Service was great and they had the best bubble tea (boba tea) in India so far. Great views from the outside part of the lounge. Only problem is they offer paper straws instead of plastic for the bubble tea. The paper ones break fast I had to ask for another.

Nice place to relax. Ambience is excellent with good view of bolgatty lake and Service is good. Coffee could have been better. Recommend if you are looking for a place to chill and relax.
Grand Lounge is a beautiful coffee lounge next to the lobby of Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. They also have an outside seating with an awesome backwaters view of Vembanad Lake. A limited menu with good tea/coffe/juice options at reasonable pricing. Very friendly staff and pretty good service. Recommen
Sugar-free fresh fruit cake that was beyond heavenly!
So when my brother asked me to order a sugar-free cake for my mother’s birthday, I thought to myself, well I’ll just have one piece for the sake of it when its cut cause who likes that taste of sugar-free sugar anyways?

The breakfast spread is amazing, the dinner buffet not so much.
