I really enjoy visiting this joint again and again the ice creams are perfectly made not too sugary and not less. Also the taste is kept in a medium manner. The waffles are really cool here. They have a wide variety of waffles. I really enjoy the cloud nine waffle. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the price ranges are also cool. A good place too visit

I have always loved ice cream from here. They never taste over sweet and feel so damn right sweetness. Not all ice cream shops in and around kochi can offer the quality and taste Paul's offer. One star reduced because for some strange reason I got an absolutely disastrous salt caramel cheese cake. Anyways for ice creams / waffles etc you'll never go wrong with this place. Cakes can be problematic 🥲

My personal favourite place to grab a dessert. They have the widest variety of ice creams. The cloud 9 waffle is a must try.

Perfect place to visit when you're having that Sugar Rush craving. Nice variety of different waffle styles, ice cream flavours and sauces. Very interesting and unique combinations, the ambience is nice and pleasant with a fun colour palette and theme maintained throughout.

A very good experience. The salt caramel cheese cake was simply marvelous. Would love to visit again for sure.

An amazing space and friendly staff. I judge any ice cream place by how good the brownie is..! The brownie here is amazing. It’s gooey, had an awesome flavor. Be ready to share. Definitely not for one person. Their brownie ice cream flavor and Almond chocolate mud cake was amazing too. The dark chocolate is also good (if you are a fan). I got a custom one with 3 ice cream scoops and a brownie. At the end it was too much. The prices are on the higher end. There is parking for 3-4 cars. Overall a good place.

It's a nice place to hangout with friends and family. They do have signature items. Tried waffle 'classic' item. Also added a scoop of peanut butter which was good. They will give various ice creams to test taste. Outside has ample parking space.

OMG! The Cloud 9 option was a banger. Had their new Red Velvet Option as well. My fav is the Cloud 9 all day. Good little place with cool decor. Love their color combination of Blues.

One of the best dessert spots in EKM. The Cloud 9 Waffle and the New York Cheesecake were really good! A little bit on the pricey side, but for the quality of food and service they provide it is reasonable. The ambience too deserves a special mention.

If you have the money and you are willing to pay for the best ice creams available don't search for other options this is the best The ice creams are really high quality and premium with a smooth texture. There were various pastries also which were really good. The overall ambience of the stall was really good and top notch.

Nice place, very spacious inside, good staff. The waffles are a must try, especially ‘Cloud 9’. The mango sherbet is the best in town. Haven’t tried their coffees yet, might soon. Kudos to the staff for being very nice and welcoming, not always the case in Kochi. Visited several times, definitely visiting again.

An obvious gem recently discovered❤️ Had been aware of their brand ever since their eruption in kerala and the flock of good reviews in the air, but boy did it take me forever to try out their delicacies and trust me if you haven’t already, then these guys are the undisputed kings of desserts in kochi rn.👑Visited their Kaloor Kadavanthara outlet and on first glance, the place is well lit in terms of ambience and spacious parking on site. The seating is an absolute stunner too with well laid out benches and can accommodate quite a mob. Now to the real winner, the items on offer. Just like the name says, their in-house menu caters across all tastebuds with a wide selection of ice cream combinations, waffle combos and their cheesecakes which were a real delight. Quite honestly, the best cheesecake and the most authentic I’ve had in kerala, period belongs to Paul’s at present. The staff on site are extremely cheerful and their hospitality is simply unmatched. To add to the delight, they offer tasting of their ice creams on almost all of the flavors which could kill the confusion that would arise at the hour on the picking of flavors. As a newcomer is concerned, this is indeed a welcome addition since it gives an idea of the ice creams on offer. The flavors are quite well spread out in terms of offering chocolate, mascarpone, strawberry, wild berry and the list just goes on. The ice creams were creamy and tasted true to their described flavors. Their waffles and caramel sauce combo is an absolute treat for everyone alike. The waffles are soft and fluffy and literally melts into your mouth. The addition of fruits such as fresh strawberries, kiwi, banana as toppings or as part of their combo would make the waffles or ice cream experience even more delightful. The pricing is almost at par with their big chain competitors however the quantity and quality offered for the money paid is what will win your hearts😊 Truly a wonderful place to visit and is a must try in kochi.

A very enjoyable experience, with good ice cream sundaes. We ordered the Choco Fudge Sundae and the Caramel Minion Sundae. Service is quick and prompt, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The ambience is lovely, and the place have a very good vibe.

Nice place with good ambience to sit and relax. I had their lotus biscoff waffle and it was amazing.
