. Chicken Crispy and Chana Koliwada wasn't tasty at all. Chicken Fried Rice and Hong-Kong Noodles were bit fine. Chicken Tandoori was good one.<br/>Staff doesn't pay much attention. Overall experience was not good.

Been there many times. Restaurant like Dhaba feel. They have different sitting areas for family and different for people who drink.. They have open garden sitting too..<br/>Non veg is totally recommended here..<br/>We mainly order chicken lolly pop, koliwada Chana, Masala Papad, Prawns, Kebabs etc

Pathetic service the waiters act as if they are serving food for free.. No proper service and very bad quantity of food this fckdup dhaba is not worth our pocket<br/>I repeat the service is disastrously slow your order will arrive the next day.

The place is great looking though the dhaba prespective type its awesome.<br/>but the service is bit slow you can say very Much slow in rush hours.<br/>But the food is yumm and even quantity was great and even pocket friendly.<br/>Do try their "Butter chicken", "Chicken dry fried lollipop", "chicken chilly", "paneer crispy", "fried rice", "Butter naan" etc .

I have been to this place before and i came back here solely for the amazing biryani that they had. However i was very disappointed the second time because the matka biryani smelt and tasted rancid like oil. I did not even finish what was on my plate because i just couldn't. The next morning a lot of us also got a throat infection which possibly was because of the oil in the biryani. I hope the management takes some action about this because otherwise this is a very nice place with good food n good service.

The food is ok, however the management is rude. Didn't provide for a schezwan dip despite asking for it. Also outrightly rejects for home delivery. Zomato please remove the option of home delivery as it's not true

Recently I was there with friends for friend's birthday party but had a bad experience ....Food quality is not good and the service is even worst.

Recently visited April 2018 for friend's birthday party ,located in khadakpada, near flowervally, food quality is good, live match broadcasting, bt service is too slow, ambience is excellent, restroom clean , outside seating available.

Worst service by waiters,and food quality and taste was bad worst,in veg triple rice they r putting mango and green peas what to say and staff talking rudely,I will suggest to try any other option

Taste: Recently my father went here with his group of 20 people, and the happiness I saw on his face after coming back made me write this review for you guys.. They tried Veg Manchurian, Veg Crispy, Paneer Butter Masala, Mix Veg and Rice Flour Roti.. Food was interesting, tasty, mildly spiced and had a Maharashtrian zing to it..<br/>Service: Fast service and proper uniforms showed how serious these people are about customer care.. They served such a huge group without much of a tussle..<br/>Ambience: Mammoth area 😳 properly furnished with plastic furniture and floor.. it is a huge highway style dhabha right in the middle of city.. Huge parking is available, it is a great place to be specially if you are a bus full of people and traveling through Kalyan..<br/>Value for money: 8/10 All in all a good place to be at..😊

They lack at providing good service though the food is good. There are different sections for family and general crowd which is a good thing. I loved the kababs here and mushroom. Not a bad place overall.

Plus the food service is very slow and the food tastes like shit and sand. DONT GO HERE FOR NONVEG. On top of it if u want to order drinks they will rudely say to u go and bring it from outside. Wen u will complain about slow service, the staff will be very rude to u and will make you eat their dunk food. So if u want a good life and no criticisms better dont step here..

Hotel Sai Mahadev not actually a hotel but a dhaba. This place should be recommended for having a budget booze time with your buddies or a budget meal.The ambience gives you the feel of a proper dhaba with drinkers sitting all around you and having their "Me" time. Hotel Sai Mahadev should focus more on their hygiene and their arrangement of tables. Overall an average place for having your drinks and food

My best experience till date with the dhabas, chicken lapeta & tandoori chicken lollypop is a must try. There's a lot of scope for improving the service. But overall a great outlet for authentic desi taste.

We had Chicken tikka for starter which was above average, butter chicken is probably best dish I can have here.. Chicken dum biryani was average.. If u have plenty of patience to wait for food its good place to visit , taste is really good n affordable too...

Brink ur own drink in this dhaba..catch a friend who drinks and eats non veg .. enjoy fish koliwada and prawns don't miss the pander tikka overall not tht great for family as it has a family section but yeah good place for friends

Open space hotel....food prices are more than what mentioned on zomato. Dont get fooled with food prices mentioned on zomato.<br/>Zomato database is outdated i guess. I hope it will get updated soon.

Sai mahadev is one of the best dhaba in kalyan cities prime location on highway road. It serves nonveg and alcohol but for families they have separate space.<br/>After hearing a lot about this dhaba I tried its speciality chicken dum biryani...<br/>They also serves biryani in matka and you can have matka dum biryani take away also.<br/>Nothing much to say because I haven't visited it again but it is really nice place to enjoy with your friends, grab chicken and have gupshup.
