As always Mcdonald's never fails to impress us with the same quality as it has been for a no of years altogether. The food is good, love McCafe and the nostalgia which hits you every single time you step into the store is priceless.

Very ' McDonald's ' experience. Food was good, Delivery was on time. Has ample dining space and has parking (it could get crowded at peak times cos of limited parking spaces). All in all very good experience.

Been here many times and they provide giod service and tasty items , parking space availability is ok, in the MG road , good ambience, the hotel is not closely to the main road so its easy for in & out , bike parking also available, not very rush shop There is a security person who will direct us to park , but he will surely quarel with you bcos he will not allow us to park near the MC donalds since Mc only have 6 vehicle parking slot at the front side and if we park at left side of the building the security will screw you , Please consider this Mc Donalds since we come with our family and some people never care , they just argue even its for 5 mints

We had luncheon at McDonald's on M G Road in Kochin. Food was delicious but expensive considering other options elsewhere. Veggie wraps, burgers and fries were to the par. However service was below par. Ambience was good too. Overall we enjoyed our lunch. One note - this place is not for frugal foodies. It's pricey !!

Great spot for a vegetarian/vegan/jain if you're looking to try some burgers. As a Malaysian, im so happy that they hv these options here in india. Its very spicy but its delicious.

The McDonald's combo is a great deal, full of flavor and a nice atmosphere. It's well worth the money, decent taste.

It was my first time at Mcdonalds. Loved the wrap and burgers we tried. Initially we attempted to order from the app, and was quite confused with the self service options and seeing the variety of burgers confused me more 😃 Abhinav (staff who was there at 1.30 am) was super helpful and patient. He explained to us very well and guided us on what to order and how to order. He even taught us how to use the app. The burgers were superb and prepared well. More than the food, the helpful nature of the staff is something that needs appreciation.

It was a very good experience for me. Never failed to impress me. They serve food within two minutes which is really great. And the customer service is really good. The quality of the food was also good. The employees were well behaved and the atmosphere was also really nice. I highly recommend people to order a lot of varieties

The burgers are not so tasty like before. The jalapeños were not seasoned well and it's taste was standing out coz of the excessive usage. We had 2 Maharaja burger which was filling enough. The chicken wrap was a lil rubbery. Taste was good. The base wrap was more maida I think. It was getting more rubbery on cooling. Service was quick and they delivered at the table looking at the allocated order number.

The whole outlet is renovated. Now there is a dedicated McCafe and self order kiosks. The wash area is much bettee now. There is ample parking too.

Excellent service by Mr Varghese. He helped me with multiple orders. He is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I ordered the spicy chicken which was a total surprise. It was really spicy hot- not a tepid western 'hot'- a welcome difference. However the same spice level is not present in the McSpicy Chicken burger which is a shame, really. I hope they introduce this in the future.

Sufficient space and helpful staff. Food is good and service is quick. Nice ambience. Some parking space is available.

Had visited this outlet way before COVID. Like every Macdonalds it's neat and decent. Also the rush is less .The time I went their chicken fryer is broken so don't expect the chicken fries as of now i don't know whether they rectified it. I was happy about the service provided by the one who taking the order he was so genuine and provided is with better appetite.

OMG. The experience was really good. The food, the service and also the positive people out there. It was a very great experience for me. I ordered maharaja burger and fries, the burger was really good but the fries was a bit cold but for my surprise they exchanged the fries. Well behaved employees. Never ever failed till now. Very spacious inside with less crowded. A great place to conduct a business meeting and a good place for a quick bites.

Nice atmosphere and good behavior from staffs

Just like every McD they're amazing as well. The day I visited there was some issues with the water supply. The staff was really helpful, and was handing over water bottles to customers to wash their hands.

Ordered salad wrapwhich was waste of money noticed only lettuce in the name of salad no other vegetables very bad sauce no cheese don't buy you will regret it

It was just a normal sunny day. I was craving to eat chatpata aloo naan. Ordered from MG Road,Kochi brach and I got the order with a lovely note and a complimentary dessert. Well you guys made my day. Thanks you MCDONALD'S

Delivery boys were very polite and friendly but the order got terribly delayed due to the first delivery boy denying the order for some reason.

I ordered milkshake and hot chocolate from mcafe in mgroad, they accepted the money, but didn't deliver the food items, saying that mcafe menu on zomato doesn't exist. Bad customer service, a rude lady manager or supervisor who talked to me on the phone refused to reimburse the money or allowed me a substitute order. Very pathetic customer service from McDonald's. Any way Burger King is way better than the crappy burgers dished out by McDonald's.

This is really a fake app... I just ordered one mcd and i didnt get the food yet and lost my money 240/- now they are telling me like my pined location and given address were different ... I was ready to give the extra money ..but he refused and cancelled my food...Then y they are putting address bar in the page.. very bad experience i had and never gonna use this app again

I ordered 4 McChicken burgers . They sent me ordinary Cheeseburgers / They charged me Rs 314 for these burgers. This is outright cheating. Do not order food via delivery system from them. The item you get may be different from what you ordered. They won't compensate and they will deny our allegations. Very very bad on McDonalds.

McDonald's has been my all time favourite place for satisfying my burger cravings. Now to say about this particular outlet it's indeed one of the best outlet's in kochi i should say. Love the ambience where we can always hang around. The burgers and wraps served too are delicious. The place is always kept clean. I would always love to come to this outlet of McD.

I doubt i’ve had any worse experience in McD ever before. <br/>Firstly, they had no ketchup, and i had ordered for cold coffee and filter coffee and it tasted more like sugar water. When i asked if they could make it a little stronger, he said he cannot help with that as its machine made. <br/>PS: this is not my first time drinking coffee from McD.

Having a burger from McDonald's is like an any day thing for me and it always makes me happy and satisfied. I have always been a fan of their McSpicy chicken burger and its one of my all time favorite burger.<br/><br/>Now coming to this particular branch, I was quite surprised with their ambience and space availability. Its so far one of the biggest in Kochi and even the service is good. We also tried their American cheese supreme burger and also the new salsa I chicken burger. Even they were pretty good burgers.

I find it very reasonable, as there are cheaper, yet delicious options, too. The chicken kebab is as spicy as I prefer, the cheesy fries are one of the best I've had, the classic McFloat is sweet and undeniable. I'm lovin it. 😍<br/>I do find some of the burgers bland, at times, but still nonetheless enjoyable as hunger never sees bad food.

I never expect such a disaster in Mc Donald's. No grown up people here. All staffs are kids and they are playing around. Not aware of cleanliness. Floor looks like garbage. Staffs are fighting each other for orders. Like they are in collage. No respect each other and towards food and customer. :(

I’m a huge fan of McD and this restaurant in MG road is indeed a great place to hangout and while away your time. Very good ambience and the book sale there is also an attraction. Would be great if they can introduce Mc Cafe here as well. It’s the only thing that’s missing. Courteous staff as well.

Here we go. Mc Donald's a delicious place have the burger from, they are one of the best when it comes to there burgers but today was the worst experience I had in Mc D. They introduced the rice bowl of Mc Donald's and I got a chance to eat it by buying one for myself. Truthfully never eat it, the worst flavours and tastes bad, not even a match with the flavours. I had the combo rice bowl, chicken wings, frech fries and coke. The ricebowl = 0 rating and the rest the best as usual. The person behind the ricebowl recipe, forget it that you made the recipe, forget it that every got invented. Sorry Mc Donald's I'm sorry that this was the worst you made in your entire life. Ambience here is a bit different compared to the other MCD outlets in the city. so far I have tired double patty paneer burger, Maharaj Mac , cock float and lots more,my personal favourite from the lot is the paneer wrap!

McDonald's is everyone's favorite so no need of introduction. This outlet is cozier than it's rest of the outlets. I tried the newly introduced spicy rice bowl with nuggets, didn't like much. I loved Chicken Maharaja Burger.

Always my fav place to have burgers... prices are affordable... ambiance in this mc Donald's is slightly different and good from other mc Donald's 💞

McDonald's is one of our go-to places when we're looking to grab a quick meal. But of all the McD's we've been to, this one is our LEAST favourite! The ambience of the place is such a dud. Every single time we've been there during the day, the lights and music have been off. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority as tables take way too long to be cleared and the table tops, counters and floor look half dirty all the time. The Air Conditioning is pretty much non existent. I'm not sure if it's still there but the past few times I was there, there was a bookstall opposite the counter which just makes no sense. I'm an avid reader but I just don't think that the middle of a McDonald's is the place I'd pick up my next read. The staff always looks bored out of their minds. Considering the location and the size of the place, it's surprising to find that there isn't really much of a crowd here most of the time. As for the food, it tastes pretty much the same as in the other outlets but it's not as enjoyable here.

Ordered Maharaja Mac. The sitting area is largest than Delhi C.P or Netaji Subash Place but all the cooking air was coming to the sitting area. <br/>The person carrying out the frying forgot to switch on the exhaust. My mom who is prone to such air faced difficulty in sitting there. However on pointing the cloud in sitting area, the worker at McD turn on the exhaust.

Have visited this outlet quite a few times.. Must try their maharaja mac junior.. Very friendly staff.. They even gave us a tour of the kitchen and made our burgers. Amazing experience.

I really liked this outlet... It has vast seating.... Being  on the main road, it was surprisingly cozy & quiet inside... Had ordered for Chicken Jr. Mac... As expected, they did not had it... They said that they just had the one in Veg....<br/><br/>Also, the AC wasn't working... But upon complaining, they said that it was working (as expected), which I'm sure wasn't.... It'll be great if the staff is more courteous as it's an International franchise & not just situated in Kochi....

I have been here once. It was not crowded, it's a big place , ambience is good, seating is also ok. McDonald's is a brand, it's good and tasty but the qty is less. Overall good experience for me.

A spacious outlet in the heart of Kochi. I love their french fries but they are not as good as the French fries we get in McDonald's Saudi outlets. The soft serve ice creams are great and have a nice, milky flavor. We had the Maharaja Mac and it was tasty, not special. Overall, it's a good place for casual dining with friends and family.<br/>Being an international brand, they are a bit on the pricier side when compared to the quantity of food you get for the price you pay. Even a large burger seems very small!

A rather spacious McD outlet that is way bigger than what you imagine upon first glance. Other than that it's pretty much a regular McD outlet.

Pretty much like every other McD joints foodwise. But the ambiance is a little different, its very line and quiet unlike at malls. The rush is also a little low, so the place will always have a seat for you.

I had visited this outlet long back when I was a kid. In kerala it was the first time I had McD after having from dilli,bangalore and all. The joint was decent enough but I had taken a parcel of the McDonald burger and we cousins all were chilling in the jeep and having it. The food was not bad at all.

Been a Mcdonald enthusiast for way too long, like visiting the place for its predictability factor. You know exactly what you are in for and there are no surprises. So when something doesn't work the way it should, specially when you are used to a certain set standard at every McD outlet, it disappoints. This place is very spacious, with ample parking too. Many times only one counter is manned even if there is a queue. They have been struggling a lot with the card swipe machine not working most of the time and insisting on card payments. The staff blame it on network. Also other customers are made to wait while they try to connect for some free charge coupon redemption. The AC at certain corners is too strong. Leaving these apart, the food is just right. No deviation from what you expect and get at every other McDonald's, thankfully. The staff try to be pleasant and do their best. The Chinese addition to the menu and the latest ones, the Mexican and Lebanese aloo tikki delivers on bringing variety to the menu. Wonder if the fat tax is going to make any difference to the place.

McDonalds in MG road is probably the only place left in this Gothic part of Cochin. Love the amount of space that's in there. The I've creams are a trophy that we seek after every meal. Enjoyed the new Mexican Cheesy Fries too. McMaharaja is savage too !

This is very specious outlet.... But this place has the worst staff i have ever seen in my life... They dont even have any clue of what they are doing... However good the food is their behavior makes us dissapointed! The food is ok ok only... Not place i would recommend to go. Hygiene is well maintained.

Going to mc donalds have always been fun. However from experience within and outside India I should say that the energy and courtesy of the staff in mc donalds world over is the X factor that carries the brand. I came in here and I was in for a "rude shock". The crew trainer Ms Aiswarya here made me wait for a good 5 minutes despite the fact that there was no other customer at that moment in my line. And when she finally arrived she was cold and rude. I think something should be done with this attitude of staff who stand at counters with an expression that suggests one is doing them a favour by going there. We all are looking for a good time and a little cheerfulness will go a long way.<br/>13/5/2016 3:15pm

Spacious outlet as most of d Mc Ds .. Tried out their Chicken McGrill Burger Meal .. The burger with mint sauce and d usuals didn't feel like the d best of combos ! French fries were just okay and half of d coke container was filled with ice ! There is enough parking space outside and d whole outlet seemed nice and clean.. Don't forget to grab one of their soft serves !

Seating is comfortable and the buzz at the counter is positive. Ordered a McChicken meal while hubby desired for the Spicy McChicken,which was a bit hot for me. A place you can definitely drop in and spend some time.

One of the McD outlets in town with good seating capacity . The place was kept neat and clean . The service was better compared to the other outlets and the staff was courteous . The burgers tasted just ordinary and nothing more . Even the patty is really small in comparison to the price . If more French fries would be provided , it would be appreciated .

Over priced shitty food. People who like junk food will love this place. I have always felt its better to eat from the chaatt shops than to eat from Mcd's. Its been a long time since i tried out Mc Donalds simply bcoz as many know its simply not good and not healthy at all for the chemical they mix as preservatives. I saw the advertisement of the Maharaja burger from Mc D and though i was reluctant at first i thought mayb ill give it a shot to see if at all atleast in taste McD had improved. My friend and I ordered for 2 Maharaja meal burger and costed us Rs594 which was too much and to make things worse the burger was not even worth for Rs50/- , that horrible it was...it tasted bad..the bun was rubbish, the pattys even worse and the fries was...its better i dont say anything more. Never again will i go to or recommend McD to anyone. People who like burgers please stay away bcoz McD has this power to make you hate burgers. No wonder McD's business is falling badly everywhere. I did not take any photos bcoz i did not want my mobile to go for a toss ;-) .

The fact that this branch is ready to take orders at 10:30 AM makes this outlet great for brunch. The only items that are worth a 4 are both the non veg and veg Maharaja burgers. Fries are OK. The rest of their menu is just worth a 2.5/5 rating. Lulu mall outlet prepares their food better.

Love the ambiance here. The food is your standard McD affair. It is the spaciousness that is the best feature, along with the service. Unlike the outlet in Lulu, the staff here are better with a pleasing attitude. I wish they served more fries with their burgers. I love the fries here but they serve too little.

This place has a great ambience, usually quiet and comfy. The food and pricing are well known. It's all okay . a fair warning if you're trying the indi McSpicy burger, be prepared to drink lots of water, its very pungent. A great place to just chill.

It's a McDonald's, what more are to expecting? But since Zomato wants 140 characters, I've to say the location and space is good as compared to the over branches in the city. If you have a large group, this branch is the best.

Just like any other burger joint. They too have burgers. Nothing great about them, just plain old burgers. Despite them being one of the oldest burger joints in the world, they have just normal burgers. The only thing that's great about the burger is the lettuce. The lettuce is so juicy and fresh you seem to just pick em and eat alone! The Mc Flurry is something you must try if you're going there also is the fillet-o-fish, if you're a fish lover!

Jiny Manu and I went there a month ago. One of the biggest outlet in Kochi. Food is always in McD standard. No complaints. Reasonable price. Nice place to hangout. They have parking space. I think it's the main reason everyone love this McD. Beacuse It's hard to get a space at mg road to park vehicles.

The standard of McDonald's always quite simple and good. Yet another Mc Donalds like all other Mc Donalds. Food quality is good but doest have any great taste. Large parking, lot of space inside and hygiene are the other good factors. Personally i dont like their burgers much since we can get lot of other good burgers in cochin. But great place to go with kids as they would love this place and can have the toys after their happy meal. Pricing is not reasonable and we are paying a premium for the brand without getting much in the food. Yes i would visit here if i am with kids and is planning to get them satisfied.

Though my experience here has been alright. Went there with a friend once who ordered a Fillet O Fish. All it had was a dry fish patty between 2 slices of Bun. He had to make repeated requests and demands for proper mayonase+cheese+ some filling for it..<br/><br/>The joint has ample space , and its only partially filled at almost all times.<br/>Decent space for parking also.

Had an opportunity to be at Mc Donalds MG Road brach today . . . <br/>Ample amount of car parking. . . <br/>Opened the door and was surprised to see the number of seats and space they have inside this which was surprising for me considering the fact that it is located at the heart of MG Road . . . <br/>Most of the seats were empty . . . <br/>Most of the chairs were kept upside down on tables which was a big let down for me . . . <br/>Went up to the counter and placed my order for Mc spicy Large meal . . . <br/>They asked me to have a seat . . . <br/>it took around 15 minutes for them to serve . . . <br/>While considering the crowd and the time they took for serving , it was a huge thumbs down because the more crowded outlets in lulu and vytilla served me more quickly. . . <br/><br/>About the burger the bun was soft and the patty was not on the crispy side and still it was spicier. . . <br/>Fries were fresh and the coke was also good . . . <br/><br/>

Burgers & chicken boooo.... everyone knows... i hate the shakes with oreo... the other drinks are good.. love the toys we get when we buy a happy meal meow meow☺

Quick and fast delivery. Good parking space. Had a McChicken meal from this outlet. Recommend this place to classic malbaris who cannot move out of their comfort zone. Give it a try.
