I recently visited the Chocolate Room in Kanpur, and I can confidently say that every dessert I tried there was beyond heavenly. From their mouthwatering crepes and delectable waffles to their irresistible donuts, every treat was a delight for my taste buds. Not only did they excel in desserts, but their appetizers like nachos and cheese sandwiches were also incredibly tasty. When it comes to the ambiance, the Chocolate Room truly knows how to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Soft music playing in the background as soon as you climb the stairs adds to the relaxing and pleasant experience. Although the stairs may seem a bit tricky and intimidating at first, once you enter the bakery, you'll be greeted with a comforting and cute ambiance. Overall, the Chocolate Room in Kanpur is a must-visit for all dessert lovers. The quality and taste of their treats are exceptional, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it an enjoyable place to indulge in your sweet cravings. Good place for chocolate lovers. Takeaway outlet is on ground floor and restaurant is located at first floor. Food quality and taste is good. Staff behavior is good. Parking issues near place if you visit in evening time.

Basically I visited this place only 2 or 3 times till now and it's highly overrated, in place of food or desserts. But a nice place to satisfy your chocolate cravings. A good place to hangout with your friends.

If you ever crave for chocolates immediately head to the chocolate room😄 Fast food such as sandwiches,burgers , cheesy nachos,fries are also included so this place is not only a chocolate paradise but also good for fast food lovers

The Chocolate Room has an amzing decor with variety of chocolate desserts and also other platters. Inside vibe :- The decor and dinning is good specially the side seat gives you whole view of outside which is pleasing, light music and dining makes this place more amazing, good gentry basically of friends. Nice place to enjoy. Food :- We ordered Margaretta pizza and chocolate pastery both were taste worthy. Overall rating :- 5/5 as food, place, decor and dining everything is great.

Nice collection of chocolates drinks and delicacies. We got cappuccino and other hot beverage and it was too delightful. Little expensive for kanpur people but i will say worth. Come with your friends or your loving partner.

Although I don't sweet much but I like there brownie sundae it was awesome.i ordered green tea nachos and brownie sundae.the overall bill was 350.whivh is sufficient. Ambience is also good. I ll give 5/5 for the service. U can go their with your friends without thinking a second.

TCR is my favourite place for waffles. The Eskimo Waffles here are a must try. The Mediterranean Pasta is also Fab. The prices according to the place are okay. It is one of the best cafés in town. The ambience is also very nice. It is definitely one of the must visit café in town.

Average quality

The Chocolate Room is very popular for its variety and taste. <br/><br/>I had this Torroncino Italian Hot chocolate and it was really good in taste. Flavour of Almonds and Honey was really fine. <br/><br/>Little disappointed with both taste and pricing of mocktails. Green apple ice crushed mocktail was too too sweet. <br/><br/>Also ordered Pasta which was good both in terms of quality and quantity. <br/><br/>Service was very slow. This place was almost empty but still they took like half an hour to get pasta ready.

I have ordered red velvet cheese cake several times from the restaurant . I always order two jars at a time .the restaurant accepts the order despite having insufficient stocks .One of the jar cake is delivered right and other is always wrong .They somehow fill the pastry in the jar and send .Worst experience ever .Don't buy from this restaurant ever

I had this amazing freaky shake at @tcrswaroopnagar which was topped with brownie, gems, chocolate sticks & cream. You can also ask for ice cream to add it on top. Cozy little place having wide variety of chocolate delights. I ordered black forest cake for my mom-dad’s wedding anniversary. Cake was very delicious and tasty . Ambiance was really great. Didn’t get much time to explore the menu but will definitely try next time. Must visit place for chocoholics.😋😋👍🏻

Just few suggestions: please keep some kind of seasoning on the table for the customers to adjust the food to their taste. I understand sometimes you run out of stock of some items, but atleast the staff directly dealing with the customers should know about it to avoid last minute embarrassment. And the hazelnut coffee served to me was completely watery. Please try to improve on that as well. Rest, I loved the decor of your restaurant. Keep it up!

I visited this place for a quick snack. It was empty on a Saturday evening so I figured it would be quick. I ordered a Tex Mex Burger & an American Burger. We wanted to sit upstairs but the staff wanted us to sit downstairs as there weren't many people and it'd hassle them. Their manner of speaking was a tad defensive and lousy. The food took a looong time to come too. Like upwards of 40 minutes. The seating isn't very comfortable either to be sat in one place for so long. It tasted fresh but the taste was just very average. We were told the long wait times were because everything was prepared fresh & to order.<br/>Was the food worth the wait? No.<br/>Was the food fresh and hygeinic? Yes<br/>Would I visit again? No.<br/>I'd previously ordered sweet desserts which tasted quite delicious but they were home delivered. Much better than waiting there.<br/>All in all this place is best for having deserts and sweet stuff as that seems to be their forte. Savory snacks aren't specially delicious and the fast food is real slow. So I'd suggest to go for The Chocolate Room for sweet, chocolatey stuff cause that's what they're best at.

Chocolate Room is an good celebration place with small group of friends around .. place not very spacious with comfortable seating .. is crowded normally .. Chocolate varieties are different n mouth watering .. remains main point of attraction .. do offer snacks, shakes, sandwiches, cakes, pizza, fondues, coffees .. Fruit Chocolate fondue, Dutch Turffle Cake Shake, Cheese bean burrito remains tasteful n favorite .. service takes little time however staff is moderate n aware.

Oh I loved every dish of this place, specially PIZZA. Deserts were quite more sweet bt tasty. Will be back here soon because pizza had became my favourite of this place❤️🌼🥰.

Chocolate Room is one of my favorite place in Delhi-NCR and I was thrilled to try this here at Kanpur. The sittings were amazing and the staff was very kind and courteous. I love shakes and so i ordered kitkat shake for myself. Totally loved it. It was thick and just the right amount of sweetness. Would highly recommend to order this. this restaurant gives away burned stale degraded items in name of offer. <br/>i ordered veg supreme pizza <br/>and such a small pizza! it looked like 50 rs mini pizza <br/>if you want to taste<br/>go to the restaurant because quality is completly different there. <br/>and never order online from them. <br/>this happened with me twice from this restaurant.

Ambience is super cool. Food is ok not liked very much. They have two seating arrangement , one on upstairs and other on downstairs. I don't like the staff behavior. They were so rude. They have to learn that how to behave with customers.

I have always heard that TCR is the ultimate destination for your waffle cravings, so today I decided to order one. I ordered Brownie waffle from this place and sadly my experience was awful, the waffle was uncooked, it was as if I am having one big blob uncooked waffle batter, also I could only taste Nutella not even Brownie. Threw the entire box in the dustbin, it was a waste of money entirely.

The cuisines related to chocolate are pretty awesome and also the snacks on the list are worth it but little can be improved with the quantity to price ratio , sandwiches ordered are just way simple though there can be a scope for improvement . But yes the nachos salsa is a rocker

It was good in taste but kit kat flavor was less, it was more of a chocolate syrup flavor.<br/>And the price was 180 bucks for a glass and that too 20% was whipped cream.<br/>The service is also too slow. They took 20 min to give that shake.<br/>Its a good place to try some new desserts and spend time.<br/><br/>

I went to this place today for the first time. The way they have used the small place and turned into a chocolate cafe is really appreciable. Coming to the taste chocolate bom and Chocolate shots are good and delicious and as the name suggests its a place exclusive for chocolate lovers.<br/>Tip: order some snack as well along with your favorite chocolate item as after eating just chocolate your mouth will get too much sweet and will crave for salt.
