Burgers and pasta at great taste.. the shakes are just average..!! The ambience is superb with fish tanks and nice lights . Suitable parking facilities and nicely furnished chairs in this place makes the ambience more beautiful..

First of all thank you for providing us with Delicious foods, It was the best experience I ever had. Tastey food with good quality and quantity at low price , I came with my family they had an exceptional day. It is freshly made so it will take some time, we had give 15 to 35 minutes. Nice ambience to enjoy all day long. I have been to many food courts and restaurant but never had these kind of tastey food before. It's like there are no words that can Express my Feelings. Thank you Soo much .I had 1) Mixed Grill + chicken+beef+chicken 2) Rosemary Thyme Beef Steak+ veg+ mashed potatoes 3) Chicken Steak Diana with pepper mushroom sauce 4) Chicken Mozzarella (SANDWICHES) 5) Ultimate Chicken Burger 6) Ice cream Sizzler Brownie It just started like 3 days ago, If you guys keep improving in customer service it will become the best u hear me The BEST. I am gonna rate according to the services. I will be truthful. I would give Customer Service 8.6/10 Food 9.8/10 Ambience 10/10 Over all 9.4/10

The place has some good ambience and is mostly quiet. Went there with some friends and tried their Thyme Beef Steak, French Fries and some Fried Ice cream. The French fries were ok nothing extraordinary but the steak and fried ice cream were just heavenly like they were super awesome for the price point. If they could improve something then it would be the bread and veggies they served along the steak because they seemed too ordinary to do the steak it was served with any justice. Final note : Would definitely recommend their Thyme Beef steak and Fried Ice cream

Great food, great ambience, great prices and really good customer service....its a nice hangout for continental food. The only minus is the location, it's a little far from the city center......its located on the right side after the railway overbridge when moving from lulu to varapuzha......5 stars and a thumbs up......

This place is having some good ambience and it is very quiet place. I've tried their Beef steak and it was fantastic. Could have improve the bread and French fries...

I've been here twice and would definitely recommend to anyone who's searching for cozy place that offers good food. They serve best food at reasonable prices and has got excellent customer service!!! Also their chicken la kiev and fried icecream is a must try 👌👌👌

Great grills,burgers and delicious fries.Foods served are hot and fast. Nice place with good ambience, would recommend for family and Couples. I will surely suggest this place to my colleagues.

Nyc interior nd tasty food.

Me and my friend ordered Chicken A La Kiev from their cafe on their inaugural day. The chicken was cooked perfectly and as soon as we cut it, the butter inside it melted from its center. It is indeed a must try for foodie.

I've tried a rosemary themed beef steak from this place. The steak was really juicy, the sauce had the right blend of flavours. I really liked the way it was cooked.

Best continental food in KOCHI thank you it was so delicious even my family liked it so much the price was so cheap it was best experience with my family so good ambiance keep it up charcoal grill such a beautiful experience in ernakulam I I’ll visit again sure😍

Decently done interiors, good food , had both beef and chicken steak and a roll , very well prepared , the staff was very welcoming and nice , fairly priced and quality was also good Will definitely recommend to others and will visit again soon

The charcoal Grill Restaurant , It is a cool restaurant in which have decent food and great ambience! It is a cool little place to hang out with friends..coming to the food part I had steak, To be frank the beef was decent and main highlight was sauce it was good !The restaurant is situated in kunnumpuram main junction,opposite to amirta hospital road!<br/>

Very disappointed with the food. The lasagne was unpalatable as was the chicken steak. Both of these tasted the same for some reason. Never eating from here again.

The Mixed Grill. It is the combination of Grilled chicken and beef with beef/chicken sausages , veggies, potatoes and special sauce. It is filling, reasonable and tasty too. ❤️

Went to avail my free give away offer.😂 I liked the place and the ambience. It's located away from all the Edappally traffic.<br/>Had the BBQ chicken steak..was really yum! Liked the sauce. And the chicken was perfectly cooked. Was not really filling but still liked the taste.<br/>I also had the sizzler brownie. The brownie was just average. But altogether it tasted nice.

5 stars for the ambience. Those fishes swimming inside their bowls are a great way to spend time waiting for your food.<br/><br/>Coming to the food part, I had the rosemary thyme beef steak. Being frank, it's worth a 3 star rating. The sauce was the only highlight with beef being tender. The garlic bread was sweet, and the veggies were lacklustre. .<br/><br/>The staff was courteous to quickly change the dessert order. Had ordered fried ice cream but since they had some issues with power supply, the ice cream was not available but they offered brownie in hot chocolate sauce. Loved the dessert.<br/><br/>Will visit again. For the dessert.

Had their club sandwich which also comes with fries. Their mayo is different from other cafes i have been to. It really goes well with both the sandwich and fries. Beautifully done interiors, warm ambience. Only thing they need to improve is their order delivery time, when asked they said all orders were made fresh. But to me taste is what that matters. And they definitely nailed it!👍🏻

Well executed interiors, good food and menu, had both chicken and beef steak from there. The food was right on point in terms of flavours. The staff was polite and welcoming, fairly priced dishes and quality was also very good. One other major plus point was the ample parking space in front of the shop. I drive around the city in a MUV and this was very helpful. Definitely recommend others to try their steaks.<br/>

Oh my god... That was the best steak I ever had Thank you first of all, taste was awesome, except I was expecting more boiled veggies with the steak. Other than that tasty food, good packing and was delivered on time.

Charcoal grill is a cute little place away from the city’s hustle. Their menu is small yet very interesting!<br/>So I had one of their cg specials Chicken Steak Diana with pepper mushroom sauce. This was just way beyond any steaks I’ve had so far. The juiciness of the steak was to die for. Only let down was their quantity of the French fries but the dish was still worth it.<br/>P.s. I had a great experience and will be back for trying other dishes too

Lovely place that's away from Lulu's hustle and bustle :)<br/><br/>The Charcoal Grill is a small shack and it was not occupied at all. An aged person holds the reception key and greets you. We ordered the Ultimate Chicken Burger, ABC juice and a chocolate falooda.<br/>Chicken Burger was handful. It was soft and crispy with peices of chicken wedged between the breads. They also provided french fries with it. The chocolate falooda was great as well but the ABC juice was a major letdown. It was their special recipe and it was supposed to be a mix of different flavours of fruits. It tasted like diluted water melon juice. Nothing more. ABC juice was a major disaster.<br/>The ambience and the creative mind behind it needs to be applauded. :) The walls speak stories of burgers, grills and wraps. 👏

Edapally grill lab was closed few months ago and charcoal grill came instead. The service was good but i had to wait some time for the food to get prepared. I had <br/>barbeque chicken steak (₹300) : it was sooo good the food was well cooked but they didn't serve me in sizzler plates . And when i asked he said that they serve food in sizzler plates only upon request since everyone won't love that ,however i was one of them. Same was the case with fried icecream. <br/>Lasagna chicken pasta (₹180) : lasagna sheets made pasta taste better and it was really good. This was the one which i liked most from here<br/>Ultimate chicken burger (₹150): it's a small but tasty burger.<br/>Fried icecream (₹180): All other food here was fairly priced but i think the price for this's a bit high.<br/>To conclude I'd rather grill lab for taste but this didn't disappoint me. It is worth every penny<br/>

So there was this new cafe started at the place of Grill lab Edapally when they shifted Charcoal grill owned it. it’s a perfect to have some good grills and burgers. The burgers and Grills of Charcoal grill is a must try.<br/><br/>Coming to the food we had a mixed grill, Barbeque Chicken, Spicy Chicken romino, Szechuan beef burger ,Mint Lime. everything tasted pretty good especially the mixed grill and burger, the grill was so good especially the sauce they used and the burger is one the best burgers i had in kochi so far.<br/><br/>The staff service was good enough,overall cafe ambience and food was pretty good. Recommend especially for all the burger lovers.
