Very disappointed with the order, I ordered Caeser salad and Veg Wrap.<br/>The vegges that the salad contains were decayed and were nearly black in colour, when I smelled it, it was rotten.<br/>Talking about the wrap the white flour was completely raw.<br/>Couldn't eat even a bit of the food.<br/>Worst experience

Urban crave is an absolute delight & offers the whole package: delicious food, beautiful ambience, decor, perfect music & excellent service. I have been to this cafe couple of times and never had a bad experience,<br/>Dishes I tried here was chilli garlic noodles + cup soup, veg manchurian + noodles from there street food menu & my favourite penne arrabbiata pasta..<br/>One must try their live nitrogen icecreams, & their chilled shakes, very good for when the weather gets bit too hot ☀️<br/>Conclusion - this is a must try cafe in Kanpur.

Looked up Zomato and came across UrbanCrave! <br/><br/>Quirky ambience, lovely music, & all vibes good- three things that are the first impression to this place and stay. The staff is efficient and friendly. The service is quick and wonderful. & the food is homely and flavoursome. <br/><br/>What we ordered and like- <br/>Lemonade <br/>Virgin Mojito <br/>Very Berry mojito <br/>Dum biryani <br/>Spaghetti primavera <br/>Crispy potatoes <br/>All time fave pizza <br/><br/>What we ordered and didn’t like- <br/>Literally nothing that we didn’t like! <br/><br/>Our server also complimented us with nitrogen ice cream. <br/><br/>Also, two PLANET FRIENDLY suggestions for the Diner will be: <br/>1. Try using paper straws instead of plastic ones, or no straws at all.<br/>2. The server must ask before refilling water glass, instead of continuously refilling. Near pared chaurahaya. Ambience is good. Food quality and taste was good. However the quantity was very limited as compared to rates. Lemon fish was amazing.

Contrary to my experience at the outlet of the same restaurant in IIT Kanpur, this is way better. I visited while visiting a nearby clinic. This place is cosy, comfortable, and is great for a quick snack.

I had ordered cheezy malai kofta and manchow soup (with crispy noodles) and got it home delivered. However, the noodle and soup which i got was stale and had a pungent smell and taste. Malai kofta on the other hand was fine and tasty. Still, my rating is 1 Star cause who knows what else stale and rotten food they are using or serving. 👎

Have been to urban crave quite a few times . Liked the ambience specially the staircase. The food is also good and the staff is supportive. I have tried the barbecue chicken, pizza , Oreo shake , nachos and a few more items but the best was pizza , they serve freshly made pizza base with a lot of sauce and toppings and cheese which is my favourite. Overall it’s a nice place to hang out .

One of the few places in town which provide wood fire pizza. Fresh crispy base with delicious topping baked in wood fire oven is superb. Ambience is eye soothing. Friendly staff, quick service. They also provide special menu for kitty parties and other themed parties

I was looking for a light snack for the typical 'Shyaam ki choti choti bhookh'. Came upon this place and decided to try their Hummus and Pita.<br/>The Pita was nice - soft and fresh.<br/>The hummus was terrible - oily, and stale. I wouldn't recommend it at all.<br/>The pickle was nothing great either - I couldn't taste anything other than the vinegar.<br/><br/>Zomato's delivery was quick and the delivery boy was friendly.<br/><br/>Overall, maybe I need to try more food from these guys, but as of now, based off the hummus and pita, I do not recommend it.

I have ordered many things from this place. We all loved their veg kebab wraps. It was tasteful and soup & three cheese pizza . It was tasty too. We got complimentary french fries and dip. The food was average. The sizzler was best among the order. <br/>While I ordered I had 1 new York classic burger and baked chicken pasta. The burywas juicy and packaging was good but fries were really disappointing and pasta was utterly bad. Nothing like baked. It was very tasteless

Did not like the waffles at all.... uncooked and nutella was less even after adding extra nutella....not good ....it was wastage of money...instead of this I shouldn't have ordered it....and even after telling and requesting you did not cancel my order....would never order from this now... Urban crave named rightly. It makes you crave for more. The place has good food but the lighting or the setup kills the vibe somewhat. They need to work on promoting the place.

The ambience here is Amazing!! It's difficult to find such ambience in Kanpur restaurants. Food quality is superb though the service was slow.

Am a Non Veg n my favorites are - Non veg Minnestroni Soup with Garlic bread, Hot Baked Pene Non veg Pasta, Lamb Pepparoni n Peri Peri Chicken Pizza with extra cheese n mushrooms. Best place for pizza in the town, specially the thin crust. But some of my friends find the sitting area not so soothing, wasnt that much of a problem for me.

It's a decent place to hangout with friends and family. Ambience is great and looks calm. Regarding food, some dishes are good and some are ok in taste like spicy patato burger was not tasty at all. The staff is also polite and obedient. One thing I don't like here is that they charge extra service tax in the name of tax apart from GST. But I can suggest to visit this place atleast once.

One beautiful looking English style cafe, urban crave has carved it's own place in the city. They have some amazing ice creams which are one of the best in Kanpur. The staff was courteous and polite. Service was quick. The food tastes great. Overall a satisfactory experience.

I was really impressed with the courteous staff and the soothing ambience. Loved the decor of the place. We ordered chocolate waffles, banana strawberry shake, bruschetta from their main menu and liked each of them. They also had a street food menu from which we ordered chola kulcha.<br/>Prices are certainly on the higher end.<br/>I certainly recommend the place if budget is not an issue.

Garlic bread and cheese was yummy. BOGO offer was going on pizza, so we were lucky to get two. Waffle were bit soggy but the staff was so humble they changed the dish and served it again. Ambience was good.

The place is a total treat for eyes as it gives a diner kind of feel as the ambience and decor is very good. The food here is also amazing and consistent and never fails to disappoint. Especially try the wood fire oven pizza which is hands down my favourite dish on the menu. Although the mocktails are very lacking as there are not much options provided in the menu which could use a little bit of attention. Urban craves is located in ppn market Kanpur and one of the first places we went for dinner. As the name says it looked pretty urban with fine choice of furniture and lighting and I must say usage of space is done judiciously in a manner to accommodate people nicely. They had good choice of comfort food to offer apart from tandoor and the choice of mock tails and the quality also is equally good. All in all a wonderful place to hangout and munch some burgers and pizzas. Saturday’s I heard are much more hep and peppier with Dj nights and dancing floors. Very good every thing is almost perfect but they loose a half of mark coz they have very less room for ppl and don’t serve drinks otherwise it’s great for ppl who don’t drink and you must reserve otherwise it’s a bit hard to get table and their ice-creams are just must eat!

Went to celebrate my friend's birthday.turned out to be memorable..👍 Perfect for couple n family.<br/><br/>Location - In proper city, just above audi show room.<br/><br/>Service- Fast ( within half n hour)<br/><br/>Servers- Mr. Rahul n Miss Anjali (kuch kuch hota hai pair😂😂😉😉) were very generous, Polite and Friendly. Staff is really nice.<br/><br/>Ambiance- Beautiful low lights/lamps inside n staircase is 👌 <br/><br/>Food- Quality is excellent. They offered complimentary ice cream which was never expected , birthday special may be.. 😊 😋<br/><br/>Thanks<br/><br/><br/>

Giving 1 only because I can't give anything below that. This is a café without coffee!!! Exorbitant price with below average food.. Best place to dampen your evening in Kanpur.

A cafe without coffee...nd the prices are so exorbitant that I feel that u are paying in euros instead of rupees...nd that too wud have been justified if u got value for money....total waste of time, money, and a good ambience....

Complete waste of money and time, people here are thugs charging extra service charge in the name of tax apart from 18% gst and moreover when we complained they refused to cut the amount. Please people do inform others so that they can saved from such a pathetic place and the funny part is when we asked to contact the owner they told us couldn't contact him don't know his number. I mean what the hell what kind of manager are you.....
