EM chat Cafe comes with best interior and exterior decoration. The inner pleasant atmosphere and its lighting arrangement perfectly blend with the food that is served for its esteemed customers. The seating arrangement is comfortable for individuals, couples and groups. The management and staffs is customer friendly. They serve on first-come-first-serve basis. It is always busy during the peak and sleek hours.

FOOD QUALITY IS NOT. Please improve the quality of food. While eating I felt ridiculous like eating noodles cooked in Maggie masala. It was better I had ordered Maggie.

Very good food items. I have tried their aloo tikki burger and French fries. The taste was good and fries were crispy not like loose potato fries..those bends too much. Most importantly the packaging I am estranged. What a packing man. SUPERB👍

Very gud ambience, a good place to sit but not to eat. If famished and need a gud food, definitely not worth a place. Tried pizza and icecream, didn't like it at all.

Bad service and worst food quality. Even the base of pizza is half cooked and every bad and unusual behaviour by the staff present... And some chicken roll was not even nade properly

EmChat Red is probably the best cafe/restaurant in Kanpur.<br/><br/>Located at very cool location, Mall Road in front of heer palace!<br/><br/>I have enjoyed chicken at so many places, from a street shop to a 5star hotel, price has always been a point for me, and taste ofcrs!<br/><br/>But at emchat red i had chicken popcorn small just at rs60!<br/><br/>This was really unimaginable!<br/><br/>wow

I had a onion casp pizza it was ok vegatables were not well cooked in oven cheese was unevenly spread and the sauces were not well spread. <br/>Otherwise others products like shakes and other are very good .<br/>Atmosphere-9/10<br/>Food-8/10 😊

What i had- veggie cheese burger meal & aaloo tikki burger.<br/>Taste- this meal was just so fulfilling for me...i enjoyed it very much. Oh man , this place is just awesome the prices are as good as the food . I ordered for chaat thali ,oreo shake and vanilla choco chip and hell it was good man . You should definitely try this place and will be pocket freindly this is assured . great work .♥

I had gone there to eat chat. <br/><br/>The fun of eating golgappas is not there as it is served in a packet with the fillings separately. The water ain't too tasty. <br/><br/>The papdi chat is also not that great. <br/><br/>The place is located on mall road near heer palace. <br/><br/>The seating is on first floor. <br/><br/>I feel there are better places to eat chat in Kanpur like birhana road.

I tried their Pani Puri and to say it was spicy would be an understatement. They get a star for the clean hygienic serving and another for the setting of the place. You can feel the lush city breeze as you see life goes on whilst you enjoy your Pani Puri and one star for the spicy water.

It is very nice to live in a EM chat cafe but take an hour before the order rolls again. The food make a lot of slices, the food has to be weighed heavily and the lachha parata is raw..

You can visit this place and grab a quick bite! The place offers a seemingly hygienic and less spicy version of roadside chaat. Unfortunately all the items taste almost same with minor variation. Service was extremely slow when I went there.

Good Ambiance, Nicely Located but thats about it. The essence of every restra is the food they serve and that was not up to the mark. They need to improve the quality of meal and so called chat that they serve big time.

The food tastes good. Ideal for chat lovers. Clean place to sit and enjoy the food and its affordable. I liked the food a lot better than its drinks especially the shakes, which are again affordable but are quite diluted.

After hearing about almost the whole day on radio about this place i tried it out and i am was very disappointed. The only thing good with this place is the seating and cleanliness. The food was pathetic and that too with higj prices. The aloo tikki was cold and soggy. The burger was bad and so i could muster courage to order anything else. Safe to say would not order again.

This red and white classy ambience is like a cherry on the cake.... staff is courteous ,polite and humble.... their paapdi chat is one of the best they serve... amazing taste .... must visit.... loved it !!

Went there few days back the staff is very rude they don't pay attention to the customers and show disrespect I saw one man complaining that he was served cold bhaturas don't want to visit this place again

I personally loved the way they serve. The place is neat. Chaat tastes good. The rates are very competitive even as compared to the neatness and the well air conditioned place. Very hygienic food. A must try place.

Finally sumthn different opened in Kanpur, the ambience is good and service is in the line with any other food chains like McDonalds or KFC.<br/>The pricing is descent and options are plenty both in case of beverages and chats.<br/>How ever when is comes to taste there's a downside, I did try there aaloo tikki and golgappa which were just average. <br/>But on the positive side will definitely suggest the place to ppl who want to sit and enjoy the chats rather than eat it on the roadside.<br/>I do hope that dey work on the taste

Great ambience, the customer service is satisfying plus the variety of various Chats and other delicacies are mouth watering, I love the Papdi Chat and Pani Puri. This is defo my new favourite place to eat!
