Yummie food, range of options, fresh fish and homely meals. Slightly slow service, but probably as we entered right when lunch service was started; can be overlooked.

Lovely ambience and delicious food. Place is well maintained. There is ample parking space. Restaurant is easily accessible from the highway.

Incredible cuisine and a delightful ambiance! The restaurant exudes the charm of a traditional Kerala tharavadu. The culinary experience was equally outstanding. We savored their delectable beef chatty curry and koonthal roast, complemented by noolappam, porotta, and vellappam, all of which were exceptionally delicious. One of the best restaurants in Bekal.

Rating 5 stars for the ambiance and food. The food may not be the best, but it is definitely up to the mark. The place evokes a feeling of nostalgia and the lighting and seating arrangements are great. The place is clean and well maintained. Would be great if they can have someone maintain the bathrooms and wash area consistently. The staff is courteous. There is a separate play area for kids which is a plus. There is plenty of parking space available. The restaurant is easily accessible on the highway. Would recommend this place.

Food was good. But the service is very slow and average.

Nice ambience, good food. There is a kids play area too. They have fresh sea food counter on display, you can choose the fish/crab you want to eat from there and they would cook it for you.

Excellent restaurant little away from the town and traffic ...very well set up ambiance and delicious food...quality and taste of food is really good and restaurant has a splendid vibe which can be enjoyed with both family and friends.They also provide live fish option which also is reare in and around kanhangad. A children's play area is also available which is well maintained and safe for children. Small party hall which has a decent capacity to hold small groups of people around 50 for small family functions and dinner.i really recommend this place as this place won't disappoint you 💯

The ambience is splendid with a "nalukettu" vibe and the cleanliness is also top notch. I had chicken biryani from there which has reasonably good, but nothing extraordinary. They have meals and other specialties like "chattichoru" as well. Ample parking space is available.

Amazing food and location. The restaurant felt like being inside a traditional Kerala house. So beautiful. The food was equally amazing. Had their Mughal Biriyani and I’ll have to say that it was one of the best biriyani I’ve had in a while. Best restaurant to go to if visiting Bekal.

This hotel redefines the meaning of the word service. Probably the only elite restaurant that does so. The good quality, staff behavior and price are fair enough, extremely good considering the other available options. Must say this would be the best option in Kanhangad

This place looked lovely served lovely and behaved lovely!! An unassuming and comfortable ambience complemented by good service esp. For family dining out... Food served was very yummy.. Everything served was fresh and yummy to the core... Staff was very prompt and courteous inspite of being crowded..the waiters shinu and Mithun were very prompt... The fish tawa fry we ordered was very tasty.. The unique flavouring was very impressive.. Please try to bring varieties of fishes.. Kids play area is also a highlight.. Overall it was a treat on the palette... �

My first time experience wid family at bungalow 47 was awsome. No words to say... Gud ambience n Tasty fud.... Have tried their neypathiri, fish thava fry, porotta, daal curry, friedrice etc.. Little late to serve ( I know it's their first weekend after inauguration ) .. But waiting time is not boring bcz I enjoyd the atmosphere.. kids have playing area.... . All d items are superb, masala on d fish is very tasty. Service was good nd rates are also reasonable...They have a live fish counter.. a big parking area.. feels like sitting at home.. keep it up guys.. ys ofcrz we'll visit again n highly recommended ... all the very best �

Right from the check-in you will feel the most beautiful atmosphere inside the Bungalow 47. The location is pretty, just adjacent to Kanhangad and the resort itself is spread over a large area, beautifully landscaped and impressively laid out in a very good traditional style. The water fall inside the restaurant maintains a cool atmosphere overall. Each and everything like the dining area,seating arrangements are maintained well. The core reason behind the great success of the Bungalow 47 is the helpful and pleasant staff with a very good and timely service.The dishes were served well and staffs were keen to help customers in their needs. Overall, I recommend Bungalow 47 to everyone because in my first visit itself i felt that its just a beautiful dining away from home.

ഒരു മെനു പോലും തരാൻ മര്യാദ കാണിച്ചില്ല... അത് കാരണം നമ്മൾക്കൊന്നും സെലക്ട്‌ ചെയ്യാൻ പോലും പറ്റിയില്ല.. പിന്നെ അവർ പറഞ്ഞതിൽ നിന്നും തണ്ടൂരി ചിക്കൻ ഓർഡർ ചെയ്‌തു... ഒരു പാട് varieties ഉണ്ടെന്നു കേട്ടു ഓടിയതാണ് ബന്ഗ്ലാവിലേക്കു.. ഒന്നും നടന്നില്ല... ചുരുക്കി പറഞ്ഞാൽ we are not satisfied...
