Review Burger King - Kochi (Cochin)

The burger King is a really rice option for a tummy filling burger. There are around 5-6 varieties of the same. The options are a bit less,however each of them are tasty. Tried the Whooper burger,Twisted whooper burger , veg whooper and tandoori whooper. All were good and tasty. The cheesy hi fries were also good. However the token system was a failure. The order was shown ready, but they made me wait an additional time at the counter as all the burger was not ready. Otherwise, the ambience,the food,all worth giving a try.

Good customer service and food. Person at counter was very helpful and informative. Place of washroom can be improved or better use the common wash room outside.

Oh wow! What a wonderful cold coffee! So impressed! Small wait but VERY GOOD coffee! And good price too with the app ❤️

Excellent outlet. Varieties of veg and non-veg food items are available. They have different offers in different weeks, which is economically advantageous for customers, and I also find it much cheaper than other food outlets here. Most of the time the shop is very crowded but that has changed since the Covid-19 outbreak and now it's not at all crowded.

We can buy some tasty burgers at reasonable price. I have visited thier outlet at Lulu mall and the service was good. The staff at billing counter is clearly explaining everything to their customer what they have asked for. I have not yet seen such a behaviour from billing staff in these kind of food chains. Getting variety of good and tasty burgers at reasonable price is not a big deal right now but thier service is good as well as ambience at Lulu mall. It really worth for a try.

They have got a good seating capacity with pleasing ambience. Burgers tasted good as usual. Service was also good. Average waiting time of 10 minutes to get the food delivered from the counter. Take away too available.

Today I ordered a crispy chicken combo including crispy chicken burger, medium fries and a bottle of pepsi via Zomato. As being a regular customer of burger king their food taste same. But they send me the pepsi in a reusable bottle. But while it carries air tighted bottle. While opening the bottle it got like a blast with a loud voice and all the pepsi and bottle got in the ground. This is to inform you that please don't send pepsi and other soft drinks which contains air in it through this kinds of bottle. This will create other issues. So please note this😐

Tasty Burgers are available. And also the atmosphere and ambience is very peaceful .

We have visited Lulu recently and struggled to find a calm place at food court and finally we are into here. It was really awesome experience being here. They have choices apart from burgers too. Staffs were really courteous. Chicken crunchy Volcano Wrap was really nice. We have enjoyed being here.

Tasty treat both veg and non veg are provided. Sanitizing facilities are provided at the entrance itself. Que is to be maintained for ordering and payment, but people are restless and careless at times in maintaining social distancing. Chairs with stickers pasted specifying,not to be seated, to allow social distancing may be seen here. After ordering the meal and payment, we may have to sit and wait for sometime till our token is called. They would sanitize and clean the table we prefer to sit. A washing area is there, but during rush hours the soap solution may get exhausted and it's always nice to have a spare with you.

Amazing fries and the flavour just brings out the best of your mouth! My weekend cheat meal everytime!!! Pro tip: add some Peri Peri on top of the fries and you'll be surprised!

The first of the big franchise in Kochi. Located in Lulu mall they have been crowded from the time they opened. I have been a regular customer for many years now and have to say that I have been impressed. My favorite being the chicken whooper. Mutton whooper, crispy wings, chicken fries have all been really good for my liking. This is a go to place for me when I crave to have a burger, nothing too fancy but still suffices the appetite and leaves you satisfied.

Please don't order in burger king .money lost . Zomato is not available in this restaurant. If you order the food you will lose the money

By 8:50 it was showing 10 more minutes and the order status was still preparing while it would take atleast 20 minutes to reach my home from there. I thought that may be some technical issue.<br/><br/>But after some time delivery time changed to 30 minutes and delivery boy is going away from the restaurant as per the map. I called him. He said the restaurant said they cancelled the order.<br/><br/>Ok then they should have changed the status. Now i should cancel the order without repayment. So i connected with the customer care chat. Without even contacting anyone they promised me the order will be delivered within 20 minutes 'once the delivery boy' reaches there.<br/><br/>So i told them the situation. So they tried to call the delivery boy but he didn't pick up the call. And after 1.5 hours they successfully cancelled the order. ( God knows who. Restaurant or Zomato. Well i did asked the customer care executive but the poor fellow didn't have a clue i guess.)<br/><br/>THE END.<br/><br/>(Oh yes. I got the repayment processed. And got some Zomato credits. 🤩)<br/><br/>Hope that's enough polite and friendly.

The burger which was in offer of 2 for 79 are the cheapest burgers to try. But, there is no toppings, only onions. The restaurant was spacious and have good ambience.

The I ordered was tasty an very juicy the whopper was not big as expected still the taste was good.and also when I ordered a small burger I got more than 3 sauce packets but when i ordered a big burger I just got 2sauce packets well that's the only complain I have

The Whopper is nice and for the price I guess the food is alright. The service is nice as well but after having had bigger and messier burgers in other places that are definitely worth their price, I find it hard to recommend this place unless you're right there and want to grab something quick.

He stated that there was one left. As he was about to input the order, he looked to the manager who nonchalantly told him to not ring it up and to tell me that the only burger available was one that was significantly more expensive.<br/><br/>All this, right in front of me. The utter callousness and indifference shown was honestly disgusting. Without a doubt, the worst food-based experience I have had in Kochi. I'd rate this place a concrete 0 if it were possible.

This is a real help. When I am abroad, I wanted to have the homely food. But when I am home, sometimes I feel like I need some real good burgers. The burger is not really really good in here. But they help the craving.

I love the fact I can watch them make my food and I can have it any way I want (also great onion rings). I have never been to a restaurant where the employees are very nice to each other. Even when someone is getting in trouble they are very polite to each other, at first it was kinda weird. My only complaint is that they don't microwave my cheese and they put the cheese on the bottom bun under the meat. I promise it does taste different. Also, condiments are suppose to go on top of the cheese.

I would like to appreciate the special service the staff provides particularly Mr. Abinas. So I was having chicken wings which were really hot and spicy by the, just the way I like it. I hadnt ordered anything to drink and the spices really got to me. I went the counter to buy a coke. But the queue was huge and I was dejected. I went back to my seat and continued to finish the wings when I saw Abinas. I asked him if he was able to get me a coke as the line is huge. He said no problems and bought me a coke and saved me a lot of trouble. Its rare to see such service anywhere and I hope Burger King Edappaly awards Abinas the employee of the month and some incentives.

Burger King edappally lulu provides us excellent service, providing us yummy , tasty foods . Friendly customer service Made us so comfortable here . Abinas's and his team work made us to choose Burger King every time .

I am disappointed on their burgers. Firstly it's on the expensive side. Next you don't get what you pay for. Tastes just average. Tried Chicken Whopper and Mutton Whopper, both normal one and chilly one. Personally not satisfied with their patty. If you like juicy burgers with rich myonice in them, this is not for you. Plus their Chilly version Whopper said it had 3 layers of cheese,which I thought was not there. Only "Chilly" thing about the burger is 3 or 4 pieces of pickle they add(jalapeños). Not at spicy or chilly. I would rate a Burger Spot or TBJ or Grill Lab burger above Burger King burgers. Nextly regarding cheese fries which I thought was okay. Nothing out of the world. Try Grill Lab Chilly Cheese beef fries. You'll know what I'm talking about. Finally the only thing which I liked what chicken grilled wings. When you compare the crispy wings with grilled wings. The latter is better any day. The crispy chicken wings that I got was too spicy and oily. You won't be able to finish a bucket of 8 of those oily crispy fried wings. My value for money recommendation would be 8 pcs grilled chicken wings, Rs 235 including tax I believe.

I tried one of those big size chicken burger. My intial thought was "okay, I'm gonna have this and then i'm a try another" ...... fast forward to 10 mins later and I was like "Damn this burger is huge" <br/>It is one of the best chicken burger I ever had. Next time I'd stick with the normal sized burger and not the large/big burger. One of their Big/large burger is more than enough for two...Haha 😂😂

A characteristic fast food place that has done much to reflect its chains abroads. The absence of the beef alternatives is definitely a let down but the food as such is very well thought out. The staff, especially, i hope I spell this right, Sabarish, was very helpful with everything and it was an overall pleasant experience.

The ambience is just like any other Burger King outlet, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. The whopper burger is Burger King's most iconic Burger and is definitely a must try. Nothing new in the menu here. Pretty much the same old stuff. Definitely a very very good alternative McDonalds.
