The atmosphere was chill and cool & The ambiance was very welcoming and charming. The staff was also really friendly & they know what they're doing. Making the customers happy is their main priority. The food was fresh and awesome & so delicious. Then we also had dessert and that was good as well. JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata Food and service & Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations

Booked their buffet deal from zomato in July. It was one of its kind experience as it was my first time . It felt luxurious. A wide range of menu to choose from but only one complimentary welcome drink which was soo good wanted more . The starters were really flavourful and rather than their main course. Chicken biryani was OK ok. But they had live counters too for pasta , chowmin etc. They had one street food counter as well with pani puri , different kinds of chats , dahi vada etc. Their desert counter contained varieties of pastries and sweets , mooses , caramel cups etc. Overall a grand experience should really try once .

Recently I was there at JW Kitchen as they are celebrating a Hyderabadi Festival Called The Nawabi Nirvana. In this festival they are serving some special Veg, Murgh and Gosht Biryanis of Hyderabad along with some signature Starters of Hyderabad. Other than these special dishes the regular items are also available . I tried this buffet for the first time and it totally blown my mind, from Starters to desserts everything was simply delicious. If you want to be a part of this amazing festival do visit JW Kitchen before 18th September. Don't forget to try gosht biryani, haleem, the mutton in the main course. I absolutely loved the food, the ambience was amazing and the hospitality was top notch. Hurry up and visit JW Kitchen with your friends and family. Date & Time : 1st - 17th September. (7-11PM)

Quite good for dining in and experiencing being a 5 star restaurant. Buffet offers are there through many online dining app like nearbuy and so on. Do check those out for most value.

I can’t thank the JW Kitchen team enough for taking care of my family and I! My aunt and uncle visited JW Kitchen for the first time and they absolutely loved coming there. We wanted to give special thanks to Joydeep, Ananneya, Ronny, Ishika, Sanjana, Debarghya and Partho for making great food for us! And a very very very special thanks to Manoj and Chetan, for making my early birthday celebration such a wonderful experience! I’ll never forget what these gentlemen did for me. I am truly grateful to them! Please keep it up, team! We can’t wait to visit the place again!

We visited JW Kitchen on 14th Dec to celebrate the evening of our 16th marriage anniversary. It was an awesome experience. The ambience was nice and the food was super tasty and we were spoilt for choices !!! The staffs were very cordial and treated everyone with respect. I would like to call out one name who stood out among all was Chetan. He was so friendly and hospitable that he immediately made a personal connect with us and made our evening memorable by his outstanding service. Overall it was an evening to be cherished for long!!! Highly recommended.

Great recent experience at JW Kitchen! Chetan and the staff were great in accommodating and communication for our large group of 20 people. The food was delicious, the service top notch, and love the ambiance and vibe. Would definitely go back.
