Review Hotel Wada - Kolhapur

Tried mutton try and mutton masala thali here. Taste was good. Mutton was well cooked. They serve both chapati and bhakri along with thali. Both tambda and pandhra rasss were very good in taste. Also, khima was good. Service is prompt and quick. Good option to try out for mutton lovers.

Indoor ac seating 💺 Little bit lack of space if a lot of groups show up at the same time Ambiance is really great and must visit place Food : food portion size is relevantly small.But if you have ordered thalis then it is one of its kind and the mock-tails were not that great as it is well known for desi food We just had the chance to try different thalis as well as some great desserts I shall recommend if just casual visit and want to try authentic kolhapur pandha rassa and tambda rassa Staff: the waiter was knowledgeable about the food and its recommendation to some extend. Well so 5 stars for all the goods and suggestions.

Hotel Wada served us some great mutton and chicken dishes. Chicken kharda may be given a miss. The place serves you freshly made hot bhakaris with mutton thali, on demand. The restaurant has an air conditioned section in the basement. You may also have unlimited hot and tasty pandhra and tambda rassas with your mutton thali. Food here is awesome, though the thalis may be a bit too much to have for 1 person. Good food and good service.

They have AC seating area in the basement and non AC seating area near the main entrance. Had chicken fry thali consisting of chicken fry(small pieces with bones), tambra and pandhra rassa, egg curry(half egg piece), sol kadhi, 3 chapatis or 2 bhakris and masala rice. We requested jeera rice instead of masala rice and they were kind enough to provide the same. Food was very tasty and not very expensive. Chicken fry thali was around Rs 220. Highly recommended place for authentic kolhapuri food. As the place is located in a market, no parking available, you need to park your vehicle on road only.

Fabulous place... If u are in Kolhapur then you must try mutton thali here....just amazing. You need to wait for table to get empty...for 15 min Or so.. But worth the wait

Sitting arrangement right in the entrance is not that appealing, but if you are ready to spend some extra money then family section in the basement is for you, the ambience of the place is on point. Also the taste of food is also good. Also in the family section there's a place of the couples also which looks like couples corner. And this place was not that crowded so if want to take your Girlfriend out, then this is the place.

As such it is not big if you go by the name. But this hotel has a special AC section in basement.The food was not that great, maybe because we were very late. But loved the pandhra rassa.. Maybe next time we will drop in earlier .

We traveled from Rankala lake to this hotel Its just around 1.5 km from Lake We were given an AC room The menu was only in Hindi, I needed to struggle a bit to read and had to use google translator(they could add at least English) We have ordered mini mutton thali First they will serve hot chapathi and mutton gravy later they serve rice (not sure about the name) it was good Along with a lot of other items like egg gravy, other 2 types of coconut sambars and a pink colour drink (again i don't remember the name ) They have washroom which was clean and hygienic It cost 200 per person which is kind of worth

Authentic thali experience. Tambada rassa and padhara rassa is just amazing. Must try when you are in kolhapur .mutton , chicken and veg thalis are available over there . There will be waiting so reach accordingly.

Very good restaurant those want to have thali. Price is reasonable with good food, specially Kolhapur speciality tambda pandra rassa 😋 Must go place if you r visiting Kolhapur, it’s 5 min walking from Mahalaxmi temple west entrance.

It was great experience with Hotel Wada. I had Mutton Deluxe Thali which was delicious. Must visit there.

Awesome thali we had here. Loved the taste of their special mutton thali and chicken thali. The meat was succulent and nicely cooked. Their solkadhi was also nicely prepared . Loved their pandhra and tambda rassa. Would surely recommend this one for mutton thali lovers.

Authentic Taste of Tamda Pandhra Rassa 😋 The chicken🍗 and Mutton🍖 was cooked well too. Ambience is also quite decent and they also have a seperate Family section. Hot chapati's are served everytime we ask for. Specific limited menu with great taste and minimal representation is their forte.

I visited Kolhapur first for Darshan and 2nd reason was to eat तांबडा रस्सा आणि पांढरा रस्सा. And my god though this place is small the food here is awesome. You can eat as much as your stomach can handle. Just have a glass of solkadhi it will be very tasteful way to finish your dinner. The taste here is ekdum authentic. Go ahead and try the food. The special mention is there dhahiwale pyaz it enhances the taste of the dish.

Good food. Kharda mutton recommend if u like spicy. Atmosphere bit shady.

Chicken fry thali was good. The egg curry that was served alongside chicken fry was the best egg curry ever. Tambda Pandhra rassa was awesome as usual. Solkadhi was also good.
