Review Tewari Sweets - Kanpur

Had their samosa, jalebi and rabri. All things are just outstanding. Jalebi is exactly as per my taste thin and crispy as well as hot and freshly prepared. Samosas were also good and tasty. All preparations were in desi ghee.

Perfect point for every meal be it breakfast, lunch, dinner or quick bite tewari has left a benchmark on the era of sweets in the down they excell at serving mouthwatering stuff. Seriously raj kachori is a must try!!

They sent the Raj Kachori unprepared i.e. everything is separate.... how do I eat it? Other eateries send Raj Kachori prepared in ready to eat boxes and even cost less...<br/>

Delivered Raj kachori was not up to mark as I tasted in restaurant. So I am disappointed by food which I received. As I long I know about the restaurant they give good services

Packing was not good.<br/>All the food items were mixed with one another.<br/>And roti was very tight.<br/>please improve the quality of spoon as well.Rest was fine.

On last day i order butter paneer marsala and 2 nan trust me it was so so worst my whole 350 rupees are waiste and i have stil stomach ache and also the nan was so tight and dry there is zero taste i hate this place very very much.

Very poor packing .like thela wala.Food quality also very poor.next time i dont order any thing from quality restaurant.only Big name Tiwari.

Restaurant is not clean at all. Much odour and dust on floor. Chahos in main restaurant room. They took more than half hour to deliver. And it was not up to mark even. Jalebi was good. Waitor is completely unprofessional. Worst experience for morning breakfast.

My biggest mistake in choosing restaurant - ordered pizza.<br/>The worst pizza i had ever had in my life.<br/>just to save delivery time, ordered pizza from this nearest restaurant.<br/>but, that was just a lump of bread.. no origano, no toppings, nothing. just 2 pouches of tomato sauce.<br/>be gadhe, tumhari pizza bread_ sauce laga k bhi jheli ni gayi.<br/> <br/>nahi banana aata to menu me show kyu karte ho,, pizza kha k pizza se he nafrat ho gyai.

Never expected such food it was too salty to eat and tasteless. All subjis had excess salt.l had ordered lunch pack. This is first time I got so disappointed from this restaurant .Their food used to be okay<br/>

These 4 things are best here undoubtedly.<br/>Really love the samosa here. Its whole wheat unlike maida samosas found everywhere which i love.

I ordered Thali it mentioned in the menu that they will serve papad nd rasgulla also but when it came to my place it had nothing like dat nd quantity was little....not satisfied at all.....

chola quality is very poor....batura is nt so heavy when compared to price...no stuffing

Tewari Sweets is my favourite Sweet shop in kanpur. Chhena Mithais are my all time favourite. Quality is Ek Number. Visiting at least thrice a month.

What- raj kachori & masala dosa<br/>Taste- raj kachori is not at all recommended & masala dosa was crisp but aloo filling was not that tasty, sambhar not good, raita was tasty i must say.<br/>Cost- raj kachori for 100/- & masala dosa for 110/-<br/>Ambience- okay<br/>

Place is good for eating Raj Kachori and quite famous for it but and sweets are also quite fantastic. Chinese food and other snacks are not so good overall its good place to have indian traditional but not chinese and other snacks <br/>Atmosphere - 5/10<br/>Food- 7/10

This place is famous for Raj Kachori.. It is a huge Kachori which has chole, papdi, khoya, mashed potatoes, dahi, chutney and Various other stuff.. it's very difficult for one person to finish this.. Tiwari sweets is located at Birahna Road. I tried Maharaja Thali but few items were missing when we asked then they served us. In desert they served rasgolla which was not fresh that was smelling so bad and taste was so bad. Service and ambiance was ok ok.

Tewari sweet is a old established name in sweets .Sweets are always being good here.Along with sweet now the restaurant which was upstairs a decade ago has being shifted with sweet shop.All food items exclude onion garlic so the taste is not that good only selective thing like kachori etc are fine here .<br/>

They have been selling sweets from ages and one of very few old established name in sweets business. And some of their sweets are the best amongst them but their snacks are awesome too. Raj kachouri was probably introduced by them and it is damn good and filling.

Quite a random visit, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Though the place needs a renovation to lift up the ambience, which quite frankly, set very low expectations.<br/>The kachodi thali that we ordered was not only amazing to taste, even got us to order a second helping. Each item in the thali was well done.<br/>The gulab jamun and stick kulfi were decent too.<br/>I highly recommend this place if you want simple food in the middle of a shopping spree on birhana road, given that the food is very decently priced.<br/>Will be visiting again to check out other options on the menu and update the review accordingly.
