Had a tasty authentic kerala rice thali here, full of tummy. At a very reasonable price of just RS 100. Waiter was so helpful that, he gave us sample of paratha and Roti to help up choose the correct dish. Felt overwhelmed by the servings. Taste is also so awesome 😎👍 can't forget.. must try option for veggies.

One of the vegetarian restaurant in heart of the city Kacheripadi, Food and service is avearge.. Major issue is no sufficient space for parking.Very reasonable rate. They have to improve the quality of food,service and Hygine

Ghee roast was good, chutneys had strong flavour especially white and red. Sambar too was really delicious.

A hearty meal comprising rice, daal, sambar, papad, packaging, 2 sabjis, and curds (unlimited) @100. What more do you want?

The place serves veg fare but the food and service are at best average. Cost of items are also average rates. Parking is not available.

This is one of the oldest hotel in kochi and they have a good verities of dosa . Paper ghee dosa is the best .

I eat andhra meals here which costs 100/-. Tastes good with around 6 varieties of Curries and unlimited curries and rice. Both normal and white rice options are there. Usually crowdy at 1PM. Overall a good taste.

this is a simple restaurant with a simple ambience...so there is nothing much to say about the ambience...they have both AC and non AC dining halls and it's just a simple kind of South Indian restaurant....and you will not find this place much crowded at all...I visited this place twice and both the times it was not crowded......<br/>on my first visit I tried their masala dosa...there is nothing much about the dosa because it was a simple masala dosa and the taste was good.....<br/>on my second visit I tried their puttu rice with kadala curry....this is the first time I tried this dish and it was really unique.......I liked the combination of puttu with kadala curry...the taste was simply good....the service is very fast......and the food is good and the restaurant is clean.....<br/>overall it is a good place if you are just looking for simple South Indian foods....

The place is old and needs a serious refurbishment. Two sections - AC and outside dinning area. The place has a very pungent smell and it is difficult to sustain here for more than ten minutes.<br/><br/>The only veg restaurant the menu is small and has limited menu. This place is Iconic and even the auto and taxi drivers are aware of its existence. We ordered<br/><br/>Ghee Roast Dosa- Plain Paper Dosa with modest amount of Ghee. The texture of the dosa is good however the sambhar served is ice cold and the chutney are bland and bad.<br/><br/>Idli- how can you serve cold idli to your guests. The Idlis are thick and is bland. Didn't go well with us, audience.<br/><br/>Onion Ottampam - the battery was filled with excessive onion making it too sweet for a savory dish.<br/><br/>Marked it as a disappointment

A decent veg restaurant. Had their dosa along with sambar and varieties of chutney, a typical Tamilian preparation, thats the highlight. <br/>Nothing special about the ambience as its a budget hotel with good value for money.

Been here almost a month back, had Ghee Roast and tea, the place is very old, but is really nice. Not hard on your pockets at all. Don't expect high end service from the staff since they're simple folks, they're just passable...

One amongst the oldest vegetarian outlet in Ernakulam. Food is good and light on your pockets. Kesari, Masala dosa ( one amongst their best items) , thali meals, Idli n chutney ( one of my favz here ), veg friedrice and chilli Gobi / paneer ( chinese items starts only after 4:30) are few of my favorites here. They do have AC, as well as the normal seating space here. Service is Ok. I would definitely give a 3.5 because I feel that the food is good and has been the same for years. Though parking during high traffic might be an issue, in normal days, it's not. Overall, a vegetarian restaurant with good seating facility, ok food and good price. Check it out.

Frequent visitor of this place. Place posses decent seating capacity and ambience. major drawback is service and manner of staff. Most of them are not interested in taking orders we have a wait for someone to come even if its not a peak time. <br/> About the food its good and worth for the penny tried their (1) masala dosa - not so good but posses a min standard .<br/>(2) porotta and curry - thumbs up !! porottas are crispy and tasty fresh prepared.. curry too tasty <br/>(3) chilly porotta - also nice. Good taste

Was really happy with this veg place and how seriously they take their duty. Very good value for money. I sat in a c room comfort. Very sweet place

The place is packed during lunch hours. There is separate AC hall to accomodate ladies and families. South Indian platter is good. North Indian food can be tried too except chapattis.

Good service, good food. Typical southie restaurant. This is on Banerji road. Pretty hard to find parking space. I often visit this restaurant since childhood. Just like any southie restaurants they serve dosas pooris and yes they do serve Chinese and northie foods as well.

Just another typical south indian vegetarian restaurant. They have an AC section too. Parking can be a little difficult.. Okay place to grab a quick office lunch. The thali is reasonably priced.

For some reason this place has always disappointed me! Located close to one of the major junctions in the city, I have always felt they can achieve far more. The food is good but not great. If you need to catch a meal on your way somewhere, then this place should suffice, however if you want to take your family out for dinner then look elsewhere.
