Situated on ground floor of Lulu mall. Opposite the Hypermarket. Have got outlets on its side serving ice creams and all.
We had a meal of grilled chicken cheese burger. The burger was decent, could have been better though.
Although there's a cheese slice, we do not get the taste of it. Also, the burger was a bit spicy, with jalapenos, so can be less enjoyable for some. Wish it didn't taste so spicy.
But the chicken did have the smokey flavour to it, as similar to the gourmet burgers.
The fries was good, had a bit of crunch to it.
Soft drinks were ok.
A good place to visit. There's a non air conditioned space too.

Mc Donald's at Lulu is OK OK at its ambience.. self ordering via touchscreen aumtomated machine is one unique feature I could find at Mc D.. the hot chocolate is really good but cafe Americano is not upto the mark as other contemporaries..chicken nuggets are fine.. overall, courteous behavior from the staff..
What I specifically love is cappuccino which has taken my heart already the design on it, taste wise it's the best choice to rejuvenate the whole body and mind. The ambience of the cafe is outstanding. Staff service good. The potato wedges I ordered was spice but it was too bland and not worth the price
When having a burger meal, it's better to have hot chocolate than coke.
We have better Burgers in kochi these days. Why is McD not keeping up.
I really love the ice coffee😍 from McDonald's and had tried the mc peri peri Paneer Burger for the first time but I didn't like it much.. I would recommend a regular mc spicy paneer burger or a wrap🤗 to this peri peri paneer burger or peri peri paneer wrap🤗. Also their hot Cappuccino is a must try for coffee lovers 😋
Ok for me compared to the other McDonalds in kochi it sure is crowded thats obvious since it is inside the most visited mall in kochi the food is gud the place is gud the only thing that i found as a problem was the availability of a peacful environment
Situated at the ground floor of lulu mall, this is one of the busiest McD in Kochi. The ice cream- soft serve is one of the best selling everyone's favorite item in the menu which they have a separate kiosk just near the entrance of the McD. You can either order from the counter or can use the machine to place your order. Seating capacity is good too.
Softiess are my favourite from here and also sundaes. Takeway only available here. Have to wait for order
Plenty of places to sit along with Sofas. Good air-conditioning, no restrooms only hand wash. Plenty of payment options also with self ordering for faster service. Friendly staff where they help when you need to work with charging stations.
