Review Khan Baba - Kanpur

It is a perfect place for non veg lovers. The interiors are decent and food is delicious. The staff remains on it's toes and provides super quick service but it is a bit costly keeping in mind the quantity of the dishes. The chicken taka tak roll and phirni is highly recommended. Butter chicken is sweeter than needed, they need to balance the flavours in it. I would recommend this place to anyone who is a mughlai cuisine lover.

Khan Baba ❣️ , the name itself suggest something about this new restaurant chain of future that is too fasinating and appealing for a customer to visit this chain again and again and again 😍 . The Place has got some real classy looks , the format of this restaurant is very new for Kanpur and Uttar Pradesh here we get Semi-Self Service where a customer has to go to the order area and order for himself and his family afterthat the waiter will take over the charge for you and your family 😍 . They are having NO TIP POLICY , yes you aren't allowed to give tip to the boys . Now lettme just talk about there fooooood 🌸 I mean the taste was so so gooood of Nalli Barra that my whole hand got dirty even my face just because of its juciy tender spicy and mind blowing flavours that burst in my mouth which made me eat like this in such a classy place .The Malai Tikka is not a Desi Malai Tikka that we usually eat in our city Kanpur but it's a authentic Malai Tikka that give a tough competition to Nalli Barra , And the same goes with there Malai Fish too. Very nice ambience, chilled atmosphere, quiet place, tasty food, quick service and after these things especially ambience of the place what I was expecting a bill with heavy service charge and taxes, and that what impress me the most all the prices given on menu are tax included and ZERO service charge means you will pay exactly what you will see on menu.

Non-veg platter was exceptionally good. Well cooked. Afghani tangri was also mouth watering. But cost is at higher range. One star less for higher cost.

The place needs improvement in all aspects.Headed over to this place with many expectations. But I was disappointed at the place. The taste was so so. And yes it was very crowded.

Loved the food and the ambience. Its a perfect place to take your family and close friends to and have a nice time there. Felt a little pricy but that's what you pay for quality food and time. I recommend you to try it without any doubts about the food. You'll definitely have a great time.

I personally suggest that place for BIRYANI, because quantity, quality, taste and preparation was dam good.. I ordered Half biryani and as per quantity I thought it was full, I asked the person I Ordered half, then he said it's half, and I was shocked it's like 2 person's meal. After looking for a decent place to eat on the streets of kanpur entered this small mall and found this one. Although a place where non vegetarian food I guess is the speciality. I tried the vegan biryani. It was good but the quantity of the sauces served along was quite less with the portion. The ambience is good the staff seemed nice. the food tasted ok I have had much better vegan portions of biryani.

Hello Viewers, This place has a very nice and decent ambience. The staff is very courteous and professional. I tried chicken taka Tak roll and butter chicken. The chicken in the roll was mouth watering. Both were awesome but the quantity of butter chicken was less than I expected only 4 very small pieces of chicken. Overall the place is very good.

All the starters were boneless.

I visited this place with a lot of expectations.... Being a nonveg lover and a big foodie whose favorite dish is chicken malai tikka... I ordered it here also.... But it disappointed me.... The quantity of cream used was very less and it wasn't able to give me that mouth watering taste which malai tikka of some other restaurants give.... Coming to biryani... It was good especially the pieces of chicken tikka... I regretted that i ordered chicken malai tikka instead of chicken tikka....<br/>If asked about ambience and service they both are good....

I was there for my wife birthday celebration staff was good and polite and food was great both veg and non veg but I notice one flaw as I ordered jeera rice and after a minute I had to cancel it, staff told me that I can't cancel the order as the order is being taking online but when I argued to cancel it they canceled it<br/>So my point is if u r able to cancel the order why u r telling the customer that u can't 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Khan Baba is a fine place to eat Mughlai Afghan n Pashto non veg grill food in Mega Mall, Mall Road. Food is good but certain starters are overpriced. A must try for 2 or more. Friends can definately try this place or you can go alone n enjoy meals. My favorites are Chicken tikka biryani Hyderabadi biryani. Murg malai tikka is great but Khan Baba assorted platter sizzler with Prawns is a expensive signature dish. Gravy items n Non veg assorted Sizzlers are the centre of attraction. Highly disappointed... yesterday I ordered kathi roll from khan baba, chicken taka tak and paneer kathi roll. <br/>The roll was looking so messy and the way it was delivered , all the mint chutney spilled over the packet .<br/>So the first impression was bad .<br/>Now coming to taste , the roll was very bad in taste the chicken roll had 2 piece of chicken will loads of cabbage and onion <br/>The panner had the same story <br/>We could not even eat the roll<br/>It was a total waste of money <br/>Dissapointed with zomato delivery and restaurant food

I visited today around 9:30 pm perhaps there most dishes finished but they took order for all considering the customer unknown about dishes I placed order of Chikan Biryani, Chikan Hyderabadi Biryani and Muttun dumpukht Biryani <br/>After few minutes Chikan biryani and Chikan tikka biryani served I dyed of Hyderabadi biryani when informed to service person they change the biryani and provided so called Hyderabadi Biryani with our mirche ka salan , though this is speciality of Hyderabadi biryani, and after some time also bring mutton dumpukht biryani it was sane as Chikan biryani with few pieces of gravi mutton though last time when I eat Muttun dumpukht biryani it was tally dumpukht and sane like yakhni pulao when I formed to manager he dame saw and went and did not come for clarifications.<br/>My experience is very poor last time when I visited with family the hotel staff were fighting and abusing each other even manager was abusing too.<br/>So can say the restaurant has unprofessional staff and services not very good.

Finally found a place which understands the culinary art of MARINATION.<br/>Thanks Khan Baba , ordered packing of Tandoori chicken, full marks to marination ... Tasted the same right through to the bone.<br/>Wow ... Excellent marination and the right amount of cooking.

Khan Baba is my favourite among all the restaurant in mall road. I often visit there with my friends and enjoy. They serve meal fast and too delicious. Also their unique style is the major attraction and also they are pocket friendly.
