Every bite of the food items delivered was extremely delicious and mouth watering. Honey pepper chicken is a must try starter. The mocktail which blends pineapple juice, aam pana , apple juice and grated apple is uniquely wonderful. The quality of service also is way too good. For chinese cuisine lovers, it's one of the best restaurants in Kanpur I have been at so far. May not be conventionally pocket-friendly. But taste is worth the bill.

This is one of the fine dine restaurants in Kanpur to try Chinese food. All their Ambience and service really gives you the feel. The prices are a bit high than usual. And if u are not into spending too much you should go for their noodles and that would suffice your meal We ordered king prawns, paneer chilli and drum sticks for starters. Prawns were really good. For main course we had Tibetan noodles for a change but I tell u, go for their regular noodles. NEVER order something from Tibetan cuisine. For dessert, we had honey noodles and banana toffee which I would highly recommend to all!

This restaurant is one of my personal favourites in Kanpur! The food is delectable- the flavours are mixed perfectly. I've tried many, many dishes from over here, and not even once was I disappointed. The ambience also adds to the whole 'Asian food culture' theme, and the service is formidable. Definitely worth a visit.

Chinmi Restaurant is located in Rave mall. A regular Chinese eatery it serves standard dishes. It's a comfortable place to visit especially for family lunches or dinners. The food is good and the ambience is quiet. Service is also good.

Very nice Chinese starters and main course. A very simple light affair to spend an evening with light Chinese food. Located very close to one of my regular visited places. A wonderful delight added up with your choice of drink to complement the meal. A complete family and friends get together place in Kanpur.

let me rave about the recent food festival organized in Chinmi. The food can be hit or a miss in Chinmi. However, the food during the festival was simply superb and great value for the money. Sesame chicken stick was beyond expectation. all other starters were also great. We thought that the main courses were just OK and sweet dishes were nothing special.

Inching towards a 5. This is a really good fine dining restaurant in Kanpur mostly because of its brilliant ambience and great Chinese/Thai food. It's quite an upscale affair with the bill for a group of 7 of us girls coming out to around Rs. 6000. The general vibe is very relaxed and they have jasmine tea being refilled all the time to go with the meal. It's a pretty authentic experience. Some of the stuff we ordered: A pitcher of sangria (red wine) - good I guess? I don't really have any experience with alcohol but my friends who drink really liked it. Pad Thai noodles - I wasn't really a fan because there were peanut chunks, but good otherwise. Dumplings/momos veg and non veg - both were really good and were probably the highlight of the meal. Stir fried vegetables that weren't so good. Crispy honey chilli potato that was brilliant! I think it's a good place for a nice, quiet and unique meal.

Only place in Kanpur that serves near authentic Chinese and Thai food. A bit costly but quality is Guaranteed. Cottage cheese cuisines are soooo good. Jasmine tea is complimentary.

Food generally great, unless you visit on the main chef's holiday day. Staff diligent but could do much better with good supervision.

I should get second most expensive dish as complementary but they said that lowest priced dish will be complementary. They are frauds. They made the bill as that only and charged me.

There was an extra dish served to our table. By the time I realised it two of my guest already eat it. When i told this to the waiter he just kept the dish on the table. Obviously we finished it. But when the bill came this dish was added in it. I don’t mind paying for it as we already ate it but I don’t like then conning guests by serving extra dish which was never ordered. When I aksed them to remove this from the bill. They said they cannot as we already ate it. I have food leftover from what I ordered so this was quite unprofessional from their side i think.

The location is away from the hustle bustle . The food is quite good . The menu is precise and not very long . The service is quite quick but for the stewards . The menu knowledge is at most inadequate ! Could do with some trained people who would upsell the menu !!

Always on top. Chinese & thai food lover - just go for it without any doubt. This is not a low cost place. 3 course meal for 2 people would cost you 2K approx, but the food will be just good as awesome. I have been visiting since 2005 and this place has its own attitude. The starter and the ambience is ok.. main course is horrible.. they served gravy noodles in place of chopsuey. They even tried to rationalize that american chopsuey is crispy and chinese chopsuey is like gravy noodles. Wow logic!!! Thai noodles was weird! Moreover the place is overpriced!<br/>

Best Chinese restaurant in Kanpur. When i went there i was ordered Tandoori Paneer Tofu, Spring Roll and Strawberry Mocktail. Tandoori Paneer Tofu is different as much i thought and its delicious. That day there is complimentary Schezwan Veg Soup. Restaurant is good and architecture of inside is like a original Chinese restaurant. Staff nature was good. My experience is good.

A perfect place for a romantic candle light dinner providing complete privacy to each guest... It has a dim light setting... The food is authentic Chinese.... The service is good.... The only drawback is that they have very limited options... I personally would recommend Chilly Garlic Noodles and Chilly Chicken...

I used to believe that Kanpur misses a proper Chinese place before chin me, but hell no! Chin me comes with chop sticks and chop suey. I love their service, ambiance and ofcourse wide range of Chinese and Thai food. I tasted sauté mushroom, broccoli and corn. It was good, but could be better with a bit touch of pepper. I love their shredded chicken red and green pepper, awesome with touch of white sauce. I am amazed with the taste but their price may feel u a bit disappointed, especially what they did with Thai food range is not great.<br/>

Food is good. Ambience is superb. Seems that you are sitting in a classic oriental restaurant. Be careful while choosing the spicy food. It is slightly extra spicy but still tastes too good. The staff is courteous and well behaved.

Underrated. This place is the only authentic oriental restaurant in Kanpur. It was my second visit there a few days back. The Dimsums are heavenly! Had Kung Pao chicken and red pepper chicken. Kung Pao chicken was served in a thick gravy and the cashews blended perfectly into the taste. <br/>They serve large portions in rice and noodles and one might end up wasting food if not ordered properly.

And since i travel to kanpur very often i thought lets give it a try. <br/>The ambience way really nice and up to the mark and inviting. <br/>Then cam in the surprises.. <br/>I asked for a Thai soup and the guy who was taking the order was not sure if there is such item in menu or no. After showing him the menu he was ok ;)<br/><br/>Then came in the service guys who were just bothered about putting in the things in your plate and not interested in asking. <br/>Portion size of main course was also just fine and more towards spicy.<br/><br/>Overall it would have got the 2 rating but only 2.5 is because of the food. <br/>

The place serves one of the best authentic Chinese in the city of Kanpur.. We tried their veg spinach rice which was quite good and so were their Hakka noodles.. The hot and sour soup and the veg clear soup were equally good.. The only dampener was their chilly chicken which was below par and the chicken did not seem fresh

Have been to Chin Mi a couple of times. It's one of my favourite fine dining places in Kanpur. They serve authentic Chinese food. The momos and pan fried noodles were perfect. The service is extremely prompt.

Chin Mi serves outstanding quality Chinese cuisine. There is little doubt that the food quality is comparable to the best Chinese restaurants in the country. The ambience is very decent with low key lighting and sober taste in ambient music. The food however is rather pricy and the quantity served is rather small but I'd guess that is true of many things good. <br/>If you are here try out the Dim Sum, the Hung Tsu Fish, the Ginger Flavoured Prawn Rice, Shanghai Noodles but avoid the overpriced prawn main course items. The prawns don't have much flavour.<br/>Overall the food will make you happy!

Great little place to enjoy an Italian meal in Chin Mi. We used to come here years ago for date night for the quiet atmosphere. Now we bring our family whenever we are in the area. <br/><br/>Kids like the butter and cheese spaghetti or the cheese pizza. I like the linguini alla Vongole with white sauce and my wife likes the chicken piccata. <br/><br/>Service is as expected from a small restaurant. Sometimes it gets busy and it takes a little longer to get food, but nothing to complain about. When it's not as busy the food is times out well-order, drinks, soup/salad, refills, main course.<br/><br/>Food is consistent each time we come and the prices are great.

Visited in a group of 8 people on a Sunday evening, we were sceptical of getting a table. But the restaurant was surprisingly empty for a weekend at 9:30 pm. Anyhow, we loved the ambience that suited well to a Chinese restaurant. The decor is done red and black and dim lighting throughout. <br/><br/>We tried the Long Island Iced Tea and Margarita for cocktails, and ordered crispy honey chilly potatoes, noodles encircled chicken, tom yum chicken soup and tomato soup. The soups and starters were delicious. <br/><br/>I've been visiting kanpur since over 2 decades and frankly, Chin Mi is the first restaurant that has gone much beyond my expectations. We later regretted not having our main course there itself. The place is genuinely delightful!

Really good chinese food. One of the best places in Kanpur to have chinese with classy ambiance. The talumein soup is my personal favourite. The chowmein, fried rice, chopsuey, manchurian, schezwan sauce, all are really good. The drinks are good too. the staff is courteous although the prices are a little steep.

Chin mi is an excellent place to dine out in Kanpur. Peaceful with rejuvenating ambience soothes you. I went for lunch and ordered man chow soup. It had nice taste but flavour of green chillies was strong. Main course was veg hakka noodles and veg Manchurian. Both good. Dessert was vanilla ice cream which tasted freaking bad. Overall its a good place to try out Chinese food.

This restaurant will serve you Chinese as it is.. Indian spices are hinted in the flavors but the stronghold is pure China.. Once you walk in.. You are mesmerized by the dark oomph they provide you.. However I felt it was a tad too dark for a restaurant.. The food is the main event here.. Do definitely try the chicken red pepper and crispy vegetables.. The noodles a lie light as air and the rice is as soft as clouds.. The food is simply marvellous.. What I would like to raise my concern is towards the serving size of the dishes.. It can (and does) seem very little to a party of four people.. Bit overpriced.. Definitely out of range for students but worth saving up for.. Nevertheless.. Ni hao to good Chinese!!

One of my favourite and undoubtedly the best restaurant serving Chinese cuisine in the city. I have been to the place quite a many times. It has a family environment and serves you some great delicacies. From their soups to main course - everything is good. Their 'Pepper Potato Appetizer', 'Chinese Vegetable Rice' & 'Honey Chilli Potato' are definitely worth a try. <br/>Apart from the marvellous food, their ambience is beautiful and the seating is comfortable. The staff is welcoming and courteous. Summing up - this place is amazing place for a family dinner and a date. You can also enjoy a peaceful lunch/dinner with your friends with some great food and drinks.
