This place is good and expensive too. But the vibes and view from this place is worth visiting here. Service is good also taste of food was good. There is a floor to dance also the theme decor makes it more beautiful. Main course and staters are (non-veg) really good in taste. If you are considering having drinks I have attached the pricing it help you to decide your budget before stepping in. Recommended surely you will love it. The only thing i didn’t like is there is a huge screen and they keep playing English songs (high volume) where everyone is half naked that doesn’t make sense to me and completely irrelevant.

This place has the best vibe in kanpur. Best music, best environment. It doesn't have really great food, it is not bad though but just doesn't justify the price. But everything else here is just awesome. You want to go on a date, or just want to spend some good time with friends. This is the place.

It has probably the best ambience among all the restaurants in Kanpur and at the same time the food is really delicious. Good place to hang out with some close friends. Definitely not the place for a big get together since everything costs a bit more than what it does in a normal restaurant in Kanpur.

I had a very good experience visiting TERRAZZA Good ambience rooftop lounge which gives nice stunning view of the city. Decor is Amazing, Food is mouth watering. I really loved this place and the menu is quite affordable. Love their terrace-top setting.I personally like their pizza, cheese fondue and bruschettas. Indian cuisine isn't that good.The staff is friendly. Visiting this place other than weekend is a good choice. Weekends are usually too much crowded. Sheesha is good, they have decently large drinks menu. Everything is just perfect.

The USP of the cafe is their roof-top ambience. The staff were polite and professional. We ordered (thin crust) margarita pizza and cheese rolls for starters. We had biryani, paneer handi and stuffed naan as main course and brownie as dessert. The dishes served were delicious. The quantity for the dishes were enough for 3 persons. The overall experience was excellent

An upscale place in one of the first malls of kanpur, a terrace seating arrangement, heard a lot about the place finally experienced it, although went on a weekday so didn't found it crowded, the staff is humble and quick to meet the needs of the customers. A must visit place. The only drawback I see was, being open rooftop its a bit nippy to sit in the place although they have heaters set up to compensate for it.

One of the best ambience in Kanpur....there is no indoor seating(only rooftop)...the staff is polite and well mannered....The food is good.....The biryani is super delicious...the lasagna tastes good....desserts are nice......Moong ka halwa is a must try along with the biryani

It was the most shitty experience at any place. this place served us with non veg sizzler today when i qm a pure vegetarian . It is such a big blunder hurting someone's religious sentiments like that .

I am at t9 right now and this has been my worst experience till now. We are strict vegetarians and they served us nonveg sizzler on our table when we very clearly demanded of veg sizzler. Very unprofessional staff.. Manager does not even know how to behave. Pathetic.. !!! He denied us to enter and not even allowed to wait as we reached 10 min before their opening time. My friend's wife was pregnant and we also requested that it was difficult for her to climb up the stairs, but he was not ready to listen anything.. very bad experience.

well Terrazza 9 is one of the best place to hangout with friends in Kanpur. The food is good and ambience is great. Best thing about this place is Vibe it really feels good, pure edm music, youthful environment. I have been visiting this place since 2014 and I never got dissappointed not even for once. Some people may found price for food a bit high but this place worth it.

Its a rooftop fine dine restaurant and its really good in what they do like food, drinks and music and ambience and all and its also gives us a pretty view of the neighborhood. Tried their daiquiri, sex on the beach and masala like cheese garlic bread which is better than the rest of the city's food places (which i had tasted) pizza is also good.<br/>Service is on a little bit slower side but in the mahaul they made its not a major issue all total a fantastic place to go with family and friends.

Well the ambience and decor is quite good. Food is mouth watering. I really love this place and has the quite affordable menu. Love their terrace-top setting.I personally like their pizza, cheese fondue and bruschettas. You could skip the Indian cuisine as it isn't that good! But the sheesha is good and they have a decently large drinks menu too.

Shockingly bad food! Had heard so much about this place when I reached Kanpur but sad to say that except the ambience there was nothing to talk about as such. We ordered chicken espanada that was spicy dry and accompanied with a skimpy little salad bowl. Left one wondering how they could justify the cost for it.<br/><br/>The icing on the cake was the sizzlers that was just onion rice with dry pieces of chicken. On complaining to the staff they just rolled their eyes and said that the dishes are supposed to be dry and that is how they make it.<br/><br/>Horrible experience - will never go again!

Terezza 9, the roof top restra is one of the modern designed lovely lounge in kanpur which mostly attracts lot of youngsters. It's a relaxed fine dining place with exquisite Italian food and stunning ambience. We thoroughly enjoyed and had a great evening after dining here. It's an excellent chill out place in the city. A little pricey but worth it as we get an impeccable service, unrivalled atmosphere with rocking music and dim light. Highly recommended.

Terazza 9 or T 9 as it is popularly called was perhaps the only roof top restaurant in Kanpur for a very long time before the new ones popped up recently.. the place normally plays good music on saturday evenings and attracts a lot of youngsters<br/><br/>The Pizzas of the place are great and perhaps thats what you should order.. they are consistently good.. have tried other food items aa well and hve been extremely ordinary on all occasions so if you want to be safe go for Pizzas<br/>They serve alcohol and most brands are available<br/><br/>P.S - The place was undergoing renovation last time around a week before this review. Went there last night...ambience was above avg...we ordered chicken garlic pepper sizzler, which was rather disappointing...they just fried boneless chicken and threw them there with some fried rice, that's it...and moreover there were 2-3 pieces of jackfruit in it! We went to this place since it was suggested and recommended by everyone we knew in Kanpur.<br/>Let me give you a little brief about their obsession with shoes and hatred for Indian attire "kurta pajama". Moreover their biasedness towards the Male gender.<br/><br/>You need to have your shoe pass to get across arrogant liftman who scrolls males up and down, making everyone wonder what they might have done wrong to attract​ another male towards them. Anyhow if you make it to the reception, the very swag receptionist tells you "chappal nhi pehen k jaa skte, hum toh samjha rahe hai upar jayeinge table dene se inkar ker diya jayega aur beizzati hogi".<br/><br/>And this chappal/kurta check is just for Males, who pay bills most of the times.<br/><br/>Living in a country with such diverse cultures, our nation has not put a ban on eating/enjoyment but these guys have.<br/><br/>Anyways I have been to several places across India but have never encountered such arrogance towards chappal, kurta payjama. You guys should ask people to go bare foot and call it Theme India and see the difference in your footfalls.

One of the finest place in Kanpur to sit and have food with quit a nice ambience.. the food and hukka is nice. And so is there service. We ordered cheese basket so creamy and cheese..just loved it.

The place is sexist and has vague rules. Apparently you can't go here if you've slippers on. One of my friends did and he was denied entry just on the grounds of his physical appearance (he had his slippers on instead of shoes). When we talked to the manager about it, he reacted rudely and told us to call some other guy who was apparently their MD. Talking to him didn't help either. The place is sexist because a girl is allowed entry no matter what she's wearing, while a boy is not if he's wearing slippers. The staff isn't friendly at all and is rude.

Went for the first time and was 10 min earlier to the opening time, as we were not aware about the timings.. Staff is very rude and they did not even let us enter even though requested that we can sit and wait for 10 min..but the manager Mr. Naveen was way rude..he was adamant and did not let us sit.. Ended with the chocolate and tequilla shots.. <br/><br/>FOOD : Added munchies to the order (our soul purpose was to drink, and this surprise had hit us hard already).. Paneer Tikka, chicken Tikka, spring roll.. Everything tasted good and the quantity sufficient for 4-5 people (only concentrating on the drinking bit).. <br/><br/>HOSPITALITY & AMBIENCE : The staff was courteous and service quick.. The presentation was groomed and hygienic.. And the ambience perfect for a light catch up with friends.. 1. The lighting is shitty if you are sitting in the open terrace area. So shitty that the waiters do not even see you calling them. Oh, and you need to use mobile flashlight to read the menu. They don't even place candle on these tables.<br/>2. The music is unnecessarily loud, so much so that the waiters don't even hear you unless you are shouting 'EXCUSE ME!!!'<br/>3. The waiters do not even bother to come and check on your table unless you manage to get their attention, which, given the above points is incredibly difficult.<br/>4. Waiters take order only to disappear for 20 minutes and then turn up to inform you that the item is not even available on that day!<br/>5. The manager is an unapologetic idiot who doesn't even feel bad for making customers go through the above ordeal. <br/>6. The food is okay. Taste & quality comparable to most other upscale places in Kanpur. <br/><br/>Went here for a date with my girlfriend. Shittiest experience in Kanpur. Seriously, never been treated worse at any other restaurant in Kanpur.

Great ambience. With a c vents throwing cool air in full force, even on a very hot May evening it was comfortable. But...<br/>It was too dark for us to even read the menu! :) . A waiter tried to help with A TORCH!<br/>We ordered a penne arabiaca pasta and a veg sizzler. The Sizzler was supposed to have baby potatoes (according to their menu) but when it was served, there was not a single piece o potato in it! When we complained, the manager got busy somewhere and didn't turn up at all. The waiter said that they had no potatoes at that time so they decided to go without it. In his defense he called in the chef who said the same thing and tried to act as if he didn't understand English or Hindi much! We ended up paying for it as the waiter said that their policies don't allow for waiver etc etc. We wanted to order a couple of more dishes but this episode turned us off.<br/>But pasta was good. As was the soup!<br/>I wanted to give it 4 plus but alas...

A good place for hanging out with friends over drinks and hukkas. It is on the rooftop and hence makes for an amazing ambience. They do not have much on their menu for the main course but few starters are good, especially their pizzas. In short, a good place to just sit and relax!

First the good bits- you can go here for ambience,drinks (which are a bit over priced), chicken/lamb biryani or for that matter anything to eat is just fabulous but again could've been priced better. <br/>Next come the bad bits- hookah here sucks, service is also not up to the mark and I always wonder in a place like this why the hell do they bill in a really weird-never seen before way. Stag Entry not allowed, but a very strange idea in kanpur. Had it been Delhi, Mumbai,Bangalore - it would have been acceptable. But in a place like Kanpur, its not good. They need to remove this concept.

Why on earth would a person in his right mind eat in the open at such a time?!<br/>But I was taken by surprise. Unusually warm for a winter night and a wonderful view, this place is beautiful<br/>The food is pricey though. But hey, someone's got to shell out money for the ambience.<br/>The lamb starters were delectable and so was the veg lasagne. Though the sweet dish were slightly disappointing- I'd rate CCDs sizzle dazzle brownie over their hot chocolate brownie.<br/>But overall a delightful experience

A place is no good for non alcoholic and vegetarian... Though you may love the ambience and crowd but when it comes to what you are served its a bit disappointment.... For rest this place sounds happening.....

I had birthday dinner at this place. Lovely ambience. I liked the place as soon as I entered here. We ordered sauté veges, stuffed mushrooms, pasta, garlic bread. Every item was delicious. My friends ordered non veg and they were happy with it too. So I would say that the food here iss good. You will get a good variety of spirits and cocktails. Service was super quick. And they were flexible with changing hookah coal too.

Music is good if ure an edm fan... crowd not so good..what else so u expect in knp? Food is average..service is better than other places...price is quite reasonable considering it was never an issue while visting this place..

Great ambience... Open, on the terrace restaurant... Decent food... Though the food is somewhat overpriced, but i won't mind paying for the experience... It's a must try..

Awesome ambience...best in Kanpur I can say...the roof top view of city is just amazing..one of its own kind which can set ur mood right..staff is polite. Plenty of drinks to choose from..hucka they serve is soft doesn't itches ur throat soon. Food is also nice. Prices are ok and justified for what they serve and ambience. Highly recommended..

It's a great place to be on a date! The ambiance is perfect. The blue lights on the other half is mesmerizing and the view from the view is amazing. The seating is good, food and service is satisfactory but the ambiance took the trophy.

The best thing about this place is its ambiance.<br/>Located on the roof top of a 5 story building,..<br/><br/>From students point of view,  the place is bit expensive and you might have to shed upto 2000Rs per head if you eat ad drink properly.
