One of the best and oldest BHEL stall started nearly 50-70 years ago at Bhavani Mandap.
My dad told me that Rajabhau (owner) used to offer BHEL to him and his friends after their football games.
We used to have BHEL at Bhavani Mandap during our college days.

Tried very famous and legendary Raja bhau bhel here. Taste was very good. Bhel is made out of bhadang which they sell separately as well. Bhel had spicy and tangy punch in it. Very tasty indeed.

We tried Special Bhel and Malvani Bhel. Malvani bhel was more spicier than special bhel. They serve bhel with boiled Mirchi which accompaies it greatly.

Visited Rajabhau bhel when they were closed, and they were gracious enough to open it for me as I had visited for first time from Mumbai. They also packed it for me properly and the bhel is really really good.
The owner is amazing and his bhel too! We enjoyed all the Bhels we ordered. It is not overrated and certainly deserves the attention.
