An exceptional lounge/cafe in town, ideal for any occasion. The culinary offerings are simply outstanding, boasting a diverse menu with an abundance of options for both drinks and non-vegetarian delights. The only area for improvement would be ensuring that the staff is well-trained and exhibits a humble demeanor towards the customers.

1. Food was very expensive. Above average food. 2. Liked the pizza, pasta and drinks. Didn't like the sizzler and they don't know how to make a tiramisu. 3. The ambience was good, very beautiful interiors.

This place the best avenue you can expect in kanpur city and not just that this place excel in all departments whether it's food, ambience or service. There are 5 restraunts in total you can choose to dine in any one you like, some are open air while others are enriched with beautiful ambience. The food is delicious 😋 😍 and you'll not regret going here and spending time with your family, although it's a little expensive bit worth every penny.

Waiters and Managers need to understand that they are in the hospitality business. Food is good, we ordered pasta and pizza. The pizza was okay but the pasta was very good. Quantity not at par with cost. The restaurant also has a banquet hall at same location, whole baraat passing just aside from the restaurant looks crazy, that's not something expected from a fine dine restaurant. Drinks are overpriced.

The Place offers excellent food, soothing ambience, and a lively atmosphere. Hookahs and Alcoholic beverages are aslo served here. Quite expensive but worth the bucks. The staff is also very polite and their service too. This place is in Status Club.😋😊♥️👌🤙🏼😉

Visited today with Buyers and it was very good. Nice place for parking and sitting arrangements are also ok. Decoration is very good... We dint try for Hukka aur Sheesha... But foods were superb... We have taken Chilli Chicken, Chicken Chowmin and Chicken Fried Rice...

We ordered ice cream and Pizza. The ice cream we got on time but pizza took more than one hour to deliver to our table. Otherwise the service was good. The pizza was really good. It worth the wait time. Overall happy with the experience and ambience. We took some photos in the outside lawn.

This is a resto-bar which they opened in a resort for outsiders as well. They have two separate dining areas -Italian and Indian. We tried only Indian cuisines. Food was decent but if you are looking for very strong flavours you might get disappointed. The chef has tried copying the taste of Big hotel chains like Taj, Hyatt and Marriott but has made it tasting kind of bland instead of making it subtle. Food is definitely over-priced. The ambience is good compared to other fine-dines in Kanpur and surely you would like not to compare it with Fine dines in Big Metro cities. Over all a decent place for hanging out with friends and fam and you can surely give it a visit.

I am not happy with the accounts department they are not at all helpful once the party is over they are least bothered about your hospitality and other needs they promise me something else and did something else. Its better for the one who uses their services to confirm the bill and all the payments n procedures. My suggestion ask them twice

I always love the visits to this place.been visiting it since my school dats and it is only getting better each day! Though the space is loud and noisy enough as per the seating for anyone to talk nicely. Food is great but very few salad options for salad lovers. High prices and must say they can do better with drinks too. Wine was not contained as it should be! Disappointed a little on that front.

Its a nice chilled out place as we always search for the cool relaxing ambience,its the only single place . The things that goes against the ambience and level of this place is the hospitality and the quantity of the cocktails for example I had ordered a LIT and every one knows it should be served in a long tower cylinder jar ......But they served us on a tiny regular glass..... Kindly think on this and make the place best in Kanpur...as location is great

Visited this much talked about cafe Dhuaan & my experience was good, I really like the interiors here, sober and classy ambience, but the music was too loud for people who wants to do some serious talks.. Food & drinks were good, bit overpriced I think, but it's all worth it, I would love to visit this place again..

On my first ever visit to Kanpur, my friend took me there for dinner but I must I wasn't expecting this kinda lounge/cafe in kanpur. I thout it would be okeyish but I was soo wrong. Ambience of this place is phaaaadh and very cozy. I loved every corner of this place. I don't remember what we had their but the food was good. It's a must visit when in Kanpur.

The food and the ambience is really good.Lasagna, Noodles, Ravioli and Risotto is really good and a must try dish. The quantity and  is okay and they have a good variety of cocktails. The service is good and a must go place.The quality of food is good. The food is a bit overpriced as per the quantity.

Giving 2 star because despite of 5 star services and Quality of food they charge more than MRP on water bottles , however 10-15 rs extra doesn't makes much difference but it is something that shows Honesty and Customer service standards.<br/><br/>Management should take this a serious note , If they are charging more than MRP and call it a Service Charge than I will say it is something wrong and unethical .

Actually we planned to visit stone but it opens at 7 so we visited here...and have to say that it's ambience is superb 5/5...staff is but slow...we have ordered pizza , cheese toast , tropical shake, virgin mojito and one more mocktail of orange flavor(actually i forgot its actual name)...shakes and toast was tasty but pizza was literally very disgusting we ordered simple veg pizza and it was only full of tomatoes with no cheese there were no other veggies other and tomato and few slices of onion..that's it in veg pizza...we just ate 2 slices of pizza and have to leave the rest coz it was very bad....thanks😊

Ambience was nice and very much decorative. Risotto was creamy and spicy. The toppings in the spanish pizza were fresh and the creaminess of the mozeralla cheese was mouthwatering.

This is one of my absolute favourite places to go to in Kanpur!! The menu is extensive and excellent! <br/>I’ll go as far as to say that you can order anything blindly, and it’ll turn out great. Great food, very cosmopolitan ambience, good selection of alcohol, especially beers... we found Erdinger Dunkel on most occasions available, as well as most of the other exotic stuff. <br/>Pasta dishes, the wood fired pizzas, fried fish are to die for.

Prices are towards the higher side but still not prohibitive.<br/>But service is pathetic...<br/>Went there last Friday .Ordered Dimsums , Garlic rice , Manchurian and ONE Hukka<br/>They billed me for TWO Hukkas...when I pointed the error the manager very promptly offered to remove one.<br/>He was so prompt as if he knew about it !!<br/>I asked to cancel the wrong bill and issue a fresh bill .But even after insisting he made a cutting in the bill and denied to change it ( pic enclosed ).<br/>Asked for my contact no. and name ...noted them on the bill.<br/>Strange accounting practice .Cannot understand why he did not issue a fresh bill.<br/>Something fishy !<br/><br/>

QUITE an upscale place inside a club even named as "status club". We were new in Kanpur and looking for a decent place to hang out that also serves liquor. Didn't know it would be inside status club. The place is neatly done, not overdone. Good staff and as the reviews said, they do play loud music which was fine by us. We ordered a mushroom sauté. It was differently good and so was the special non-veg biryani which came in three different parts, mutton, chicken and fish. The screwdriver tasted different both times I ordered, second time being better. Some cool songs were playing, one song was new to me, I asked them for the name but they couldn't find out. Anyway, the food and ambience was decent enough. However I have to say it was still way too overpriced. Paying 500-600 bucks for the mushroom sauté didn't seem to be justifiable at all. All other items were only more expensive. Hence, the value for money was absolutely absent. Other than that, it's all cool.

The food was excellent . The appetisers were lilting . Thin crust pizza was good . Garlic noodles was yummy . Lamb chops were good but could do with mashed potatoes etc . Mutton biriyani was tasty . The disappointment was the sizzler , didn’t have any veggies on the sides & chicken was in premium whereas the dish was chicken sizzler !!!

As much as this place costs , the food served here is amazing.The Nachos we ordered were presented to us like a work of art with cheese dropping all over the place .<br/>The sheesha was awesome and with replacement of a single complimentary coal can eaisly get you for an Hour or so .

Situated as an adjoining restaurant to Status Club Resort, it is a place which attracts all types of crowds, be it solo foodies, couples on a date, an office team, gang of young adults or a happy family. The interiors of the place are beautiful, a lake of white pebbles as you set your first foot in. Dhuaan provides seating both on the inside and on the outside. Hookah is served only outside and the guests are made cognizant about the same. There is a big screen in the outside area, for avid cricket lovers. <br/><br/>Talking about food, I ordered the following -<br/>*Mushroom Milano Pizza*<br/>A thin crust pizza topped with mushrooms, mozzarella and pizza sauce. The pizza was a little over cooked, and left black stains of over cooked crust on my hand. Had it with a Tuborg beer, the combination was fantastic.<br/><br/>Headed to the same restaurant the next day, and ordered the following-<br/>*Veg Galauti Kebabs*<br/>Six pieces of soft Galauti kebabs, served with nice onions and corriander and mint chutney and nicely plated. The kebabs were a little spicy, but they just metled in the mouth as I took a bite of it.<br/><br/>*Garlic Parmesan pasta*<br/>Penne pasta with toppings of Black & Green Olives, Zucchini, Red & Yellow capsicum, Mushrooms and Broccoli chunks. The penne was soft, the sprinkles of parmesan was visible and the pasta tasted good.<br/><br/>The experience was wonderful, completely fine dining, with no compromise on food quality.<br/><br/>There are two cautionary remarks/ experiences I would like to add with this review -<br/>1. During my second day of dining, when I asked for water, the server got me a sealer Himalaya mineral water, and I politely asked him to get normal water for me instead. He returned with another bottle of Himalaya mineral water, this time not the sealed one but it appeared as if it was used. He poured the water, but I was cautious and I didnt have the water.  (The previous day, I was served water from a normal glass jar, and this inconsistency of serving normal water from a Himalaya bottle didnt fit well). When i asked for the cheque on this second day, the restaurant billed me that half used Himalaya mineral water bottle, and on being pointed out by me, they went back and rectified the bill. <br/><br/>2. There were very limited options of alcohol at the restaurant. To mention, no Wine was available. In the options for beer, only Tuborg was available and for whiskey there were limited options too.<br/><br/>Nonetheless, the restaurant is doing a great job and doing justice with the tag of being a fine dining experience.

Ambience and food ate excellent. But I have a complaint. The water bottle served is priced at Rs. 50 MRP and they are charging Rs.80. According to Supreme Court rules, they are violating the laws. I request everyone to keep a check for the same.

Worst, pathetic experience.I went there on last Friday (8 the December 2017).We ordered some food items.Along with me my wife& father in law was there.After sometime my wife went to toilet.They have both gents & ladies toilet separately.Some times later my wife came & told me( literally she was shedding into tears).She told me that she went to toilet,locked it from inside.After sometimes someone suddenly opened the door of the toilet.She was deeply shocked as it was one of the male staff from the club(Status club, Restaurant name Dhuaan).Later she checked that, the lock seems closed normally when she closed that,from inside but due to some maintenance issue it is not closing properly.This fact was unknown to the management & restaurant staffs( as they told later).As soon as after leaving toilet premises,my wife came inside the restaurant to me & told me the entire incident in details.We went to the restaurant manager & told him entire story.He told us( after discussing with staffs) that the unknown person was not from their employees/ staffs,rather a outsider. Immediately after some discussions with them my wife recognised the culprit. surprisingly he was one of the staff members (False information provided by manager initially).Instead of saying sorry literally he was staring at my wife in a inappropriate manner.It took such a long time for him to say sorry to my wife.Management behaviour & cooperation was not upto the mark.Rather they were justifying their own reason.Later they put a " Under maintenance" tag outside of the toilet room.My question is, in such a premium restaurant like Dhuaan,how such type of intolerable incident happened? Good people are coming outside to taste lucrative dishes.The cost is excessively high but they don't have a ladies housekeeping staff for ladies toilet separately.The problem was unnoticed & ignored by management (ladies toilet maintenance must be done on priority basis). In Dhuaan ladies toilet area if you want to go to inside the toilet you have to pass through two doors( similarly like other restaurants). If someone unknowingly enters through the first door( specially a male) he would think thousand times to enter inside the urinal area as some ladies may be inside( for which you have to open the next insider door). So I think in this case no excuses can justify this intolerable incident.I would not prefer anytime to visit there.This unwanted event has shocked my wife so deeply that till now she couldn't came over that trauma,she is mentally disturbed somehow.The attitude of management is not upto that level( compared to other premium restaurants).I visited there several times but frankly speaking it was my last visit to Dhuaan..... Really shameful experience was there.

Horrible service in the pan asian festival..Food very ordinary..Ordered two dishes for main course, one Japanese Tapanyaki and one burnt garlic noodles. Served Tapiyanaki with flat noodles and billed us for two orders. No one to listen and explain . Pathetic experience

Worst chiken lollipop I've ever had. In my 1:30 hours dinner 3 times power cut occurred. The place was very noisy as if m sitting in a dhaba or theka.

When I was in school, this place was considered as a dreamland for us. It was the time when hookah came into picture and we started drinking booze, so my review will be of a bit earlier scenario as I don't know the current status of the place. Dhuaan is one of those places which makes you a bit high with its drinks and hookah and also charges you with the buzz of the public and foot tapping music. I have been to dhuaan a number of times and I couldn't find one loophole in this bar. There hookahs are amazing giving you a wide range to choose from, same goes with alcohol. Continental, Italian chinese cuisine of Dhuaan will satisfy your without any regret as they give you value of money. Thin crust Pizza, chicken lollipop, Whiskey hookah and platter are some of the must try of this place and I highly recommend you to go there once.

The hookah here is not at all good.. more smoke than flavour. The food also was below average, not at all value for money. Service is slow too.

Indeed one of the best places to hangout with friends with elegant interiors and lip smacking food. <br/><br/>The interiors is done up in white n blue which gives it a cool yet classy ambience. The exterior seating arrangement is not fit for a summer afternoon though. Another drawback is that since the place is small, it gets full very soon and also a bit noisy at times. The service is also quite slow, you will have to repeatedly ask for your order. <br/><br/>The food is no doubt one of the best. They serve the best thin crust wood fired pizzas in town. DHUAAN.... one of my favourite and most visited place in kanpur city . Located in cantonment of kanpur city this place live upto the category it falls in..yes -fine dine. Ambiance is pretty cool .Services are upto the mark. They are one of the innovative people in town, be it their menu display or presentation. But I would suggest you to experiment with taste also, like we ordered cotton candy shake presentation was appreciable but taste could have been different from a strawberry shake. Though the new eatery that they have add@ed recently was dal makhni pizza which I couldn't try and would love to try the next time am visiting. MOLECULAR rasmalai which was chef special was totally exquisite. But there is just one thing which I didn't like much was they were charging too much for the water bottle which was unreasonable so please see to that.

The place is good for service only, rest is only in air, quality of food is not worth for its value, very disappointed to see worthless previous reviews.

This place has always been the talk of the town. Superb hookah and drinks experience. Chicken espatada is what you must try. Other than this is the strawberry crush hookah and assorted shakes. A bit pricey on the drinks. But still superb. Thumbs up

Since I'm initially from Kolkata I didn't expect much from this place but this place surprised me to the core. It had such an amazing ambiance and the hukka was good, I loved the food. Only thing it lacked is the servicing which was really slow.

Huckka is awesome, especially the one with milk base. Most of the delicacies served are really delicious but I found them slightly over-rated and lesser in amount. Ambience is good but sometimes you might find problem getting your choice of seat due to air conditioning issues. <br/>Overall experience was quite good. Will definitely refer this place to others.

Definitely one of the better, if not the best ambience and cuisine in Kanpur. The elaborate choices and multi cuisine options on offer is superb and so is the food.... Kudos to @vikasmalhotra!!

Dhuaan is popular Fine dining restaurant located @Status Club. The ambience and hospitality are commendable. Restaurant serves various cuisines ranging from Italian to Continental. Food quality is excellent, one can spend a leisure time with friends and family. Coming to food some of the dishes are just WOW!! (Gilauti kabab and Mud pie etc), nearly all the dishes which i had were up to the mark. Place deserves to be listed in one of the top restaurants in the city. A must try, but would suggest to go for dinner other than lunch to enjoy interioir and ambience to its fullest.

Dhuaan is located in Status club, Kanpur.  FInding the restaurant may be difficult;  you need to tell Status Club specifically to Auto / Vikram for locating it.  But the food, ambience and service were awesome.. Chinese and continental type foods are really tasty, also wide variety of beverages are available. Though the price is on the higher side as compared to other restaurants in Kanpur,  it's an awesome place to spend quality time with friends..

Located in the status club, Dhuaan is a really nice place to hang out with friends. The ambience is pleasant, the food is great. We tried the crispy spinach corn and crispy Thai chicken which were really good..the chinese items are worth giving a try.. however the price is a little on the higher side, but the food is totally worth it.

Ordered LIIT pitcher which was good. But the serving could have been better. Wasn't easy to share with the partner. <br/>Also ordered peene pasta and it was up to the mark.<br/>Service and ambience is something this place has to work upon.

Nice ambience but very very poor service .I went with my friends. They were not like professionals and told us that we don't know how to order. At last,  they literally told us that the kitchen is closed so we cannot serve any more food and we did  not  complete our main course. I suggest if you want to spend money effectively then go to another place.

Ambience is pleasant, decor is boring and could do with better imagination ... staff is alright, some of the food items may not be available on ordering ... food quality (both veg and nonveg) is good ... risotto, biryani, clay oven baked pizzas, soups are all decent, portion size is generous... they have outdoor seating for smokers and hookah lovers.... a very decent place by kanpur standards and a good option for a night out with a bunch of friends ....

Heard a lot about Dhuaaan. And was one of d best in kanpur at some time. But now food quality is before average. Only gud for people who want to enjoy aromatic hukkah in a dark place filled with aromatic smoke everywhere. Don't take small children because too much smoke in there for babies. I went with family ordered noodles and chill chicken and few other dishes but all were hurriedly made and were not good.

This place is very special to me as I met my wife for the very first time. The beverages served with sumptuous food has made my date feel special. The staff was cordial and so was the music. Nice interiors and ample space of parking. Food is awesome.

Amazing ambience. The place is "the" place to be if you wanna hangout with friends and want decent music playing in the background. Price is a little steep, but that's what You pay for the ambience I guess.

Located in status place , this place exudes romance! Dhuaan serves good continental, italian stuff with both in and out seating arrangement. Its a treat to see the way they serve food. I remember having ordered lasagne verdure, lebanese mezze platter which were fine. Mocktails/cocktails are worth trying. I loved their mojito. Overall its one if the best places in kanpur to hang out. The food, ambience, hucka, service all get a thumsup. But make sure you don't indulge too much into the hospitality and forget to check your bill. This one has a very bad reputation of charging extra drinks and food on your bill. When it happened with me it was a shock but then i came to know from my friends that its a regular practice in both their restaurants Dhuaan and tycoon .. So guys beware.

A good place to hangout with friends. A very good and peaceful ambience. The sheesha is also good and the quality is up to the mark. However it is a bit expensive but the quality of food is absolutely worth the money.

To put it in one word, “PATHETIC”....service was poor, pasta was just eatable, noodles were bland and the major disappointments were service, staff and hookah....we had to wait for 10-15 mins for the service guy to come whenever we call...hookah served was already burnt and they just couldn’t get it right till we were done with the meal...we called for the bill, that too took 15 mins for them to present it....service charge is optional and it wasn’t removed from the bill even after the manager agreed to it....and so much of arguments too, not to specify anyone in particular <br/><br/>Degraded a lot...previously I rated the place 4 and now it has come down to 1....they seriously need to work now...its not about what u cant, it’s about how u deal with it....

Finding parking space can be a problem due to parties going on simultaneously at status club.<br/> Smoke from hukkahs can trouble some people. Food is good if you dont crave staple Indian fare (no daal sabji roti)

The most prime and elite location for dinner. It is the finest place at kanpur to be at. <br/><br/>Excellent environment...n excellent food...the prices are abit on the higher side but definitely the best option for a fine dining restaurant.

The ambience is amazing, but one has to wait to taste the delicious food. I tried new dishes which are very tasty and all that waiting does not really matters once you see the amazing food in front of you. . It is a nice place to have a relaxed evening with friends.

If you are just a group of sophisticated boys hanging out I would suggest that you totally avoid this place, the staff is very ignorant and would take you for granted. I have been here earlier with my family and was treated gracefully but after this experience I would avoid this place ever. Even after being unwell and in bitter cold I was denied the placement of heater next to my table which was in use by some loud college guys since the last hour. Disrespectful. They have just one electronic heater even after being such a reputable place. Special mentions to staff members "lalu singh " , " akadh gautam" .

The place has good ambience... First impression is always good.... Open dining is good too but bit shaky in sitting... Food is good and menu covers nearly all you want to eat. Quality good, quantity good, service is average means on a bit rushy eve you need to wait a lot... Overall a good experience.... Platter is the best thing to eat you may have to compromise with quantity.... Only con is its a bit heavy on pocket relatively....

Prices are fine...service is fine...good for couples not singles...if ure expecting an environment like pune or delhi, ull be disappointed...still worth visiting as there arent many good places here..

It's a nice place to hang out with friends must try the Huka. <br/>The decor is also nice with a pleasant atmosphere.
