The regional passport office I visited was very professional and organized. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the process went smoothly. I was able to get my passport in a timely manner and the office was very accommodating with my needs. The staff are not friendly. Because of the irresponsible behaviour of a staff i got my passport correction after three months. I think there is also need of more staffs.
