Review Mr Brown - Kanpur

One of beautiful bakery in town. Serves different varieties of baked goods such as garlic breads, different loaves, focaccia, bread sticks, toasts and many sweet delicacies as pastries, loaf cakes, muffins, donuts. This place also serves fast food as pizza, burgers and sandwiches alongside hot and cold beverages as tea or coffee. Food here is really good quality with nice small sitting area.

I am always in love with this place because of the taste, ambience and price all are well matched. If you want to visit, please try some dry fruits cookies, veg burger with cheese, paneer Nan, cold coffee and must try pastry and fruit custard.

The chocolate cake was very tasty and some items were also taken and that too was good. The atmosphere is very good.

It is a good place for pizza lovers and pastery.

Cakes from Mr. Brown everyone knows they are best. They were delicious as usual. Only for hing i didn't like , they are so big brands, but don't have proper car parking space. I had to park the car in the backyard and then had to go by foot.

Very good place for bakery and confectionery lovers 😋😋😋 The pastries are awesome, pizza and burgers too. They have biscuits and chocolates and namkeens too. The apricot plum cake and spicy kulchas are very good. Birthday cakes are Rs 1200 per kg, but the taste is very good. They have dine in services now which is an added feature !!!

One of the best bakery of town as well as bakery chain in all over India. You will get all type of bakery product here, as well as biscuit and cookies. They serve both egg and eggless products of best quality with proper care of taste and hygiene but their food is not nice like I m not satisfied with taste of their of burger and pizza other wise place is good for small meals.

It a bit expensive then a regular once, but it has a created a brand name. Lovely cakes. Delicious. But they are best if consumed at Mr Brown only. Because cake melt to quick. They are kept at refrigerator at 18 degree or low. One Kg eggless cost 1050 and egg one cost 1000 ( approx ).

They have changed the seating arrangement internally, Cake quality is very good, both eggless and with Egg, breads, paw pizza base, have nice variety of Biscuits as well, little expensive as compared to market, Have staff to help you in parking,

It is famous Bakery in Mall Road and the food is good. I have tried Pizza and Burger and it is was awesome. It is a must order thing in Mr. Brown and Donuts are really good specially Chocolate Donut and Sugar sprinkled Donut. Fresh Brown Bread is a must purchase as it is really soft.

This place serves one of the best shakes, burgers and pastries in the city. Devil's own shake and burger is a must try. Pastries and other baked items though seems over priced.

Went to this place as already tasted and experienced and was super hungry but had the worst experience food was pathetic ordered sub Shami the staff was not aware of how to make it and was wearing dirty clothes.On complaining the manager replied that acha khaana tha to landmark chale jaati ,such a horrendous experience.

We usually order cake from this place but we only buy cookies from this place...ours fav is wheat cookies and almond cookies...though we have tried other cookies too but our personal fav are these two...taste is great and hygiene is assured...

The place is I'll managed. The manager of the place tried to defraud us and the owner supported him. He took the payment towards my order at the cash counter and then refused taking any money. When we insisted on seeing the CCTV footage, he refused showing us the same and made an excuse that the camera person would come in an hour and we will have to wait till he comes. He then insisted that he hadn't received the payment towards our order. We felt really insulted and decided to leave their fraudulent establishment at once.We left our contact details and told the owner to call us as and when he checks the CCTV. He later called us apologised and offered to pay back our money. It was clear that he did not want to admit the fraud played by his manager in front of the other customers and instead chose to insult us and portray us as a dishonest customers. I was really hurt by the whole incident. I would recommend that you don't visit this place and if you do please pay by card or you may have to face the same ordeal.

Mr.Brown are really good at Bakery stuff but Now they have expand there MENU list to Burgers and much more... There burgers are really damn good *recommend

I have an amazing image of Mr. Brown since I go very often in Lucknow. This was the first time I went to this place and must say their cakes are amazing. This time we ordered red velvet cake and it was truly scrumptious. Thumbs up for cake.<br/>Coming to other options, I didn’t like options. We tried there aloo patty, pastry (good), sandwich and a coffee.<br/>Pastry and coffee was good but sandwich was real disappointment. Aloo patty was average. <br/>In a nutshell, their cakes are delicious in the town but sandwiches are not.<br/>Their staff is polite and our order was taken as per our specifications.

Can't explain how embarrassing my experience was with Mr Brown Bakery for the cake I ordered. I ordered a cake on 29th of July for my engagement ceremony on 3rd of August. We collected the cake and returned home in 3rd evening.<br/>Later I noticed the spelling of Engagement was "Engeagment". Also we advice to change the spelling of one name on the cake in much advance. We didn't had time to get that corrected.<br/>It is really shameful to say that the ceremony name was written wrong. They need to have more competent and vigilant.

I was shocked .<br/>And they Paytm only for payments above Rs.100 .<br/>Even small shops are accepting card payments but Mr. brown doesn't accept it.<br/>

Pathetic bad worst experience ever encountered with.<br/>Personally i am a big time fan of their pizza but today had a worst experience of life time.<br/>Pizza was cold, cheese was more hard than the rubber and the base was dry and stale..<br/>Then jalapeno cheesy poppers were like cherry on the cake..<br/>They served me with potato poppers on asking for replacement they were stubborned thats poppers are only jalapeno cheese poppers..<br/>Infact their manager Mr.Mishra ji was harsh rude arrogant i guees totally illiterated person who doesn't even how to speak to their customers.!!!<br/>Highly highly not recommended for jalapeno cheese poppers and pizza also if they doesn't improve their quality.!

The quality of the products have deteriorated a lot recently and the staff don't have any value for their customer. They speak very rudely. I had a very bad experience. I hope they starts to know what is customer satisfaction.
