A brilliant place to satisfy your hunger pangs and sweet tooth. It has a cozy ambience and quick service. The owner is very polite and it is the first chaii cafe of Kanpur. They serve a great variety of teas, coffee and other tempting snacks at a pocket-friendly price. The white sauce pasta was good and I really liked the cold coffee and the peri-peri fries full of crunch and sprinkled with spices were pretty decent. A great place to read your favourite novels kept their while sipping tea. Highly recommended.

Basically 'chai adda' where you can enjoy different varieties of tea and accompanying snacks along with friends. Major disadvantage is place is quite small for a big gathering and enjoy your time though servings are pretty good to taste you might not mind that much

The perfect place for sitting and having good food too .... you'll find peace and soothing vibes in Swaroop Nagar ...they have smaller area but perfect for two people ...simple and amazing.

Samocha a perfect place for chai lovers. Its a nice place to hangout for peaceful time. This place is full of varities of not only tea but coffee, shakes and snacks. My favourite is butterscoth popcorn shake. Yummiest sandwich , maggi and pasta. And the taste is superb. You can also go alone and read books there. They have provided some. Or you can take yours and read it. Perfect place. Loved it.

Samocha is a great place for a quick and tasty bite. Adarak chai and cheese fries were totally what we needed. However, the white sauce pasta disappointed us a bit. Their samosa platter was out of the stock as well. Looking forward to try it!

It’s an interesting new concept. Who doesn’t like to have Samosa with their Tea. It offers a huge variety of Tea along with some side eatables like samosa and patty cookie. I like this place. Although I wish it was in a bigger space. But it’s a nice place over all.

I tried here samosa and vada pav the taste of both thing is ok ok but price is too high for anyone. Everything is very expensive here

Recently I ordered cold coffee with frappe from smocha and found it nice the quantity was quite good but the taste was not that upto the mark.

We ordered masala oats, silver needle and kashmiri kahwa. Masala oats was really delicious. Both of the teas were very refreshing. This place has all kind of postive vibes. The place gives you cozy feels and space to spend some peaceful time with your dear ones. One of the best place to hangout for chai lovers❤️

I had something from this place earlier, probably a chai and samosa I remember, so I wanted to give a try to some other things too, so for my evening craving I ordered my one of the most favourite Italian cuisine - the alferado Pasta. The pasta looked promising in their Instagram Stories and therefore I ordered but to my dismay it was totally not worth it. The pasta was very very creamy and looked like it had a lot of Mayo in it. After eating 2 bites my stomach started to feel bad.. and hence I had to give it away.<br/>Moreover they served the pasta in an aluminium foil container, which I wasnt expecting (atleast a sturdy packaging at this price). So lest alone a garlic bread.<br/><br/>Overall the outlet stands good for a chai and samosa but I won't recommend it for any other food..

Samocha is a cool concept. There aren't many good places in Kanpur like this. Great place to hang out with your folks. The ambience is just amazing, and the food lipsmacking. Would highly recommend! <br/><br/>Bunk and come here to create your own stories!! 😊

I thought of trying samocha stories around chai. i had ordered it online. the service was quick . and food was also tasty. i had ordered bun jam maska with butterscotch shake. it was heavenly. it really made my day . cauz i was having a bad day ...

Small and cosy place with good range of teas. However, we only ordered Masala adrak chai which surprisingly was good. Now there is new trend of tandoori chai which I think you guys should also include. I tried it once in Ujjain and it was delicious. Just think about it.<br/>For snacks, we found it to be good. After a very bad experience with Maggi in some other restaurant, we decided hamesha ghar ka Maggi hi acha hota hai so we didn't try it here. But overall, a nice experience. Will visit here again.

Being a true Delhiite, have you ever lost hope in Kanpur, specially when it come to food?... I have done that. But there were some exclusive restaurants in Kanpur who break these stereotypes and wanted to relive that hope of offering good food with the authentic taste. Like any other usual restaurant, i ordered Food from here (vada pav and adrak chai to be specific) and was continuously grudging in my mind as usual that 'this place, like any other place has nothing to offer tasty im sure' uptil the food arrived and I opened the box. And looking at that vada pav, i was thinking wish i could have been in Bombay re-living a trip that i went to and could get the same taste of vada pav back. Well believe me or not!....the first bite i took from that vada pav, had me stuck down like mann!!!!... This is the real taste!... I mean i was completely amazed to see that how authentic these guys can be. That vada pav had that same ingredients mustard seeds, nicley boiled and balanced spicy potatoes and lehsun chutney inside the bun, exactly the same taste as i ate in bombay.....The adrak chai was complementing the vada pav so well that it made my raining morning to be actually what it has to be. Hats-off man. I coming again to yout restaurant.... I am pretty sure whatevar they make, right from grilled sandwiches to samosa and pasta must be lip smacking. A 100% recommendation to everyone. Please dont bother yourself for the price. Just die for the taste they offer. !..<br/>

Recently ordered maggie pasta and cold coffee from Samocha. Must appreciate to the ambiance. Now coming to food , so maggie was good (not spicy) but not best whereas the cold coffee was really good . Pasta gives justice to it's taste. So overall it was a good experience. U must try 😊

So Samocha was a new place I tried . I must tell you there sandwiches are really filling . They give you the bite of satisfaction . There Maggi too is good and the cheese samosa platter is amazing too along with the samosa chatt , they can bring in a variety of some snacks though .

One of the best place in town to have tea and snacks their speciality in it is just phenomenal the things they serve like honey chilli and nutrela bun maska , nachos and corn cheese sandwich is one thing that one can definitely try Maggi served at this place is also good pastas are above average and ambiance is average staff is super polite and cooperative one should try this place it's much better than Subway and many other quick served restaraunts.

The "crunchy" chilly potatoes were nothing but french fries coated with curry. The veggies were not cooked and it left a weird after taste in my mouth. Not to mention that the fries were soggy even though I got then within a couple of minutes.

It's a new concept in the city. It opened as a chai cafe about a year back offering different varieties of tea and some snacks to munch on. Now it has a more varied menu consisting of things like pasta, sandwiches, cookies, fries, nachos and so on. The white sauce pasta was pretty decent and the peri-peri fries were full of crunch. The corn sandwich was also good stuffed with veggies, corn and mayo. Its a great place to sit and have your favourite cup of tea. I also loved their thoughtfullness of keeping various novels and magazines for the customers to have a gala time, reading their favourite book while sipping tea. Highly recommended place..!!

The food is very expensive, a normal bread jam costs 60₹ and the service is very poor, if you sit for just 5 minute waiting for someone the staff will keep asking you to order or leave adding to the fact that the pasta is really really disgusting and the fries are not good at all.

They almost immediately confirmed the order and it was delivered within 30 mins.. coming to taste nachos was yummy.. cheese could have been more and melted but for the price I must say its the best I had.. corn sandwich was loaded with corn 😍 and I love corn so I loved it

It is a good hangout spot if you are looking for pocket friendly places. The flavoured teas (we had adrak tea, elaichi tea and masala tea) were very refreshing. The service was a little slow, but the taste made up for the delay.<br/><br/>Their peri peri fries were quite crispy, although the sauce served alongwith was a little too tangy and I was expecting the fries to be more spicy.

I ordered honey chilly potato and corn spinach sandwich.<br/>The corn sandwich was tasty and delivered hot. The filling was good though the pasta sauce (I guess this was used ) should be little less but overall it was good. <br/>The other order was very bad, there was no taste in it, not even crispy. You can see from the picture also that it looks very pale and not like honey chilly potato. It was like a boiled fries with sauce.<br/>I spoke with the associate person when I placed the order, he was very polite but to my dissapointment the dish was not worth eating <br/>I have given 3 star bcz of the sandwich

Ordered for my husband three times-Order 1-Rose Lassi and Veg Cheese Sandwich; Order 2-Classic Ruh Afza Gulab Sharbat, White Sauce Pasta;  Order 3-  Veg Cheese Sandwich and Cold Coffee. <br/>He really liked the flavor of rose lassi and loved quality of your veg cheese sandwich! <br/>He found the taste of The Classic Ruh Afza Gulab Sharbat is milder and pasta is amazing. There is some seasoning they add to pasta. I guess its nice to have it on the side that way customer can add to pasta as per the taste. Good quality stuff!<br/>He really like the Cold coffee, refreshing with right amount of sugar and coffee.  I am hoping you can add to your menu large and extra large for rose lassi as well as other beverages (e.g. for cold coffee you have large).<br/><br/>Thank you for serving tasty and delicious food! this was my first visit to samocha. if you are not localite , chai will remind you of your mother. Everything is good form tea to pasta and samosa to Maggie. customer service is best

Good place for breakfast..stick to the basics and you won't get disappointed..do not go for expensive and exotic items..masala chai is love❤️

Thats probably one of best places in Arya Nagar, if you are low and want to have a Chai, its a perfect place. If you want to have a cheese sandwich, then you must try it out here.

What i had- peri peri maggi with pop o caramel shake.<br/>Taste- peri peri maggi was not upto the mark but this shake was yummy.<br/>Price- this maggi for 65/- & this shake for 110/-<br/>Ambience- nice

It was an amazing experience at @samochacafe where one can have a great variety of tea ranging from traditional masala chai to japanese matcha...one can also have delicious snacks out there such as pasta, sandwiches and many more to explore...if you are interested in reading books you can enjoy with your cup of tea and delicious snacks as they have some good books..<br/>We tasted almond and banana green tea, crispy veggie fingers, white sauce pasta which excited our taste buds..

A gud place to hang out with friends Tried their cheesy Maggi and butterscotch shake. Shake was nice but I think their are better Maggi points in the city. But certainly a gud hideout if you want to hang out with friends

Samocha is good place to visit ..ambience is good and they served fantastic food.. I ordered cheese samosa chat ,veg Maggie, chai and bun maska all taste good ...This place is pocket friendly ..

On the 12th Day of August 2018, after light rain fall I visit @samochacafe at Swaroop Nagar and enjoying Pineapple 🍍 Ice Tea and Vanilla Shake. It's really good place for Tea and friends meeting. They have numbers of Tea and shakes they also served snacks. My personal view for Samocha is that have too improve more that quality of shake and Ice tea... I give 3/5... But over all it's a good place for spending time with friends.

Mouth watering taste along with the affordable prices make it one of the best in town. Although the space is small, the ambience is good. There are books to keep you entertained as well. I recommend everyone to try out the white sauce pasta.

Small cute place to chill with Friends. The food is very cheap which makes this cafe my first priority. The food is good. If you are visiting this place during weekends make sure you once call the cafe to check the availability
