Review 12 To 12 Bbq - Kochi (Cochin)

Went in for dinner. Ordered 3 items, all of them were good. The DFFC combo, Penne Alfredo Pasta and Cream of Chicken Soup. Quality and quantity were equally good. The ambience could be improved though.

Visited the restaurant after a quick lookup for barbecue spots in Panampilly Nagar. It’s clubbed with Donut Factory. The food was pretty good and the service was great. Nandu Ramesh handled our order pretty well and offered good suggestions taking care of our portion requirements.

Quality food at affordable price. Ambience is also great. Very pleasant customer service. Thanks to Mr. Nandu for suggesting us the scrumptious specials , appreciate your good work.

Just like any other cafes this one is my good list for amazing ambience and delicacies. I went with my friends we ordered burnt chicken fried rice, spaghetti bolognese, hot and sour chicken soup all three were prepared well and suited our taste. Is it recommended? Yes absolutely. The price is affordable. There are options for a wide variety of donuts, beverages and popsicles. Well done team

Good service. Ask for one Mr Nandu. The food is alright. Their highlight in my opinion is Mexican beef with rice and the varieties of donuts.

We had a good time here. Doughnuts are must try.. chocolate filled doughnuts are the best. Staffs are friendly and well behaved, polite and prompt, especially Mr.Anas. Thank you

I must say that u should try this restaurant. I ordered one Mexican beef with Shimla must try u will love it same thing we ordered it again and one paneer and one alfaham.

Decent food good ambience helpful staff.

Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Panampilly Nagar. The combos in the menu are so delicious and value for money. The quality of food and ingredients are top-notch . A good place to hangout with friends and family . The restaurant is located above donut factory and their menu is also served here . Service was a bit slow.

Great food and friendly service. Not much expensive with great ambiance and friendly atmosphere. Combo for four is a must try and best for four people. Passion fruit mojito and classic mojito was good and have a good enough parking for customers.

Great ambiance inside the restaurant. Place is clean and beautiful. We had (a). 12 to 12 barbeque with Garlic Rice combo. Barbeque chicken was with skin. It was juicy inside. Chicken was average. Garlic Rice was good. (b). Afghani Chicken (bulseye as topping) with Garlic Naan Combo. Afghani Chicken & Garlic Rice both were excellent. I felt Afghani Chicken with Garlic Rice a better combination. Will visit again to try other dishes.......

The best of all time. Had recently been here and still the ambience and quality is top notch. One of the staff named Nandhu is a great soul and takes good care of customers with his smile and accompaniment. All the success to the future as well!

Beef ribs are always unavailable, little disappointed because I love their beef ribs. The food is above average, but I don't suggest any drinks (Overpriced compared to the quality).

This place DID NOT disappoint me after endless search in Google. This a nice place to hangout with friends and the food is very tasty but there is a delay in service after ordering. Also the food is a bit overpriced. The must tries are the BBQ chicken wings and the Pakistan biriyani. The entrance to the restaurant is through Donut Factory. One more thing I appreciate about this place is that they have replaced the traditional format of menu to QR code so that customers can scan it and view the menu on their mobile. Felt a bit hungry while in Panampilly Nagar and just hop-on to give it a try. Didn't disappointed at all. Even though the delivery of the items are a bit slow but it's worth the wait. All items we ordered were simply fantabulous in taste. We ordered the Hot & Sour and Sweet Corn (both Chicken 🐓) as soup. We then ordered the DFFC, Beef Streak, BBQ Chicken Twisted Wings, and well praised Pakistani Biryani. Food was really awesome and had a variety taste. Ambiance, quantity and the behaviour is awesome 👍. Only reason for giving 4 star would be that we were 5 people and the largest table available couldn't accomodate all of us. Especially with all the food on the tables we were unable to place our plates for having food.

Ordered bbq combo, nan and kanthari veg. The bbq combo is really good in quality but quantity is really less. It would be great to you specify the quantity in the menu and also provide an option to customize the quantity. The kanthari veg (not a spicy curry as the name implies) is a really good choice for vegetarians. Do try out.

I have Ordered Chicken Biriyani, Tandoori Chicken and Punjabi Chicken from here. I must say that Chicken Biriyani is a must try item in the pack. It was Mind Blowing and delightfully delicious. Eventhough, i felt the quantity to be a bit more for the price. Again coming to Tandoori it was very tempting in colour as well as taste. The chicken was very juicy and fresh and was so good. Punjabi Chicken was a total disappointment. It was good in taste of the gravy but was full of bones in case of pieces. There was not even a single piece which was good enough i must say. So, I either order or recommend u for Punjabi Chicken. On the other hand I strongly recommend Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Biriyani is a must try.

Ordered half thandoori chicken and one portion was burnt black and that wasn't even a fresh portion. But their biryani was good

Ordered a butter chicken that was claimed to be boneless and non spicy.... Ended up with bones n chillies.... Definitely avoidable outlet...

Poor delivery service . Zomato is continuously changing it's delivery boy and it's been an hour I have not reciev d my food. The restaurant has handed over the food but zomato has not delivered till now . How can u take an hour for a restaurant which is 3 kms from my destination and still not deliver.<br/>

Tried their MUTTON RIBS today.After long i am back at this place i should say that they have improved a lot from my last visit.This mutton ribs is the best i have tried till date in kochi.Very soft and juicy.The flavor too was really really goood.Do try guys i promise it would be best for you too.Rate is Rs350.Rating 5/5.Worth the money you pay.

Burned rice in garlic sauce.. Dat is the killer there.. Even though they seem a bit overpriced it is worth every penny... All others were also good. Personally prefer their signature spcl dishes

We went to 12 to 12 one evening as we craved some good American barbecue. Turns out, 12 to 12 BBQ has renamed Tandoori to BBQ. <br/><br/>After finding ourselves a seat and a lot of waiting, our orders were taken. We first had a portion of Hot and Sour Soup split in two. Although it was extremely spicy, I really appreciated how hot it was served. If you’ve got a stuffy nose then make sure you have some of this. <br/><br/>Having been craving lamb chops for several days, I opted the Mutton Ribs. The meat was tender and very well seasoned. However, there wasn’t much meat on the bones.<br/><br/>Another entree that we had ordered was the Tandoori Chicken which came with Rumali Roti. This dish was absolutely brilliant. The chicken was tender and piquant. <br/><br/>We found the service and menu to be irksome. Each time we wished to place an order or ask for water or the request the check, we had to wait a long while and flail our arms to attract the servers’ attention. Located at the end of panampilly nagar, on top of donut factory. 12 to 12 offers a wide range of food options along with their combos. Well flavoured and their combos are good!

Worst service ever in Kochi!!! Unbearable delay in food serving and untrained employees... Totally unsatisfied! Would think thrice before visiting the outlet again.😡💩🤮🖕🖕🖕

Ordered home delivery from here. The biryani was nice but very spicy. I shall be trying out their tandoori chicken and I am looking forward to it!

A really good ambience, a retro feel in the heart of panampilly. A zomato gold member is excluded from their barbeques and biriyanis (nothing much left to order), so went for their noodles and fried rice - was not disappointed. The tikka noodles was good both quantity and quality wise. Do visit the place if u're around.

The food is very good and tasty and the restaurant provides good amounts of portions in comparison with other restaurants. The ambience is very lit up with warm lighting and the restaurant offers seats for 2,4,6 and more if informed.

I found the food to be mediocre and staff a bit aloof . Ordered a Singapore chicken and was served something else. The next table was complaining about being served something very spicy when they categorically asked for it to made mild. There was just one person there to take order and he took a good 10 minutes to drop in to our table. There was just one other table who's order had already been placed .

Combos here are worth trying. This place is open till midnight. Mojitos and fresh juice were also good. Nice ambience, can stay here with food. Service guys are good, but staff were unable to explain the dishes when asked.

I've been a fan of their BBQ Chicken + Romali Roti combo ever since I had them from their Kottayam Outlet. So being a fanboy I tried out their Panampilly Outlet. And I surely wasn't disappointed. The service was really slow though. But I highly recommend their BBQ Combo

I ordered chicken biriyani via Uber Eats. It was well packaged, well prepared and tasted Too good, the flavors matched my expectations. Will order again.

been always the fan of their food.... especially the burnt chicken fried rice.... again went there recently tried some of the other items like kebabs and all.... its pretty good and tasty with good quantity..... worth the money spent....

Food is very tastey, especially their steaks.<br/>But the "burnt rice with chicken" which they suggested to us ,to be very good was not so pleasing.<br/>The Arabic varieties have a different taste from other restaurants..

Very beautiful ambience with very cosy seating arrangement. Had ordered the mutton rogan josh with ghee rice. Both the dishes were amazingly tasty. Was disappointed with the fig milkshake.

Great place for family dinner or dinner date. Good service and ambience. Good mixture of Indian Chinese and Arabic style bbq. A must visit for meat lovers.

I am new to the city and have been exploring different different restaurants around in kochi, few have been my favorites and 12 to 12 BBQ is going to be a adding on to my list.... we went late around 11pm so could not order food from donut factory menu like I wanted to have Parmesan fries and Indiana pizza however that was closed and I couldn’t have it but the food we had in 12 to 12 BBQ was amazing the BBQ pepper chicken was so good and juicy that after a first bite I had to order for a second portion... it was so mouth watering and yes the recommended dish burnt rice with chicken again the chicken was very juicy I wanted to meet the chefs and thank but thought they might have left for the day.. and yes I got 4 pieces donuts packed and that’s made me visit the place soon...

I don't know about the other stuff on the menu but I had the Arabic Grill with Garlic Rice and it was bomb!! I didn't expect it to be that good but I was really blown away! Those in doubt with the large menu, do try this dish! The chicken was delicious and moist, and the rice was perfectly seasoned!

Well I have previously come to this restaurant when it was known as hunters grill. It was doing good back then. Revisitied this so called 12 to 12 BBQ, was extremely disappointed with the staff and with the availability of items on the menu. The staff has no clue of what's happening and have zero idea on what's available. Mutton ribs are not available inspite of being on the menu, fish(the most common thing in Kerala) on the grill was not available. My father ordered a hot and sour chicken soup and it has only a few dregs of the bird in it. My soup was bland and the sea food in it was a mix of overcooked sea food and undercooked sea food. A terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone in this town to go there. The place is hopeless.

I was looking for a good family- grill and barbeque experience as the name suggested, and i am glad that it didn't disappoint me at all. The menu is elaborate but simple, affordably priced. What excited me were the combos which were quite inviting. The food was good, the soups could be better. The flavours were intact, the plating was good, the service staff were helpful too. Moreover, the decor and ambience is to look for, very modern, clever and clean.
