It's wonderful experience with cold stone. I just visited panampilly nagar cold stone a few minutes ago, when I was came to the store mine mind was absolutely wrong and totally upset, and they give me a warm welcome and i just choose a choclate ice creame, the person showing some skills with the ice cream it's was nice, and i just bring to take my seat and after sometimes the staff came to interact to me and get lot of fun, he take off to me from all stress And the ice cream was very specially tasty, the flavour was too good also the atmosphere was very comfortable for me. Cold stone cremery ♥️and i must say, their ice creams are awesome!, i sampled three flavours. Vannilla, red welvet and salted caremel. Each one was nice, but my personal fvrt has to be salted caremel. Its incredibility tasty and refreshing. The quality of their ice cream is top-notch and i highly recommend giving them try if u r an ice crm lover 😍and especially friendly staff and management one mr abhijith he welcome with a good smile.staffs are well behaved. love it

Good place to get some cold stone creations, definitely one of best places around to get some icecream. The menu was unfortunately limited during our visit. Clean, and good service. The ingredients used were good, and service was great.

Our experience at cold stone was top notch. It might have been because of the time we went in. We were there at about 7.30 pm . The place was quiet and the attendants were totally with us. The menu is fab . I loved the cold stone ice creams there . Just a suggestion would be great if someone can actually tell the customers what is what would be of help. I was totally confused about the menu.

A frozen dessert hub that serves your ice cream smashed with additional ingredients, its also an entertaining performance on how they blend the ice creams. They have a good selection in flavours. I enjoyed the cookie doughn’t and the cotton candy. Also tasted the fresh cream mixed with blueberries and raspberries. The price are reasonable too, we were a group of 9 pax. It bill amount came up to ₹1360.

Tried thier apple pie and strawberry surrender.i didn't like the both taste.little bit high rate compared to other brands. Medium size is sufficient for two peoples.

The ice creams tasted like those old day local ice creams, they were just foam and not ice cream. I had mint milk chocolate, it tasted horrible (I thought the taste would be comparable to BR mint milk chocolate, but this was pathetic). They may have dumped a whole bottle of artificial mint flavour in the mint milk chocolate because the flavour was so strong and unbearable. The other cookie dough ice cream tasted like a plain vanilla cup ice cream. All the products are overpriced but it's okay if you can deliver quality, but Coldstone creamery cannot. Their ice creams have the magical power to make one hate ice creams.

Quantity delivered for the order was horribly low, felt like we were looted .. We have even kept a photo of how low the quantity delivered was..<br/>When enquired, it was said that the quantity was because the cups were not available.. However as can be seen in the photo small size is definitely not half or less than half of medium size cups..<br/>Only reason for ordering from Cold Stone, Cochin was the familiarity and reliability with the brand since our time in US..<br/>But this has been daylight robbery<br/>Am 100% sure if the same was ordered for consumption directly within the outlet, the quantity would have been more for the same cost..<br/>Bad attitude, stay away from take out orders from this branch

I had the shock of my life today at Cold stone. I placed an order and kept my phone at the counter after unlocking Zomato gold. I just turned away to look at the menu and within seconds my phone was in the hand of the staff. She was on the other side of the counter and I could see her typing and I asked her what's up. She told me she was getting the Zomato gold code copied. Seconds and minutes passed by and she was still typing. I got super annoyed and asked her to give my phone back as she was using MY DAMN PHONE without my permission. And she refused to give it back and I lost my calm. She then refreshed the screen and to my SURPRISE she had WRITTEN A REVIEW ON COLDSTONE CREAMERY PANAMPILLY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND LIED TO ME SAYING SHE WAS GETTING THE GOLD CODE. I feel betrayed and completely shocked by the uncouth behaviour of the staff. And this is The review she wrote. Better ambience than the Lulu outlet and the service manager was very friendly and helpful. Slight mosquito problem outdoors during the afternoon hours and the ice-cream itself didn't seem as cold as the compared to past experiences.
