Review Deli Kc - Kochi (Cochin)

Wow experience from the cafe, they were totally welcome the guest like anything. I have met one of the manager call charls, he is very active, corperative and explained all events and promotions happening in the hotel and invited for onam sadhya. He made me a special peach iced tea and now it's one of my favourite drink.

We went there for a friends get together. We decided to have some buffet and some special drinks. Dont forget to read my comment on service. Food was great and good buffet spread. Limited starters but plenty of main dishes, choice of breads were great and Appam etc. Drinks were on an expensive side but given the star status etc, it is fine too. Ambience is great and plenty of tables and has some partitions for private events. Service was good initially and deteriorated the moment one celebrity came. (He is not a famous movie actor or anything, just a music director and not the top one). All the staff is trying to help him and his friends. And no one will come near our tables. This is pathetic. We also pay the same rate and probably much more than what they spent that day. This is unacceptable. Celebrity is fine, assigning an exclusive staff etc is fine. But ignoring others and the entire staff trying to help him is totally unacceptable. Parking was ok.,narrow. But nothing can be done. Overall, great food but......

We have been staying at Holiday Inn at Kochi for the past three days and absolutely have to review Deli KC, the 24-hour coffee shop. Every item on the menu is amazing, and the staff very kind and helpful.

Great ambience at Holiday Inn - Deli KC - Delicious Kochin Cafe. Ordered a sandwhich - Deli KC Club sandwhich - awesome, delicious with large quantity. Great hospitality & service from Ms. Susan - very good suggestions given by her to select the dishes. Great ambience at this place to rest for a while alone or with friends.

A memorable day with friends We had a wonderful experience in Deli KC. The food we ordered was up to the quality & was really yummy. The best Iced latte recently had. The service was something which never go unnoticed. The effort put on by the staff at the deli kc Ebin were very welcoming and pleasant... Thank you so much..

I got a pleasant welcome from Delikc team...I liked the way the manager Charls and team handled the customers. Highly appreciated Charls for the coordination and team as well.The manager suggest us to try the variety dishes and the fd was really yummy.The new play area for kids that was really awesome..Kids can enjoy a lots .Highly appreciated for the team...Looking forward to c u again

This Deli Kc Cafe has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation for the food and tried monsoon chai wala platter with a wonderful pastry. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. Now I understand why the cafe is packed in the evening, Keep going Charls and team!!!

Very nice experience we got from delikc the ice tea we has was soo tasty and mouth watery and the service delivered by ebin was top notch thank you holiday inn for the good hospitality

I was very eager to find a place where they serve carpaccio de bœuf here in kerala ... Great food good wines .. we been here for a date dinner and enjoyed it as the cosy interior and heart full service made our evening wonderful ... Forgot the name of serveuse as she defenitly deserves an appluse comment ... I would recommend this place any Italian food lover

Nice place to hangout with your friends and family

Ordered beef coconut fry (Rs.400) and 2 tawa paratha (Rs.100) total bill including packing charges Rs.595. Food is packed in such a way as if you have bought it from a street food vendor. No carry bag, no tissues, absolutely pathetic. Quantity of beef fry is only 2 table spoon and tawa paratha is so dry u need 2 hands to tear it..<br/>Can't get relieved of my shock that I just had food from Holiday Inn.. Shylocks are saints when compared..

An alternative to having buffet. Its a cafe place. The food prepared was fresh and served with same great service as expected from a holiday inn

Got really bored sitting in lobby and ordered a latte Macchiato(INR 236) so my review is solely based on that.<br/><br/>What all cannot go wrong in a latte macchiato went wrong.<br/><br/>A full glass of less warm milk with a hair line strip (satire) of coffee. (I sat there trying to taste and get a kick from the coffee in it but it's scarcity made my efforts futile)<br/><br/>Yes I would go again to find out what all can go wrong in other drinks and dishes they offer 🤗<br/><br/>

Love the cakes here. Good service and nice ambience. Rates are high, as expected for a 5 star hotel. Good place for a casual coffee time with friends and family.

Guys this is holiday inn not a local restaurant. GET RID OF YOUR MOSQUITO PROBLEM....IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO PAY 1000 Rs. For coffee and be attacked by them

Gone there for monster milkshake festival. Good place to visit, have nice variety of food available. Can improve on ambiance. Customers can use hotel lounge.

Though I had been once to this place but I am in love with the food being served at this place. ..must try chicken club sandwich. ..fish fingers. ..lip smacking. .would definitely recommend this place.

Deli KC is the kind of coffee shop that you want to be at, if quiet and cozy is your thing. This well lit up, snazzy lil cafe in the ground floor of Holiday Inn is the epitome of fine taste !<br/><br/>What's best is that the cafe extends into the main foyer too. So be it unwinding into a nice little corner or being in the thick of things - Deli KC has it all.<br/><br/>The sandwiches, contrary to my expectations, were actually good. Super filling too ! The two of us found it hard to down it all. Loved the 'on the house's coffee combo too. I mean, who doesn't like coffee, right ?!!<br/><br/>To me, Deli KC is slightly expensive but worth it. Definitely one of the best places to catch up over a coffee in the edapally - vytilla stretch. Go for it folks !!

A good place to hangout with friends and family. Deli KC opens 24*7. Ambience and service is excellent. Limited seating. They have a decent menu and value for money. Recommended.

It's 2 in the morning, nd u want a good cup of coffee, nd sumthin to eat. Your best bet is the Deli in Holiday inn. Sure its super expensive, nd they take their time. Nd not to say ther r no other places for a late late night eat in Kochi. Cuz ther are a few placea. Kochi is blessed lik that. But wen u want to splurge nd make it special. This is wer to go. I get one of their Croissant Sandwiches and sum choice of italian brew.<br/><br/>Foodie approved!

Another restautrant in holiday inn infact a cafe!! But this deli kc is open 24x7..thts wat makes it attractive.. a lot of pastries to choose from!! The pistachio mocha is quite good and i recommend!!<br/><br/>Ambience -5star<br/>Service- satisfactory<br/>Food- good

I just love coming to this place, again plus point is it's open 24 hrs and my favourite in here is the DKC club and Irish coffee. A good place, good ambience and lovely spot to chillax !

Got here by chance as both the other Restaurants got closed.. Nothing special to speak about the ambience as it is a star hotel... The quality as well as the taste of food was so nice and on the cheaper side too. The desert section was overpriced compared to taste. Overall it's a Gud place to crash in if u want quality food and its late at night ..

It is a nice place to have a puffed up light foodies with a mini pastries treat...the location is an easily accessible one...Nice spot for sharing Light moments of Life....
