Review Subway - Kanpur

I always wanted to try Subway and it was so worth it.I tried the 6th sub Mexican something...it was really tasty and fresh with nachos in it and the sauces were so good . I selected the roasted garlic bread and it was delicious 😋 and the staff was so polite ..

The best place for sandwiches and wraps. If you feel more hunger then it's one sandwich can make you stomach hunger free. Customisation of stuffings is the speciality of the subway. Menu is full of other food items also. Nice and friendly staff. Quick in order.

To me, it is the only place that makes sense among the surrounding poor quality of food. I have tried all of their breads (multi-grain is my favourite) and combinations of salads and sauces. My recommendation: while going for sandwiches, just let them know what you don't like and ask them to do their best. They never disappointed me. Moreover their handmade cookies are just icing on the cake. Keep up the good work!

If you have sense of ingredients , go for Subway and eat burger of your own choice. You can select and guide them about the burger ingredients and they will fulfill your requirement.

I love subway, and the taste & quality they offer. A lot of people of Kanpur may not like less cooking involved sandwiches that they offer. But it's still of great quality. The staff however was kinda less skilled, my sandwich was almost falling apart, so removing one star for that. :)

Veges are usually fresh, staff is cooperative.<br/>But there is no parking space.<br/>You guys should arrange any vallet service or atleast arrange space for two cars to park.

So I ordered a Chicken teriyaki sub using Zomato offer and got it for a good discount.<br/>Subway then compromised with the quality and there was hardly any chicken in the "chicken" sub.<br/>Do not order online from subway as these guys compromise quality and quantity of the product in the name of discounts.

My experience at subway was not so good because the Subway in kanpur is just satisfying...even though the taste of the different sub burgers and wraps we tried was good but the service was not so good ....at the other branches in other cities,we are provided with meal of the day on everyday but here they provide it on sundays only . Not satisfied with the service but yes I can't deny the fact that I loved the taste 💯..my favourites there are "Haryali kabab,paneer tikka, corn and peas "

Didn't like the taste at all. I ordered two sandwiches both didn't taste well. It seemed that they have used stale bread or veggies. Never returning to the place.

SUBWAY is awesome, but neither the staff knows how to cut vegetables, nor is the outlet well stocked or staffed.<br/>Ill educated staff would not even know what "sliced" and "diced" mean! Bread knife used on Vegetables!<br/>Neither uniforms nor professionalism!<br/><br/>Just sad.<br/>

I have mixed feelings for this one , as sometimes they prepare the sub really good but most times they don’t put much of the seasoning which leaves the bland taste of the sub at the end .<br/>The staff have been cooperative only few times. <br/>But if you are a big sub lover like me then you can definitely try their corn and peas sub :)

Great place for those who are conscious about their diet. This is a chicken salad. The taste is super good. Subway🙏🏻🙏🏻 hath jod liye hai ab to ghusna nhi hai, aapke staff ke bech koi co-ordination hi nhi hai, improper management, manager ko khud koi knowlegde nhi hai, just imagine salad ke sath spoon or folk mangi vo unavailable thi and tissue paper bhi extra dene me jaan nikalti hai, lagta hi nhi hai ki international franchise hai.

Mouthwatering sandwiches, garnished well with vegetables, jalapenos and olives ~ a yummy treat to quench appetite in a special way & that too in a clean and cozy ambience

A decent place to enjoy a variety of sub sandwiches. It has a peaceful and soothing environment which I really like. The service is quite quick and hassle free. Pricing for the food served is quite reasonable but I think the soft drinks are overpriced. It has a proper seating area and you can enjoy your food with friends or loved ones. Overall I love the place to have such lipsmacking sandwiches.

I have always been a die hard fan of Subway. But this outlet is a sheer disappointment. We reached before 9 p.m and were informed that they had run out of materials for the 'sub of the day'. We had ordered two non-veg subs and 1 non-veg salad. The veggies were not fresh and the amount of veggies and sauces were very less as compared to the general standard that is maintained in other outlets.

Nice place.<br/>But the staff is inexperienced as well as irresponsible.<br/>We ordered a sub with beverage.<br/>The lays they gave us had expired a month back, and they didn't have another packet, that wasn't expired, to replace it.

A Subway every one or two weeks is a must for me. It saves me from the guilt of binging on slices of pizzas and helps me stick to my fitness routine. And I love the taste! My favorites are Paneer Tikka and Hara Bhara Kebab.

Subway the sole store in the city. Gives you a nice ambience and a feel of the store as it is in Delhi! The freshness, taste, ambience, pricing and everything is just awesome!

Only outlet I can say where you can find their raw materials out of stock.Machinery out of order and outlet with flies around to welcome you.No new food item comes here soon.Here person the making din for you doesn't have much knowledge about veggies they are just inexperienced and don't have much knowledge for veggies too and regarding portion they give is much much less as compared to other place.

Subs are great as expected by subway but the pre made combinations are not that good as to get the best out of a subway you have to keep experimenting until you get the hang of it and get one suitable to your taste

I have some issue with the staff of the particular Subway. <br/>Consistency is not there in their serving.<br/>Everytime even if you order the same sub, you will get it differently.<br/>Also , when i went, the staff was too slow to make the sub.<br/>Else , subway is a nice place with if not great, okayish value for money.<br/><br/>I like their Shami Kabab sub too much.

I decided to go healthy for dinner today. So, I stepped inside a subway and ordered a chicken salad. 🦄 Healthy enough? Who cares. Taste on point?  🍲 <br/>I didn't know I could fall in love with a salad but I did and it was oh so delicious. <br/>This is a chicken teriyaki salad and I added all the vegetables and sauces. It was sweet yet chilli with right amount of chicken and olives and jalapenos. 🍥🍥 It's a must have. <br/>Price: ₹195/- exclusive of tax.

Subway is my among my favourites but the kanpur outlet isn't that good.<br/>The vegetables they use aren't fresh. Quality here isn't the way you'll get at a subway in Delhi.<br/>They're short staffed all the time and they don't have all the sauces.<br/>

This outlet of Subway is located in swaroop nagar.<br/>I was looking to have paneer tikka. But seeing this changed mind. Had veggie Delight and it was very well. <br/>Good to have sometime.

None of your breads are good. All were hard while eating.<br/>Staff is very less and not active enough. Pls add members to your staff. AC was not working too. <br/><br/>I had a good experience with subways in other cities. But not happy with the service of kanpur subway.

Poor service, pathetic management, AC not working, serve vegetarians and non vegetarians wearing same gloves. <br/>The outlet is not good at all. Water is dripping from the AC and for that they have placed large bowls and tubs to collect the water, which still falls on you as you enter the place. <br/>If you are a vegetarian, then it is better not to go there, as they do not change gloves between the veg and non veg stations. After a long wait you'll get your sub. But it is totally not worth it! <br/>

Worst outlet of Subway ever visited by me, in terms of quality, cleanliness, staff and availability of items in menu.<br/>They use stale veggetables and meats, not have fullrange of breads as per menu. Staff is rude as well.<br/>And moreover besides highly lacking in maintaining standards, this is the 1st outlet which I come across to me not serving Sub of The Day.

The ones serving here have no idea what a sub is or how to make it edible enough. Half of the time they give a manual billing and the other half of the time there is a shortage of staff.

Best fast food plus branches everywhere around the world which makes good for a person that travels a lot best part is we have to choose the sauces and everything else makes it personalised very good it's clean and takes care of every perfection thus 5stars and don't mind other reviews coz most Indians are in hurry and they need some patience with them

A good old subway outlet, but short on staff. Only two people work there, even though the inflow of crowd is less the staff is a bit slow. The vegetables seem a bit old and not as fresh as they should be. Inspite of this, they do make a good sandwich.

Consistent taste though. But the staff needs to be outsourced to hell. Seriously you cannot answer back in an arrogant way if a customer asks for ketchup. Overall good.

This is a terrible example for a Subway outlet. Multiple choices for breads not available. The vegetables were not fresh. The staff seemed untrained. I have rarely seen such poor service and unprofessional behaviour.

You know this outlet is only good for in store eating or takeaways. I made the mistake of ordering from here and the guy on the phone asked me my biography and then when I asked him to deliver he refused stating my address is too far and that the staff was busy. I mean all that's ok but he could have told this at the beginning itself, I'm sure. Not good at all.

The bread for the subs was really hard and seemed stale. The manager or the owner was one arrogant and rude person.I saw him arguing with one customer and bragging that he's in the business for many years and didnt seemed apologetic to the customer on some argument.<br/><br/>The service was really slow as the staff was a newly recruit.<br/><br/>Rest all is same at every subway restaurant all over India

Subway Kanpur is Good,its at right place,serving is also fast<br/>but sometimes can be disaster as  New Recruits don't know how to make good sandwich.else all ok<br/>i personally liked their newly launched wrap,it tastes great....

The sub quality is substandard as compared to other cities. The staff is so I'll trained that they mixup items from veg to non veg. Even guys switch while making a sub.

I have had a couple of disappointing experiences out here.. you can't go much wrong at Subway yet they seem to have gone wrong somewhere.. the subs dont taste as good as they do in other cities.. maybe the staff is not trained well enough and they dont know their job well.. also not had a very good experience with their delivery part once.. they took ages to deliver and top of that ask for delivery charges too

Kanpur got its much awaited Subway finally in year 2015 and I was lucky enough to witness this subway (4 times) in a month's time.<br/><br/>No doubt, the best subs you can get in Kanpur. You cant complain about the pricing since its standard all across. However, the location of this outlet is not a very good one. The place has a very poor traffic, thus you might find it difficult to cross the street to pick up your cab.<br/><br/>Anyways, it is still a good outlet to visit.

for a student at IIT , it is always a hard work to find new places in kanpur to hang out with and moreover most of the times it doesn't turnout exactly how we want it to be .but this was not the case for this outlet as it was good on ambience (4.8/5),service(4/5) and i so much loved the food (5/5 )and it was better than what is served at at macD and dominos :D but still the staff performance needs to improve as they need to guide people properly about their tastes regarding different sauces and yes increase the variety of breads and products overall a good experience :D

Me and my friend went for a take out. The place is very good, but utlra small. Kind of a start up. The menu is same here too, with some of the sauces missing, but still can make it. I guess they are in trial run kind of business for now, since they have less work force. The taste still the same. All good for people who want to try for fresh sandwiches on a monthly basis.

At last, the city gets it very first subway restaurant. First of all it is amidst a crowded place so one has to look carefully to spot the place. Secondly one has to find a suitable place to park if one wishes to visit this restaurant. <br/><br/>Now coming to the food. They do not have all the breads to serve. And whatever they have is not at all fresh. The staff is not so friendly as I have experienced with other subway restaurant. They give you very stern looks when you ask them to put some extra vegetables or pickles. <br/><br/>Over all this restaurant has disappointed me as compared to other subway restaurants I have been to.

Finally opened up in kanpur after much wait. Awesome subs. Just love it to the core. Can practically have a sub daily. <br/>Thy still are not keeping the full variety. Twice it happened that thy were out of Italian BMT

Atlast it's in our city much bettr than other outlets(McD wacD etc..)<br/>The footlong subs its really lajawabicious.... With Mann bhar k sauces in the sub with ur fav. Veggies its really nice to have a subway in the area...
