After a long time I had a proper Thai cuisine and loved it to every bits and the ambience is so amazing with their open kitchen. Will recommend this place to all those who are traveling to kochi.

An excellent thai dish which anyone could ask for. Batter fried prawns with tamarind sauce and crispy crispy shallots. Being a seafood lover, it was a treat to me. Also I got to know that, this is the most fast moving starter at Thai Soul, @grandhyattkochi. No wonder🤩, that good it is. So u better try it! From the main course, tried out Khao Phad Koong which is a Shrimp fried rice and Gai phad med mamuang which is also called as Thai style Cashew Chicken. It's mainly a stir fried chicken with spring onions, chilli and lots of cashew nuts. What to say guys, I am in love with this place! You can blindly indulge, if you are a Thai food lover. Hands down for one of the finest Thai cuisine - Thai Soul, @grandhyattkochi and phenomenal ambience & hospitality in town! 🙌
It's paradise for thai food lovers . One of the best Authentic Thai food Restaurant in South India . Thai drunch market is festival conducted once in a while is very nice , we feel that we are in bangkok night market . And also we can enjoy the backwaters views in the luxury of bolgatyy Hyatt .
This is the first thai restaurant in kochi which has brought thai cuisine to the God own country called kerla ... this restaurant is located in a 5 star property that is Hyatt with such a lovely view of hotel..
Got an opportunity to try their drunch which costed me only Rs1499 which is a street food market starts at 4 pam only on Saturday.

Visited them on Saturday evening when they conducted a Thai Drunch. The whole restaurant and outside pool premises were turned into a Thai Market. Live counters were the main attraction, serving the authentic Thai flavours. The buffet spread was decent enough. Did justice to the Thai cuisines. Complimentary Beer/ Cocktail was an add on.
In short it’s a good option to spend a Saturday evening with family.

Ok, first let me start by saying that this was my first experience of thai food and I must say that Thai Soul has everything that exceeds my expectations. It is located on the ground floor of Grand Hyatt Bolgatty. It has a panoramic view outside facing the backwaters of Kochi and the interiors are equally beautiful. Soulful music gives you a ethnic feel. Our host guided us keenly through the menu and gave us good suggestions. We were first served a thai clear soup with pomelo salad and fried garlic. Although we heard that Thai cuisine is quite bland as compared to the Indian cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised. The main course consisted of veg fried rice and thai green curry which had the perfect balance between sweetness, spiciness and tanginess and was very tasty. This experience was truly a 5 star experience.
It was quite a splendid experience for me and my friends, we came there to celebrate a small farewell party and the ambience and the food was tooo good and the people were also really sweet to us, we totally enjoyed our weekend.

Best thai restaurant in the area. At first I thought the food would be okay but it was excellent. Especially the fried chicken with onion and capsicum. The ambience is very good with a thai background. There is also a live kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. Just one thing is there, the soft drinks are very expensive even though they give the coke, limca, etc.
Liked the food and service a lot better than the Malabar Cafe at the lobby level. The food was very well prepared (though it took a while to be served). The flavours came through nicely and portions were just correct! The getup of the place could do with some improvements to bring it at par with the rest of the property.
Thai Soul is the best and authentic thai restaurant in Kochi city. Head chef is a thai lady and she knows her job well. I’ve frequently visited thailand 🇹🇭 and these dishes in thai soul is very similar to once I had in Thailand.
Customer service and ambience is 10/10. It’s a spacious restaurant but book in advance because its mostly crowded especially in the weekends.
Must try if you are in for a 5star experience.

Our family went to Thai Soul for Dinner buffet on Saturday night which happened to be the day they held the Drench market. The buffet had a delicious array of Sushi and desserts. The Wok prepared by Sous chef Kenika was excellent. We ordered 3 types of Pad Thai- squid, prawns & beef and found them all very tasty. I was too full to try the other items honestly. My favorite dessert was the gulab jamun cheesecake which was addictive!
One of the greatest place to enjoy authentic Thai food. The food is top-notch, delicious.Priced high,but still no regrets as they serve quality food with no comprise. You'll revisit this place for sure.The service is commendable.

Thai Soul was an absolute delight! The food was beyond exceptional, tantalizing my taste buds with its authentic Thai flavors. We were promptly greeted on arrival and shown to our seats. Menus were brought and a complimentary appetizer was served (pan fried tofu?) which was quite yum. We had the por pie phak which is a Thai veg spring roll. It had the perfect balance of flavor and spice, went really well with the chili sauce as suggested by our cheerful and ever so helpful server Kim. We then went to order pad thai (veg) and pad Mee Phuket which were both composed of layers of flavor that created a party in the mouth when consumed. For drinks we had the Pattaya packet which is a mocktail which left a good warm taste in the mouth , it's a strawberry based drink which had a good zing to it and an alcohol based drink called sawadika which was a tropical zesty drink which was perfect for a cold winter as it gave these nice fresh warm vibes. Finally for dessert we went for the duo of creme bruleé which was really well made and was a fitting end to the awesome meal. The servers were ever so helpful and Kim's suggestions of sauce to compliment each meal were spot on! Will definitely visit again.
Went to Thai soul for the first time. Absolutely loved it. Flat fried noodles was flavourful and brilliant. Beef was tender and full of flavor. Rice was good, but the lemon grass was a bit over powering for my taste. Taste is subjective, but I will be going back again for their noodles and beef. It is the best i had so far, Wonderful service and ambiance to complement the food. Please keep it going!!
We visited the Thai Soul restaurant on our way back to Cochin after visiting a temple in the morning. My sister had a Hyatt membership and we got a decent discount for the meal.
I had items which I haven't had much previously, if at all. We started with Tom Yam Koong soup and Kanom Jeeb Gai momos both of which were quite tasty.
For main course, we had Chicken Phad Thai and Khao Phad Thai Poo (Crab Fried Rice) along with Phad Med Ma Maung Gai (Chicken).
For dessert, we had Duo of Creme Brulee which I wasn't a big fan of though others liked it a lot.
The food was very expensive even with the discount. The service was very good and I loved pretty much everything apart from the dessert. The ambience was also quite nice. Overall, this is a place I would definitely recommend.
The best buffet i have had EVER !!! A blast of different tastes!!. It was the best and highest quality buffet I have ever eaten. With a wide variety of flavors, they have included in their buffet, many different flavors that we have never tasted before.buffet rate was 2500+gst per head but that is really reasonable when it comes to taste of the food.this a must try buffet .i have never tasted momos like this before .the service was also really appreciable.very neat and clean environment with good wallet space
I like the place. Food is authentic Thai. Chef is very friendly. If we don’t like something ask them how to eat it. Obviously it’s not our kerala spicy food. My girlfriend love this place. Soups are good 👍🏽. I will be visiting again. I want to know what they can make from their aquarium. Lol
