Review Toasted N Roasted - Kalyani

Affordable place and ambiance was quite good.we have chicken reshmi kabeb,veg fried rice & chilly chicken.Chilli chicken was little bit 🔥.

After waiting for some long years this cozy restaurant ultimately offering the items we were searching for. The overall ambience is good. Every one was very cordial. The restaurant madam really cares for each individual. At last the food was really good to taste. Oh the garnishing was also upto the mark. The price is worthy. I highly recommend everyone to take a break from taste of your common items. I wish it's long journey and surely wish to visit again and again.

One of the best restaurants in Kalyani. Ambience is world class. I along with my best friend had been there one day. The items are first class. Every single dishes that we ordered is truly delicious, awesome and marvellous. Specially the Fish Orly and Shashlik ones. The prices of the items are economical. The staffs are very friendly. Bit pricey with good food and has a nice ambience as well. The variety and quality of food has been held up well through several years. In this process the price has indeed went up a bit. But in my experience its worth it. Overall this place gets a strong recommendation to visit for any fusion food lover.

Wonderful restaurant. This restaurant is unique for its quisine. I specifically love to have Chicken Sizzler ( meal) and Chelo Kebab (Meal). Waitress Suparna and Chef Koushik- they are nice persons.

5 of us gone for having our dinner from IISER KOLKATA. It was a great experience. Food was great and ambience was also cool. Overall a 5 star experience. The food quantity i say is a little less, but its ok.

Food priced very well,quite large portions...for takeaways,the way they pack the food clearly shows love and respect for food and strict hygiene measures....staff courteous and hrlpfu,follow hygiene measures very well.Food served is piping hot,so it is quite safe to dine out even in this pandemic situation.

At a first Glance place was very good. Let's come point by point Location:This place is easily accessible via auto toto bus train..it is very near to ITI more ,beside main road..15mins in toto from station maximum. Environment- Overall good not a big place but very good environment.When I visited it was less crowded later I saw many people coming in. Staff Behaviour- Staff behaviour i will say 100% good,the man who served us food and menu card is a gentleman.I stayed there for a long time no complaints I got that I have to leave as early as I finish my food. Food-Food quality was ok.Honey chiken was something I tried first time it was delicious.French fry was ok not up to the mark .Desert was good overall 4 out of 5. Price- Price are reasonable when I go through the menu it seems that price for few items are on higher side.I get a proper bill from the restaurant GST bill. Overall I love the evening visit I had over there ,would love to visit again.

Very satisfying hospitality with unique choice of menu and garnishing or presenting, whatever you may call, is absolutely wonderful !! But there's a lot more scope of improvement. If they can come up with what they are really thinking, then Kalyani will really face something unique. But the decor and the interior is not up to the mark. Well, I guess they will work on it very soon.

Nice place, good food & quality is nice. The one thing I did not like is the lack of seats. But other than that, it’s pretty amazing.

Yesterday had Fish Ajwain tikka and chicken malai kabab from here. Both the dishes were excellent. It was perfect kabab treat one can have. Am also very happy to see the way they are maintaining the hygiene. Great job!<br/>

Yesterday we visited this place. The ambiance was good. The staffs are very friendly.<br/>The foods are tasty. Though the price is lil bit high. But the restro is great.

Went to this place after a long time. I was extremely dissapointed the first time around, hence thought of giving it one more shot.<br/><br/>First off, the decor is simple but modern. The ceilings are adorned with beam like fall ceiling structure and small led lights that bring a nice flow to the space. The staff is really courteous and after every dish they came up to us to know about the food. <br/><br/>Coming to the food, we first ordered chicken sweet corn soup with chili cheese toast. The soup was thick with copious amounts of chicken and corn. But it was too much on the sweeter side which turned me off. The chili cheese toast was made using normal loaf bread. But the quality of loaf could be better. Enough amount of cheese was used which absolutely stole my heart, but I was dissapointed to find out that they used only green chilies with not one tiny piece of red chili flakes. <br/><br/>For mains we ordered their mixed fried rice and hong kong paneer. The fried rice had that typical kolkata chinese flavour that we all love with a hit of umami. The amount of veggies and meat in the rice was simply astounding. That won quite a few brownie points from me. Now coming to the hong kong paneer, it was a chinese style cooking with chinese five spice. Since chinese fice spice contains star anise, the dish was begging for a hint of sweetness but the chef showed no mercy. The saltiness and the umami overpowered creating a hotch-potch. <br/><br/>For desserts we ordered chocolate brownies. It was topped with half-beaten whipped cream which begged the question 'why'? Also had hot chocolate sauce poured over it which is always wanted by any brownie. No coming to the actual star of the dish, the brownie, it just fell flat from the roof of a 10 storied building. The brownie was tough, dry with irregular crumbs and I can bet that minimal amounts of cocoa were harmed in making of this travesty. <br/><br/>All in all it wasn't really a great experience, but I would go back again for their fried rice, if not anything else.

Ordered 2 items, on Jan 29th<br/>1.Honey bbq chicken wings<br/>2.chixken bbq sizzler So for Chicken wings I can't say I loved it but it was bang average(3/5), and I didn't like the flavours much. But the sizzler was very nice, there was a huge chicken piece, some roasted veggies and potato wedges. I can't say it was the best I had so far but it was surely (4/5) dish. The chicken was very tender rice was flavourful wedges were crisp just the way you would like. But previously when I ivisited I ordered fish sizzler and IMO it was the awesome. So anyone want to try the sizzler ill recommend the fish sizzler over the chicken one.

I ordered pizza. Hated it. Not soft at all. Felt like the dough was refrigerated for 7 days before use.

Firstly look at the amount. You people are charging 80 rs for this? And this is mousse? Have you people ever had mousse before? Please go to some decent place and eat. This is not what actual mousse is. Very disappointed.

I had ordered for BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA from your restaurant...I had the worst experience ever. We ordered pizza, and we got this, I am really not sure if that's a pizza. We don't expect you to match the ranks with dominos or pizza hut, but atleast don't make a fool of your customers by showing those fake pictures in Zomato app. This is really disrespectful to the customer

Worst experience today...ordered chicken club sandwich which i have ordered before also...but todays experience was worst...bread was not fresh...sauce sachet was open and it spilled out and spoiled the packets....hardly could find any chicken ...sandwiches were only filled with mayonnaise and tomatoes....french fries are usually given along with the sandwiches that was also missing ...horrible experience...will never order here again....guys plz be careful while you place order here...

I don't know it's my first time in kalyani eating pizza ...i orders a regular bbq chicken pizza (cost 108 rs including delivery charge and 40% discount) but its too small .i previously ate Domino's regular pizza a lot and also expected that this pizza would be something like that but it's too small😅😅😅😅😅.never goonna buy from this restaurant again . delivery was very fast thanks to zomato.packet eto boro ar tar modhye pizza ei tuku😆😆😆

This is not as much as I expected. That French fries are better than it.. Worst sizzler l have ever had. Poor preparation of sizzler. It was not cooked properly. Very bad in taste, but their service was good.

As per price pizza's size is too small. Pizza quality is Average. Price is little high. But Delivery system is very good & delivery boy's behaviour is very good. After delivery pizza is totally broken like crumbs.

The BBQ chicken pizza is very bad , worst pizza I've ever had. Pricing according to the quality of food is too damn high. Mousse was quite good. Ambience's good.

The food was ok. Not as great as the price got me expecting.<br/>The djp was horrible. No flavour at all.<br/>The fish was smelly. Didn't expect smelly fish fry from such a restaurant.

My order was crab cake with rice. Price was almost 300 rs. The crabs were soft tender and good to taste but the bottom part of the crabs were burnt. I don't know why but I could smell that burn all over the dish. The rice was good in taste but the quantity was so little. Overall unsatisfied with the order

Food tastes good also the ambiance is quite good. But the amount of the food is debatable. However the desert menu can be and should be enlarged. Chicken roast is not that good but the volume of the meat is appreciable. All these leads to a go go call.

Try the chelo kebabs. It may not be of Peter Cat's standards but still great and unique. Ambience quite good and the staff too are courteous although seemed to be a bit inexperienced. But the food is really good and makes up all the deficiencies of being a relatively new resturant. I will certainly visit again to try the other dishes.

I had ordered BBQ Chicken Drumstick from this restaurant through Zomato. Taste was not soooooo good. It was Ok at this Price. But i would like to suggest some improvement for better taste of this item. However Packaging was nice.

Burger was good but paneer was not good.<br/>Quality of paneer seems not to be good. Paneer was sour in taste.<br/>I threw out all the BBQ paneer.<br/>Total wasted😭😭😭

So my actual rating is more like 3.5, but zomato doesn't allow that any more. To be honest, right from the start I have wanted this place to succeed, because it's a rarity to get such dishes here in Kalyani. Kudos to them for maintaining the menu and not giving in to the tried and tested formulas. In pivtures you would find panko fried chicken, fish and chips, chello kebab, chicken Stroganoff rice and more. The quality is decent, but not extraordinary. The price is slightly on the higher side, but I am fine with it as lomg as the quality is maintained or lifted. In short, good place if you are going for snacks, but main course could do with a bit of lift up.

It's awsome.and delivery boy behavior was good.more over i told them to add some extra cheese nd they fulfilled it. And there promotion offer is also awsome to me because I'm hungry for this.
