Review Domino's Pizza - Kochi (Cochin)

The dominos is good , but i doubt the filling of items in pizza is less as compared to the pizza from Edapally’s dominos which is near, i felt like the the topping, filling are less, not sure why , the space is less here , with limited parking , this dominos is near to Palarivattom petrol pumb and near to the police station.

I have been ordering from this outlet since a year. Delicious Pizza and sides. Prices are on expensive side 😕 tried their achari pizza and stuffed garlic bread which was sooo spicy 🥵🔥. Pizza doesn't have that acharii flavour, i don't know why. Overall it's a 4/5

Ordered a pepper BBQ chicken - Regular for lunch Was well cooked ..crust was good and so were the toppings. Pizza takes 10-15 minutes to be served but its normal on most outlets. Service was also good.

One of the best places for pizza! They even have good vegetarian pizzas and other items like pasta, burger, chicken wings etc. Their cheese burst pizza is fantastic and I also happen to love their pizza mania menu. They provide a Good home delivery service that we can access online unlike many restaurants with 30 minutes delivery guarantee. The staff are really nice and helpful as well. If you're in small groups this is a nice place to visit but it's not really Spacious to accommodate large groups. But hey you can always order at home.

The team who served me was such a pleasant guys, i arrived near to the closing time but the team was very much happy to accommodate and take orders, though some of the items were not available, the team made sure that we get the best experience with whats available. the pizza was well cooked and yes super delicious, first time having dominos in kerala and was very much pleased. Super hot, Super delicious, Super customer service and Superb atmosphere . Recommended

A small outlet with neat and clean ambience. Easy to access showroom on the road side. Pizza will be delivered within 10 - 20 minutes which is normal in Domino's. I found Pizza in here is a bit crunchy which is good thing to feel on your mouth. Even though I asked to add extra cheese, the pizza wasn't cheesy enough. Still a 3.2 out of 5. I didn't like their seating arrangement that much, could have been used the space better rather than keeping them closer. Staffs were also behaving nicely. Totally a good experience going here.

This place used to be average at best with flies and poor quality furniture. But now they have renovated the place and made it really impressive. The entire facility is really clean and the seating, furniture and staffs have been revamped and they are really nice. Though, the 60rs 500ml cokes could be changed in future. Apart from that, good experience. Good food and hygenic.

I loved the chicken sausage pizza with the cheese burst crust. It was so loaded with cheese that you could feel your mouth melting. The interiors were pretty ok. Nothing special. Just like any normal dominos. The staff were pretty nice and the wait times were normal. Would suggest this place if you wanna have a peaceful lunch, away from the hustles of the traffic

Tried 4 types of pizza’s,they were exceptionally good.Their delivery was fast too.

Recently i had loaded non veg pizzas from dominos. The pizza was good. I found a slight delay in placing orders. They have less seating capacities which made customers wait a lot. But overall had a good time

Our favourite go to meal place. Always the best choice if you are with friends. Extremely pocket friendly and tasty. And also they have timely delivery.

We tried veg and non pizza from there...but I want to tell that don't buy pizza from there...it's waste of money...I just like pizza from other shops...

We ordered 3 pizzas and after 45 minutes got a call from dominoz mentioning that order can't be delivered. When I asked why - they are saying they reduced the distance limit. Just 3 days back only we ordered and it was delivered to the same place. Only option left out was either cancel order or come over to the location where dominos is situated. If i need to go and collect, why we call it delivery?? Wasted 45 minutes and no food delivered. I will not recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service for delivery, disconnected the call as well as spoke rudely regarding order which had to be cancelled because of unavailability of product. Even though product was not there it was listed on menu.

Have always had multiple experiences with various dominoes outlets.This time my order was delivered in so less time with hot piping yummy pizza and veg rolls.The complete process was hassle free and rapid.<br/>Food and service were top mark even during this pandemic crisis.A special thanks to the staff of dominoes and also to the delivery boy(Nithin) for their clean and contactless delivery.

I just love this place. It is not easy to spot this place but once you did pleas make sure you make the most of it. Their pizzas are mind blowing and drool worthy. It has a thin crust and the topping is also crunchy and good. It fills 2 people but we"ll surely crave for more.

Been here multiple times, the pizza is standard Domino's. Very limited parking and sitting available inside. The staff is courteous and service is quick. I recently noticed the pizza options have been reduced compared to the earlier times.

Horrible delivery. Ordered food at 7 PM and got the food delivered at 9PM after so much of shouting.<br/>The food was ice cold when delivered at 9PM. This is the third time it happening with this outlet.<br/>Don't ever order food from here

I had placed an order through Zomato for Dominos pizza at around 8.55 pm. It showed it will reach by 9.25 pm. Till 9.45 it dint reach and it was showing on the app that the food is delivered. Tried calling the Domino's outlet in Palarivattom Kerala. They dint pick my phone. Tried calling Domino's helpline. All four executives told different stories. The 1st one said the food is on its way, it will reach in some time. 2nd executive told a different story. the 3rd one was rude and told to cancel the order, she gave the store managers number for me to sort out the issue. Tried calling him several times he dint bother to attend my call. Finally the fourth one tried understanding my situation and tried calling the store manager. He dint pick the phone. Later she raised a complain against my call. I was constantly calling the Domino's outlet till 10.30. no one bothered to pick my call. At last had to drive down to the outlet. When we tried confronting the manager he said the outlet was busy and they dint have delivery staff to deliver my order. The order is taken by the system automatically, so we cant help it, that was the reason given by the manager. Had to wait for the order to get prepared and finally at around 11.30pm we got the food. Horrible experience with Zomato chat service as well. Response time was very poor and in the end Zomato brushed off its hand by saying we dont deliver Domino's through our delivery service so please contact Domino's directly. Next time why should i order through Zomato then?? Till now i have not received any kind of feedback call from both Zomato and Domino's. I had few guest come over for a get together, the pizza's were ordered for the kids. It was so embarrassing. Hope some action is taken against the outlet manager and staff.

My order got cancelled without any intimation. Very poor attitude. Called Domino's help line no response. They too did not help. Will never order again.

Ordered a pizza by 1.35pm and till 3.22pm order was not delivered and I called the customer care 2 times and tried to contact the shop but they were not picked the call. I have received the pizza by 3.30pm and it was a cold one with dented pepsi can. <br/><br/>Thanks.

The ambience and staff are very friendly. But they have comprised on the taste which is very disappointing. The sides they offer are quite good but the main thing is now little behind than the usual.

Bad service, unprofessional staff . Ordered a pizza which got cancelled at their end with no intimation from Zomato even . Called Dominoes after an hour to be told that the pizza would reach in 5 mins , waited an additional 30 mins before calling again only to b told the order had been cancelled an hour back . Now Zomato sends me a bill receipt for a cancelled order .

This is my first order. Food was good but wasn’t hot enough. The chicken meat balls piri piri is a must buy- it was delicious and juicy. Delivery time was a bit late than assured may be due to bad weather. Overall the pizza was worth the price. 1 @99. As it was my trial order, pretty satisfied.🌸❤️

The best pizza in town. Also the worst service in town. They always mark your order as delivered when its still cooking. Then you have to do phone calls before things start from there. Never ever happened that we ordered and then food was delivered without follow up calls from our side. Due to this issue last time we tried ordering through zomato. But Zomato doesn't take responsibility of ordering to dominoes. They say its on dominoes responsibility. I again say best pizza in town.

It’s like an extra cream cheese layer in the pizza. I bought it thinking it’s a stuffed crust. Be sure you want to eat that much cheese!! <br/>Their breadsticks are nice and their peri peri chicken wings are good!

Dominos cancelled the order. Zomato says they have delivered the corresponding order by dominos. I lost my money. I didn't got the food ordered

Wont recommend to any one expecting reliable delivery and responsive customer support. Had to go through unnecessary starvation and time wastage. Placed an order with branch, made us wait 2hrs with no response and they were not picking up calls on the contact number provided. Called the dominos customer care they were clueless and didn't call back. After enquiring on zomato Customer care they let us knew that the order was declined after waiting blindly for 2 hrs.

A good option for pizza lovers. Not much product varieties. Service is satisfactory. Parking is difficult. Approach to the upper floor is difficult for the aged. Not much surprises but will quench your appetite. Not much crowded so no waiting required.

what a terrible experience from both Dominos' and Zomato's side as well. Dominos delivered late, though we asked the restaurant to cancel the order if it's okay. After all, my place was outside the delivery area of Dominos Palarivattam.<br/>Zomato being the worst food delivery app ever, does not even have proper customer care service. Zomato is fooling us customers through the ridiculous bots they have installed for their chat support. Zomato really doesn't care about its customers.<br/><br/>Terrible, awful and disastrous experience. <br/>

This is just like any other dominos pizza outlet. Parking can be an issue as it’s in the heart of the junction. The staff is friendly. Should wait for around 15 minutes once the order is placed. Depends on the crowd. It’s one of their smaller outlets but decent ambience.
