Taco Bell is yummy! They have lots of tasty choices, but its too expensive. It's a fast and delicious place to grab a meal.

Have been here two times till date. Good Tex mex dishes are available at decent rates. I loved the Tacos and Burritos and it's a must try. The last time I tried their ultimate chicken rice bowl. Myself and my wife faced some stomach issues after eating the rice.. something was not right about it..did not taste that good too. Every other dish we tried was excellent. The staff provide excellent service. The atmosphere is also good👍🏻

Best place to have tacos in kochi. One of my favourite place to hangout. The best part of the place is that you’ll get unlimited beverages for a meal. That’s simple awesome. The place is very affordable compared to all other places.

Pleasent experience, but couldn't get crunchy veg tacos at nominal rate. Soft taco doesn't match much to our taste buds.

An overall good dine in experience of Tacos 🌮 by Taco Bell we had there. I would recommend the Naked chicken Tacos. The burrito was not up to the mark. Drinks are unlimited with some combo meals.

Service speed is just okay (usually because there's only one person serving the whole place) 🟡Ambience The ambience is okaaay, but because it's in a mall, it's bound to get crowded. If your looking for a peaceful spot to chill, this might not be the spot for you especially when its rush hour. However, its still decorated very well. The interior looks beautiful! ❌Washrooms 🚻 I did not see a washroom when I visited the place. ✅Payments🧾 They accept cards and cash. Not sure if they allow UPI because I never tried that here.

We just loved the quality and quantity of Teco bell. We ordered a Big Bell box Veg. It was too heavy . It's a good meal option . This combo helps us to get almost all flavours.the fire sauce is also too good. It included one veg Habanero Burrito, one Crunchy Pinto Bean Taco - Hot Sauce, one Mexican Fries, one Cinnamon Twist and one coke. It's 249 plus tax. We have to option to scan make card payments.. i just loved cinnamon twist and 🌮 tacos. It's a must try point inside Lulu

It was the best place for hang out with friends or family they serve good food at very reasonable price and very you will get unlimited drink also. I have skipped this place more than once and I regret for that right now. I will never miss a chance if I can go there. 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 And one of the best thing to say is their service. All the staffs are very very efficient and they are always happy to help. They have are very professional and they are very very good. Went there on a weekday. When we asked for the menu, they said that we can order at the counter or if we are paying online then we can order the food online after scanning the QR code on the table... Took some time to order the food online as its cumbersome... But the food was good... Kids enjoyed it... Service was good....

Worth the pay meal box 261/- including tax. Tacos are always a refreshing feel for us. As it brings us some South American flavour. Staff are pleasent and very friendly. Unlimited drinks are always a plus.

Taco bell in lulu mall next to the metro entry is a great place to hang out to have some of the best tacos. Love their crunchy tacos and the fries with their peri peri sauce. Consistent and delicious as always.They follow good hygiene and you can order completely contactless.

Loved the food here. Very affordable price and tasty food. Cranberry juice is a must try! Also foodies can go for the combo with unlimited pepsi. Cinnamon toasts are crispy and mildly sweet. I tried Chicken Rice bowl and Corn Salad. Love the taste and very filling. Overall very good experience but the place is too congested as many people are visiting the restaurant. Lovely service by the staff. Will surely come back for more tacos!

I had longed for a taco outlet in Kochi for a while and to my surprise, found Taco bell in Lulu mall during my last visit.<br/><br/>Tried the naked chicken taco and crispy tacos and they were a delight to the taste buds.<br/><br/>Overall, a great visit and would definitely visit again.

Nice place we love it..weekend hangout for lunch...the staff are very polite and helpful. The ambience is good but the Air con is bad...need a little cooling to relax and enjoy your meals. But food ,staff are the best and value for money. Must visit..

This Tacko Bell franchise is inside the Lulu Mall at edapally. This place has got a funky ambience with decent seating space. I had ordered the Big Bell box which had a sriracha sauce based burrito along with Mexican fries, cinnamon twists, a taco and coke. I personally only liked the burrito from the whole meal, it was spicy, cheesy, had a good filling and was perfectly wrapped. The taco had almost become a bit soggy(but it had a nice filling) , the fries were super soggy and the cinnamon twist was just fine. Overall they could improve the quality of the food they serve.

Very spicy burrito but it wasn't too harsh on my tummy. I may visit here again if I have a craving for spicy Mexican food.

Taco Bell is one the few fast food joints in Kochi whose launch I was highly anticipating and so ended up frequenting ever since it opened up. During our initial (back to back) visits, we were totally bowled over by the quality of the food. Fast forward a couple of months, when I got back to Kochi, we headed here again and were served a rather mediocre meal. The difference was so stark that we thought we wouldn't be coming back. But then, a few weeks later, we were coerced into dropping by for dinner by friends who hadn't been here yet and we were back to loving Taco Bell again - the food was that good!<br/><br/>We've stopped by a few more times since and seem to have developed a sort of love-hate relationship with this joint. A couple of our regular orders include the Naked Chicken Taco and the 2 Tacos (Non-Veg) Meal, opting for the Mexican Chicken & Fajita Chicken Soft Shell Tacos. We've also tried the 7 Layer Burrito in Fajita Chicken as well as the Chickstar Wrap. Both were pretty decent but the Naked Chicken Taco is by far our favorite. The Mexican Fries are delicious and definitely the side you want to go for when opting for a meal. The Nachos frankly, need some work while the Crispy Chicken (3 pc) with Spicy Ranch Sauce is pretty decent. They also have a selection of dips - Nacho Cheese, Salsa, Guacamole and Sour Cream, of which we've tried the Nacho Cheese and Guacamole which are both average, nothing special.<br/><br/>One great thing about Taco Bell is definitely the Free Refills! Tried the Strawberry Freeze which is pretty average. Would stick to Pepsi/Mountain Dew instead. The service here is great and the staff is super friendly. It's usually got a bit of a crowd so it might get packed during peak hours since it's a rather average sized space. The decor is funky with good seating, giving out a better vibe than most fast food places. It's definitely worth checking out and if you're lucky, you might end up going on one of the good days!

The Taco Bell in Kochi is actually delicious! I’m disappointed by all the negative reviews on here and think that they deserve a much higher rating than a 3! The service is also great. I’ve been going to Taco Bell my whole life and I definitely approve of the food they’re serving here in Kochi😊

Unlike other eating joints, it is located on the second level adjacent to metro entrance, we went there on a Saturday evening the place quite calm <br/>Ordered double cheese veg Taco and a cookie crumble shake , the taco was crispy and cheesy and shake was magnificent.

Tried their double decker tacos and cheesy nachos.It didn't seem pleasing to my tastebuds.The fillings was too much sour.I didn't find anything special in the cheesy nachos. It was just nachos with too much cheese and tomatoes. Just one time try that's it.

Ordered naked chx taco meal and got one taco hot and other cold. When asked they first offered replacement of one taco and came back with an explanation that they have the backup taco which was made 20 minutes before and its the companies policy to keep it for 30 minutes before discarding. Really disappointed with the service.

Of all the Fast Food franchises in India, I find that Taco Bell comes closest to the Original deal.<br/><br/>The Burrito;s and Tacos are well made with both Vegetable and Chicken options available.<br/><br/>There are a variety of Nachos and French Fries available.<br/><br/>The service is friendly, quick and efficient.<br/><br/>For desserts, the chocdilla is a favorite.<br/><br/>If youre craving Mexican in India, you cant go top wrong with Taco Bell.

A very mediocre mex grub with good seating and lighting. They have very salty nachos and pretty okay tacos..their Dips are very average. There is no standout dish that is of tasteful choice. Ordered a wrap, some tacos and the rice bowl and find it better than their finger foods. They could do better with the price vs taste comparison. Just another Mexican outlet for me.

Probably the worst food i've had in a while. First star is for the Service that was fast and second star is for the Fries which were thick and spicy.<br/><br/>Crispy Chicken Burritoes: this was hilarious. Been familiar with the brand name decided to try taco.Not my cup of tea.I ordered a naked chicken taco meal which consisted of taco,drink and either fries/nachos i chose nachos.The dipping sauce was spicy and good.Filling was in good quantity but lacked some flavour.

The place is nice. Service is good. Food is good as well but you should order according to your twisted preference, if you don’t understand what is what’s, clear it with them before ordering. Also they have unlimited Pepsi if you order a certain combo.

The last time I had been to a Taco Bell Outlet was wayyyy back in the 90s,when I used to study in Doha - Qatar.I loved their Salads,which we mixed & made on our own.Those times,didn't know much about Tacos.That day onwards,I have been praying that they open one here in India,in Kerala,if possible in Thrissur...but somehow,it came finally at Lulu Mall,Kochi...Boy..am I happy??!!😍😍😊😊😊Yesterday I also got the chance to taste their food for lunch.Since we were there for the first time,was confused what to order.There was a promotional offer "The Big Basket Meal" which they rated at 199rs.Was so happy & went to the counter to know more about it.They said the basket included a Taco,Burrito,Spicy Fries & Sweet Cinnamon twists along with unlimited Pepsi...but it wasn't exactly as they printed in their ad...in small letters,I didn't see they typed "for non-veg pack,it is 246rs + tax"....don't know why they opt for this "GUERRILLA TACTICS"of hiding the truth.Finally opted for The Basket meal(non-veg) & Bell Rice Chicken Bowl.Within 10 minutes,our order came & both fitted in a tray,confirming the quantity of the stuff we ordered.The basket meal looked tempting,with the Taco filled with loads of lettuce,hiding the minimal chicken with hot n spicy sauces.It was different👌👌👌👍👍, the only problem being the wafer-thin ,pappad like Taco,trying to contain all ingredients in it & spilling out within a bite.They could have made it a little harder.The Cinnamon twists & fries were good,nothing much to rave about.Then went on to taste the burrito,which looked fully stuffed.When had a bite,it was indeed stuffed with spucy rice,with chicken pieces & different kinds of spicy sauce...👌👌👌 The rice bowl,almost resembled that of a hot & spicy Chicken pulao with yellow rice.It wasn't bad either.The beverage,as promised was unlimited.First it was Pepsi,then we opted for Seven-up,as that was more drinkable.Since we were in a hurry,couldn't order more.All together,the food was great,tasty,a little bit expensive,less quantity.There is nothing much of an ambience,since the space was very congested.Hope to go there soon & taste more variety dishes..👍👍👍

The big bell box is a steal. The quality of burrito was great. The taco bells says that food is spicy, but our indian tongues can surely handle some more.<br/>The 7 layered burrito too was fresh and a good mix of chicken, rice and beans.

Taco Bell is Situated right next to the metro entry from Lulu. Compared to the outlets I have seen in Bangalore, this is slightly smaller.. Tried the naked chicken tacos which is fried chicken that's a substitute to the tacos. The vegetables are crunchy and the French fries served along with it are crispy. Overall a one time try.

Tried out the newly opened ‘Taco Bell’ in Lulu mall Kochi. First bite into the Naked Chicken Taco I ordered made my mind go like ‘KFC,KFC!’.Yes it tasted just like one of those KFC or the Indian Chicking burgers minus the bun. That’s not to say it tasted any bad I just found a strong resemblance between these brands. The filling was nothing too exotic there were tomatoes, cabbage and mayo which I could pick out distinctively and the fries were crisp enough. This place offers unlimited amount of Pepsi, Mountain Dew or Miranda. I chose Miranda but was served with it only after I finished my meal almost. But I don’t mean to scrutinise that point, the staff had some confusion which is humanly as the place has a descent amount of crowd for the lunch hours. <br/><br/>My rating for the place would be a 3.5/5.

I had my worst time being here the naked chicken which was there main dish but unfortunately it was not the way I expected too worst to have them and I’m really sorry for writing this you need to improve your food

Taco bell holds up its name well with their fiery hot sauce and tacos. They have an assortment of tacos for every taste and meal options for groups too.I recommend trying mexican fries with their signature hot sauce for first timers. Also, I would suggest getting tacos with soft shells as it is easier to eat without making a mess.They do offer unlimited refills on the carbonated soft drinks you order (pepsi etc).Service was good in my experience. You order at the counter and they will serve you at your table. The place is small and usually crowded and seating is also a bit cramped so overall the ambience is nothing special.Fries were good but not crispy and more towards the spicy side.Tacos were okay not the best though. The Taco Bell meal was horrible. Just like some cabbage and tomatoes filled into a fried pappadam! No plates to eat a meal for two! Served in a single bowl! No taste and no sufficient filling.

Just a usual taco Bell outlet that serves unlimited drinks. Their double decker cheesy taco is a must try. Loved their iced tea as well as their cheesey fries. The place is done up well on a budget but still done well. The staff is very friendly.

Had my first taco from taco bell 6yrs back from Bangalore when I went there as part of school trip. I fell in love with their taco. I was so happy that it has come to Cochin. Had the naked chicken taco meal. It was really tasty and so delicious. Great portion of fries and the unlimited pepsi. Also love their motto Live Mas🔥.

This is not the first nor will be my last time to a Taco Bell. Having said that, this taco bell is as good as any other taco bell, so I need not say much about the quality of food and taste. But however I don't think the actual Mexican food is supposed to taste anything like this, but when someday I do taste actual Mexican food I can tell about it. The place deserves a 5 star and the 4 star is because the place is an open outlet and thereby the ambience is on the down side and also being located near the metro entrance though it can attract a lot of people, affects the customers equally.

Tried multiple times from when I was living in Bangalore. <br/>Lulu outlet was jam packed with family and Teen crowd. One thing I noticed , here they serves only Pepsi as Unlimited soft drink. In Bangalore you will get multiple options. <br/>We ordered 10 Taco shell , it was good we chosen two different flavours ( Mexican and Arabic ). I m not a nachos fan. It was okey for me. "Tacos are back @Kochi".Bliss of an Ambience and great gesture by the support staff at the entry. Great piece of illustration of the items on display, that anyone new to Tacos can catch it up very easily. Ordered Naked Chicken Tacos with Nachos and Chalupa Meal with Mexican Fries. It was great, my fiance loved it as she was having it for the first time. I suggest Chalupa Meal is a must try here. And don't miss the Taco Special HOT Sauce. It just rocked with Chalupa. So TACOS, It's a wrap for now..Will catch up some exciting combos next time..!!

Taco Bell has good food albeit not amazing. It was slightly costlier than expected. We bought a naked chicken taco(meal for 2). Instead of Pepsi, which has unlimited free refills, we got a strawberry flavoured icee, because the Pepsi machine was broken. Fries and nachos are present in the meal. Give it a try!

This is just a technical point of view review otherwise the food is great. I ordered online 2 item combo which includ 2 burritos . When it was delivered I only received just one. For the purpose of communicating it I called up the restaurant but I had no response. It was only rectified when I had directly tell them what was the issue and tell them what a combo is and it's not a single item. And I was given the 2nd burrito.

Tried it out yesterday. I must admit, in Ernakulam (Kochi), you get the best taco here. Burrito too is just fine. The first thing I noticed was the ambiance and this place being a bit congested. The service is good. And oh yea, very competitive pricing. I had a Taco-Burrito meal with unlimited Pepsi for 249 bucks, it serves purpose. A popular outlet that's finally set up shop in kochi at lulu Mall. The food is tasty and the fries are large and flavourful. Drinks are unlimited and makes sense for the spicy sauces they offer. Their burrito is delicious and the ingredients fresh but not adequately filling in my opinion. Could do with some more quantity for that price range. The ambience is classy and eye catching and the music upbeat. Seating is limited though and it can get hard to find a spot.<br/><br/>Pros: authentic quality ingredients and some tasty Mexican food in a trendy setting.<br/><br/>Cons: quantity is lacking for the price range and seating is limited.

Its was a great experience, its was my first time having a burrito and a taco well taco was a kind of small and burrito was kind of medium size just a little bigger than the ordinary shawarma both of them tasted well . The interior is beautifully decorated or you can say the ambience is good .According to me the 4 for 229 or 249 is the best option as you will get to taste both taco and burrito with some good French fries and Mexican sauce. It was really a great experience 😇.

Always been a fan of taco bell since they entered India and was more than delighted when I came across this outlet in Lulu mall. Pretty much your standard taco bell and taste is consistent compared to all the other outlets I've tried. The staff is courteous and the service is quick. Best place to grab a quick burrito or taco. My all time favourite is the chocodilla.<br/><br/>The only downside of this outlet is that it can get really conjusted due to the limited seating availablity.

Currently The best place to have tacos and burritos in kochi....They tastes amazing... their serving also tooo fast, actually when i saw a msg from the lulu group i was very eager to go there...and I visited this place ...on second day aftr inauguration... Best taco and burrito place currently in kochi... But I would highly suggest not ordering delivery through Zomato as you all should know that Lulu Mall doesn’t allow zomato to use their delivery service from any restaurant within Lulu.. So please don’t order.<br/>Furthermore even after knowing this Zomato won’t remove Taco Bell from their delivery list to make it look cool and make people angry and feel bad and make them wish they could order Taco Bell and get some satisfaction from customer’s disappointment.<br/><br/>Zomato loves disppointing customers as much as they like satisfying them. Really far from actual Mexican taste..Chicken taco is just worst..Need to include gringa in menu..Recommend to improve the freshness of vegetables in taco and provide at least above average quality of Mexican food

Located just next to the metro entrance inside the Lulu mall. They have their own dine area which I S such a relief when compared to finding a place to sit in Buzz of the food court. Coming to the tacos... This the first time I ever had one but I felt for the price I paid (₹99) it was filling. So basically on this base of chicken made roti they have added in mustard sauce and veggies.<br/><br/>For those of you are spice lovers. I challenge you to try their chilli sauce flavouring😁

Good to have a Taco Bell in Kochi finally. They have all the standard menu items although modified a bit for the Indian taste buds. We tried their Cheesy Nachos, Chicken Fajita chalupa, Naked Chicken taco and Guacomole(could have been better/fresher). Everything apart from the Gauacomole tasted good with it being a pretty filling meal along with the Free refills on soft drinks. Look forward to try their other options another day.
