Place is costly as compared to the other choices available in mg road but it is worth it. I liked every icecream that I had. It is a quiet place so the people who needs that can go for this place. It is cosy and has a great ambience. It has all one could ask for the price we are paying. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. It is worth checking out :)

The best cream parlour ever visited in Ernakulam with variety of ice creams. Loved their “death by chocolate”. Very spacious and can spend time with family there.

One of the best ice cream I've tasted in my life till now!! Very welcoming workers and they care to explain and ask about your preferences and wants. Prepared just in front of you with their very skillful hands and tools and, more importantly, they use real fresh fruits for fruit ice creams and high quality chocolate! You have the choice between small and Large cups and the price is quite good for that quality I must say. The room is air conditioned and very well organized, tidy and fresh smell. Modern styled and matching colors. Well organized seats perfect for groups and family. Finally, the taste! They recommended me the tropical fruity ice cream and it was really delicious. All the taste of the fresh fruits with the not too sweet ice cream. Was perfect!! Would be better with some background music, but overall, was an amazing experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Nice ambience. Great flavours. Dedicated staff. Had fun tasting pan masala flavoured ice cream. Its interesting to see them pound, slice and mix the different seasonings.

Wide variety of mouth watering ice cream. Have tried the Meetha pan, litchi and Choco peanut butter flavors. Choco peanut butter is heavenly and meetha pan flavor is so minty and fresh. The crushing of the ice cream on the frozen marble stone is something amazing to watch.

GST sucks in this outlet. All other outlets only 5% here it’s 18% tax. Even the cups are low quality not the brand one. Roll stick was not provided for us. Better visit the opposite shop Milano.

Well a good meal is not complete without ice cream. Cream stone rolls down and cuts your ice cream into ball and serve it to you.<br/><br/>The way it's made is the highlight, all the breaking and squeezing does add up the flavour. The customization options is available so you can pick your choice and go ahead. The chocolate truffle is my favorite, the one with Horlicks isn't bad either.<br/><br/>

After a lot of discussion , we finally visited this place , only to be disappointed. Tried the tiramisu and creamy red velvet . A lot of great concepts but poor execution going on here . There's a great combination of flavours , but they don't mix it properly , so the taste doesn't exactly come through. If they give a little more time and effort for the mixing , they can have a big hit on their hands .

It’s been a while since we’ve been meaning to check out Cream Stone and finally got a chance to drop by a couple of nights ago. It’s a great space with bright interiors and comfy seating. We ordered a scoop of Caramel Ice Cream and a MYOC (Make Your Own Concepts) which consists of 2 Ice Cream Scoops and 4 Toppings served in a Waffle Cup. I chose the Choco Hazel & Tiramisu flavours which tasted pretty good along with Chocolate Chips, Oreo Cookies, Crunchy Butterscotch and Chocolate Pastry. The first 3 toppings were obviously quite reliable choices but the wild card here was the Chocolate Pastry which, once incorporated in the ice cream, ruined it for me. Definitely not the best pastry. Ended up buying another single scoop on our way out to recover from the disaster. The Waffle Cup deserves a special mention though, as it was warm, crunchy and super tasty! Overall, it cost about 400 bucks which is kinda pricey seeing as the scoops they serve are quite small. And the service wasn’t great either. After we chose our flavours, the guy at the register stepped in to “help” select our toppings and he looked so annoyed the whole time with a “get on with it” kinda expression. There were just 2 other customers there so I don’t get what the rush was about. It would be nice to give customers some friendly service when it’s quite easy to just walk out and across the street to (an always packed) Milano where the staff is way more patient with you even with a horde of customers around. Just saying. <br/><br/>P.S. Ought to set a lower rating based on the service but leaving a 3 star review since the ice creams flavours are good.

I have always been a cream stone person as its flavours have always been my favourite. Willy wonka was ordered as usual as its my favourite out of the Lot. I also ordered creamy red velvet and it turned out to be extremely good as well !! Ambience is the same in every outlet of theirs. Calm and a great place to visit with friends. Had a great time ! <br/>I would reduce .5 just for the reason that the AC was not cooling the place. 😬<br/>Way to go !!

Another one of those over priced ice-cream places that are just not worth it. Ice cream is is just average, ambience is just OK. I would rather walk into milano on the opposite side of the road.

Being an ice cream addicted clan, we never give any ice cream stops in Kochi a pass :) . That being said, Cream Stone on MG Road is one of our favourite late night ice cream hang out addas. With an innovative array of flavours and combinations, it’s always a delight to stop by and try something new on the menu. Our picks out of the very many that have been tried and tasted are; Ferraro Rocher from chocolate concept range, bubble gum from the kids range and Sitaphal ice cream from the seasonal picks corner.

Good flavour and choices of ice cream but the price is high and the quantity is too little. Drawbacks that resulted in a lower rating. Still a destination for quality ice cream though.

In a place like kochi which is usually humid, one would not mind having a refreshing cup of ice cream. This is probably one of the best options Kochi has to offer. You can literally get anything mashed up in your ice cream from KitKat to kiwi to custard apple. Huge number of options available which at times is a bit confusing. After watching there fancy ways of making up , our thing arrived and there comes my beauty. Watching it for the first time , I was already in love with that cup. A great place to have ice cream around ravipuram area if you are game for just mashed up ice creams. They have their branches spread around bangalore and hyderabad and I have been one of their regulars in Hyderabad.

Cream stone had been a place on my bucket list for a long time, waiting to be ticked off as I still rued the missed opportunity at Hyderabad to taste their famed ice cream. So when I got the news that it finally opened here at MG road I was overjoyed and couldn't wait to get my hands on that much awaited scoop of ice cream 😅. So me and my family headed over to the place after a heavy dinner at Sethi da Dhaba because of which we couldn't exactly relish this work of art and which I regret now. As I'm warning you, be prepared to get your tummies filled by this piece of joy as it's jam packed with so many itty bitty stuff your mouth explodes into a thousand emotions with each bite you take. So me being a hardcore chocolate lover ordered the 1. Willy Wonka which was chocolate ice cream with choco chips, choco fudge and chocolate pastry. Even though they mentioned choco stick also as an ingredient I couldn't place it anywhere. It was an amalgamation of all things chocolate and was maybe a bit too much..even for me😅hahaa. My dad ordered the 2. Karamel Sutra which was ice cream with roasted almonds and an overpowering taste of caramel and which surprisingly turned out to be the best out of the four.😅 Since mom being a dry fruits lover and all, we got the 3. Dry fruit delight with figs and cashews although it turned out to be a damp squib owing to a slight medicinal taste to the flavour. My sister having baked the red velvet cake recently 😂tried out the 5. Creamy red velvet which is supposedly white chocolate ice cream mixed with red velvety cake but had oodles of choco chips and tasted more like simply red velvet cake. The small scoops were pretty big for my standards and are served in generous quantities in flower shaped crispy cones<br/>There is also an option to mix your own set of ingredients and come up with an innovative eponymous flavour of your own but I was too lazy for that.😅 The way they prepare the ice creams are apparently a sight to watch but unfortunately I realised that only later..and made a mental note to definitely watch the next time!😁<br/>It will cost around 500 bucks for four and the place is lit up nicely with plush sofas and the friendly staff gets extra brownie points.☺️

This shop is very close to my stay in kochi.. I visit this shop everyday, sometimes even twice a day 😎. <br/>A spacious shop with good decor... I had tiramisu ice cream and red velvet ice cream. Tiramisu overpowered the red velvet. The flavour of coffee was amazing. Red velvet was good too but not as good as the tiramisu. The way they mix and prepare the ice cream is a good show for the eyes but a bit too loud for the ears 😂😂... If you are an ice cream lover, this is a must-visit place for you. B'coz they have all sorts of amazing flavors that go with an ice cream. Chocolate lovers can try out Brownie break, which actually has bits of delicious, fudgy brownies in your ice cream scoop, topped with some decadent, dark chocolate sauce. Yum! Nut lovers can try out the "nuts overloaded" which has got chopped nuts in an ice cream that tastes almost like Spanish delight.<br/>Ambience-wise, Cream Stone is a great, cool place that's kept meticulously clean and makes it a great venue for a fun hangout with your friends and family.<br/>It's an awesome sight to watch how the waiters artistically make your ice cream- chopping, throwing, smashing, all so quick and in immaculate control.<br/>Since Cream Stone has impressed me quite a lot, I'm gonna be visiting here more and more again! Always alarmed by the combinations of ice creams and add ons...what you get after mixing everything is delicious. But their best offer is ice cream cakes which I believe is only available in lulu.

Cream stone... some how never wanted to go there coz I heard some really bad reviews about it ... but after a long time decided to try it out last night ... to my surprise it was not that bad after all ! I ordered the Ferrero Rocher mix and a chocolate lava ice cream ... both were nice ... but a little too rich !! Service was bleh... the dude making the ice cream looked like he some how wanted us to leave the place... except for that i think over all it ain't that bad ! Try it out y'all !!

I had so much expections about this place . Apart from the tricks they do with the icecream like smashing and throwing n chopping, it's taste is not as i expected. They mixed some fruits in my icecream it tasted awful like they've been keeping d fruits in water for ages!!

Been to cream stone's outlets in Hyderabad a few times and very happy to see an outlet in Cochin. But the experience was not good because cream stone used to serve thick ice creams and the one I got was not that thick. Ambience is quite good but little bit over priced when compared to other shops in Cochin, you can't follow the same rates as metros

Its one of the latest entrant of Dessert Parlour and its location being right opposite to Kochi's celebrated ice-cream store Milano, makes bit interesting due to the competition factor. So I tried out within 2 weeks after it opened.<br/><br/>Well, its clear that this brand is trying to be DESI version of US Ice cream parlour giant- ColdStone Creamery which is present in Lulu mall Kochi. The highlight is multiple mixing of ice creams over coldstone with various choice of condiments with added fun of mixing gimmicks....<br/><br/>And its the very Mixing process that irritated me, so I have thought to reduce one and half mark. Okay, its fun to see ice cream balls thrown up and correctly  falling into cups etc. This kind of gimmicks made Coldstone Creamery popular too. But here, I felt they might have hired some Stonecutters or Masons to do the job of mixing ice creams. The way they hit on ice creams and noise they create on hitting over it again and again makes me think, whether are working on Ice cream or some sort of rock?<br/><br/>Infact due to their long process of hard hitting mixing, most of the condiments actually got more into fine paste rather than crunchy in the ice cream... Taste is very NORMAL and nothing outstand nor bad...<br/><br/>Overall, an okay experience though not a fine experience when we compare to Coldstone Creamery....

Paying cream stone a visit was clearly overdue. We had planned in going for a lifetime now, but would somehow skip this.<br/><br/>Today, though, we were destined to try this place out. From super friendly host to fine interiors to great ice creams - we were floored ! Loved how they blend ice creams together and loved the texture too.<br/><br/>The fererro rocher ice cream, chocolate overload, Horlicks chocolate and fruit exotic are a few of my picks ! <br/><br/>Definitely a must try place in town.

A great place to hang out at, when there isn't a crowd. The mixing process sometimes seems to be a little over the top although you would certainly enjoy it the first few times. The flavours are great and it's a different experience altogether. For traditional ice cream lovers this place wouldn't hold much interest as you can see that the opening of this store has in no way seemed to effect Milano right opposite. <br/><br/>The downside would be the absence of a toilet and the menu being limited to only ice creams, which would of cause one or two people in a large group having to sit idle. <br/><br/>Do try the place and enjoy the mixing process and the unique tastes.

Cream Stone!! which sounds quiet similar to Cold Stone Creamery chain, which opened in Kochi couple of weeks before cream stone, is an Indian version of cold stone. <br/><br/>The place serves really tasty ice creams and their standard mixes are great in quality and taste. The process of mixing is a great show, with the staff enjoying doing the process thoroughly! <br/><br/>Tried oreo shots, Ferrero Rocher, Fruit Exotica, Lichee Lake, red velvet and brownie break. All were tasty and the quantity is good enough for the price of the scoop.<br/><br/>The staff are very nice and co operative. The prices are reasonable compared to the other ice cream parlours in the town and the quantity and the quality!<br/><br/>Definitely this is one of the best ice cream parlours in town!

All time favourite ice cream joint. Personally a fan of cream stone in Coimbatore and was really happy to find one here in Kochi. Friendly staff, comfortable ambience and yes lovely ice creams. A must try out at least once!

was impressed with the way they handle their knives . I had DBC and it was very good , would recommend that if you are a first timer . And i love that its open till 1am .

I have been to this place twice in a row.That itself makes it evident that i love this place.The preparation process looks less attractive and more kinda destructive.They beat the shit out of it.I tried ferrero rocher,fruit overloaded and kala jamun flavour.My favourite was fruit overloaded hands down.Oh my it was killer.Fresh fruits mixed onto the ice cream made it taste so delicious.Oh la la.Ferrero rocher flavour described in one word " Chocolate Overdose ".Kala jamun was okish.Not that great.Only negative i found here was the quantity.It's very less.Ice cream lovers don't miss this place.

Cream stone is actually a good place with an awsome retro ambience . We had a willy wonka and a white choclate with red velvet . I felt that willy wonka was bit too chocolaty i just sweat to finish it but the latter one was very nice. The service was good not too good .Overall it was a good experience<br/><br/>Total spent : 350/

Great Place and the way they make is really unique 😃 Varieties of flavours to choose from. Could be a bit more spacious. Good luck with the competition with Cream stone.

Creamstone!is just one awesome hangout place for a perfect midnight craving!The way it is made is worth a watch!The service and ambience too was good ..keep going!

Awesome ice creams, ambience and staff. The ice creams are flavourful with perfect mix and match variety available with nuts chocolate etc. Very friendly and welcoming staff attitude. Parking space not an issue although the location is MG road. <br/>On the brighter side it is very affordable too. <br/>Oh btw the Horlicks ice cream was super awesome.<br/>Gonna be a regular visitor here no doubt.

Open till late night in a city like kochi, this place is definitely a boon for sweet tooths. The interiors are well decorated and maintained. The staff were really friendly and gave good recommendations to make a decision on the ice creams. The music they play is really nice. Have the Horlicks Nutella sundae if you want to try something new. The Choco lava and lychee lake were amazing too.

I think Cream stone is one of the best ice cream parlour in Cochin. Good icecream and the tastes are beyond my expectation. Value for money. Much better than cold stone creamery lulu mall.

Cream stone is an Indian chain that pretty much does the same thing as Cold Stone Creamery. Many people confuse them for each other. <br/><br/>Having tried Cold Stone and Cream stone back to back, here are my observations<br/><br/>1) Cream stone is cheaper,<br/>The prices at Creamstone are cheaper than Cold Stone. Cold stone creamery with their taxes can make your eyes water a little.<br/><br/>2) Cold Stone Creamery is for perfection<br/>Though Cream stone technically does the same things, Cold Stone Creamery has a marked difference in the perfection of flavor, the right texture etc. The Ice cream actually feels more different and premium at Cold Stone. So if youre looking for THE BEST, I think Cold Stone currently has one of the best ice creams in India.<br/><br/>3) The show is more visible at Cream Stone<br/>The juggling and dancing that comes with these outlets were more pronounced at Cream stone. Partly because the Counters are at a lower height and everything is easier. You'd have to be 7 feet tall to get the same experience at cream stone.<br/><br/>4) Ambience.Though both places are nice, Cold Stone is a bit cramped, But serves the purpose anyway. Cream stone has its set of corners, and is more spacious. More 'date friendly'.<br/><br/>Go to Cold Stone Creamery if you want the best ice cream in terms of perfection.<br/>Go to cream stone if you want to spend some time at the place for a little less perfection and money.<br/> But whoth both these outlets being light years apart, you wouldnt have to choose between them anyway.

Cream stone in Kochi ... A big Yes !! We are so used to all the other ice cream outlets now that we needed a change in the city. Cream stone has grabbed it with both hands in putting up a nice spot right at the start of MG Road. It's pocket friendly and the service is jovial. The skills of the Ice cream man are worth amusement and for sheer entertainment value, I'd gladly go again to the place for my doze of dessert. Managed to try their Mr.Alphonso, Fruit Blast, Fruit Exotica, Blueberry Yoghurt and the best of it all Nuts overload, which is a personal favourite. The ice cream is all made in house and then takes a pounding on the slab of chilled granite with some pasting before its smashed on to the cup and into ur bowels. Good to have you in kochi. Your menu can be more exhaustive as time wears out and I'm sure I'll be coming here often to savour some of your delicacies. I just loved the Nuts overload and I'm already missing it. Loved the ambience as well and goes down well with the target audience.

Their Chocolava was too gud n yummy....luv it :)...n their new Menu "Flavours Of the Month" Specially the Fruit Overload Was too gud other than the usual Menu Card.........well served compared to others ;)

I have always been a fan of their ice creams. Really nice place with some tricks and entertainment for kids while they mix it up. One of the best is their Ferraro Roche mix...😋

A different concept and amazing taste Ferraro rocher and candy land is a must try.Located at MG road towards Cochin shipyard is prominent location will not be missed.Service was also good and staffs where polite too.

A really great place for an ice cream lover. They have an awesome variety be it fruit based, nut based or chocolate based. Being a chocolate addict my picks are Choco Lava, Ferroro Rocher and Nutella Brownie.The performance in making the creation is pretty kool to watch. Service is also pretty nice. We would definitely keep going back for more.. An added bonus: They are open pretty late at nite!

Creamy and heavy... Fancy ice cream shop with fancy service, men behind the counter chopping and smashing ice cream making a complete muraba of it. Basically ice cream ka muraba. Flavor is usual more towards sweeter side of it. Its like one time watch movie.

It was heavy rain and still we decided to have the Icecream cuz we were longing to . We have seen this special kind of ice cream making in videos only and here we could watch it Live. Happy staffs and ready to suggest the best.  I dont remember the names, one with Nuetella and horlicks, fruits exotica and 1  with lots of nuts. Happy us :)

Way more than expected..tried their Nutella brownie.....5 of 5....really yummy...unbelievable taste...waiting 4 to try them all...love the brownie as it's been mix quite lovely. The creamy feeling must try..<br/>I really thought these guys may go down..coz u know watt lies opp to the shop... nvr in my life I thought these guys b able to compete with thm... I just thought of trying that's all and 2 day I went again tried their Ferrero rocher it's pretty much bttr than the one 1 said above.. planning to go 2moro too wanna try them all<br/><br/>Day 3 tried thier choco lava, the kick of chocolate is little too high... chocolate lovers will love the same... again some more flavours left

Was passing through MG Road today and decided to try this joint today. We tried lychee lake and twisted mango. Both were yummy. I liked the icecreams better than the ones from cold stone. Here they were mixing it very well and even added real fruits. All icecreams are sold with waffle cones. Best part is prices are affordable. Very much recommended.

I have been to cream stone for the first time today n I just loved the ambience over there. I had coffee craze n chocoreo... Both were superb,and the price was reasonable. I would like to be there again :) surely, we will visit der frequently:) and I should also appreciate the parking area provided and it's location in a perfect place!!!

Finally getting to write the review for Cream Stone. . The outlet is located at one of Kochi's busiest road the "MG Road" and hence very easy to locate. I went to the inaugural day of their Kochi outlet. They had a complimentary tasting session for everyone who came for the first two days!!! The way they make it is the best part. My favs and must try would be "Fruit Exotica" , "Chocoholics" and "Fresh Fruit and Nuts". The interiors r standard ones they way u find at their bangalore and hyderabad outlets.
