They offer both veg and non-veg options for their buffet. Opting for the non-veg buffet, we were treated to an array of starters, particularly juicy and bursting-with-flavor kebabs that melted in the mouth. Among them, the mutton kebab stood out as truly exceptional. It's noteworthy that you're free to enjoy repeats of any item to your heart's content. Transitioning to the main course, the offerings vary from day to day; however, they consistently feature specialties like mutton biryani and various chicken gravies. Alongside these, you'll find an assortment of other dishes. Additionally, there is a dessert section to finish off the meal. In conclusion, Flame And Grill is an excellent destination to satiate your dining experience.

Recently tried the ₹750/- buffet which is only available on Monday and Tuesday. The experience was amazing Love the food and hospitality. Staffs were extremely helpful. Loved kebabs and also the lemon coriander soup. Biryani and prawn polao in the menu was superb. This buffet is a steal

Food quality is average expect biriyani. Quality of biriyani is excellent. Buffet menu is limited. They need to add more items in their buffer menu. Buffer costs for 2 person including GST is Rs.1900 on weekdays.

We had the buffet lunch. We went at around 1pm on a Sunday and did not face any waiting time. However there was soon a big waiting line. The seekh starters were good. The chicken options were better, chicken wings being the best. Fish options were not that much good in taste (both basa and prawn). Mutton kebab was also not that satisfactory. Very less veg options provided, only tandoori aloo, gobi, paneer and crispy babycorn. A veg pizza was also served which was very disappointing in taste. Quantity of starters served was adequate and were repeated quite a number of times. Main course had usual options of North Indian, Bengali and some Chinese items. The mutton biryani was good. I loved the dessert items. Hot jalebis were available in the live counter. The gulab jamuns, rice kheer, daal halwa, ice creams; I loved them all. Soda based mocktail options were only two on the menu, we ordered a leechi flavoured one, which had excessive syrup and didn't taste good. Overall experience was satisfactory. Good for family or group outing. Washroom was very small and not quite clean. Sitting area is quite big and can accomodate large groups.

BEST 💯👍💯👍BUFFET I have tried ABS, BBQ nation, Mainland China, Haka etc most of the well known buffets but this was the best. Every items had really good TASTE, I must say they actually cool perfectly. The speciality was mutton biriyani in the buffet my goodness.. It was so delicious I'm gona have it again and again, sorry other buffets 😅. Starters were awesome, main course was really good as well as dessert. I couldn't believe everything was so tasty and of good quality. They might have less quantity of items but but.. Quality is so good you won't need to try more items. It was the best. I must say it's worthy.

Tried super saver buffet available on Monday and Tuesday, The buffet has 35+ veg + non-veg items, taste really good. Their hospitality doesn't need any introduction, overall had an amazing experience.

Best buffet in the market right now. 🤩❤ Reason being buffets generally focus on starters, I found they have equally worked on main course too. Last Saturday i.e. 28th October, had been to Flame and Grill restaurant. As usual, the buffet was definitely mouth-watering. We ordered some kebab items for a kid and they served the same happily. We had ordered beers as well. The prawn and chicken kebabs were definitely a must try. A must visit place for the Buffet lovers.

Went on Sunday !! One of the best restaurants! The buffet food is extremely delicious - starters and desserts - each and every food tastes so good! The complimentary cold drinks is not refilled, and if you take a water bottle, it will be charged extra. Had a pretty good experience at Flame and Grill, South City Mall. The barbeques were quite delicious, the same can be said for the buffet, although there could have been more options. Also, the restaurant is crowded during peak hours.

Flame and Grill, South City Mall is a good place to have your own time. Perfect place with great ambience and attractive atmosphere. Quality of food is great but price is little high. Costly but can be compensated by it's food quantity.

Post lockdown my first visit was in Flame & Grill and I opted for buffet. The quality is not upto the mark which are generally expected from Flame & Grill as I had visited this place earlier also. The dishes from starter to dessert everything was served on the table. Therefore, the service was delayed very much which was not a complain though as they have maintained hygiene very well and when the customers left the place they sanitise the table, chair etc. In this situation and for your own safety this can be managed. But food quality is not good as always and I found varieties are also less specially in dessert section.

Loved their starters and desserts. The kebabs they serve in the starters are succulent, juicy and filling. But their main course needs alot of improvement. I personally dont think egg curry is a good option in buffets. So, if you are going there just hop in for their starters.

We were given a complimentary cake to celebrate.<br/>I loved all the kebabs except the chicken ones which I feel could have been better.<br/>Didn't have much of main course but liked the biriyani and palak Murg.<br/>Loved the pastries in dessert.

They had a wide spread of items in main course. From biriyani to squid. Every item was nicely cooked, specially the mutton biriyani. There were chans which was pretty unique in a buffet. I visited both south city and Mani square branches... south city is the larger one.they have variety of items in their buffet..but I think the food quality needs to be improved... still I prefer starter portion of BBQ nation.dessert and main course was okayish....need for improve quality of Mutton Rogan Josh, butter chicken, fish etc...also it's very much crowded in weekends

Had lunch buffet at south city mall. Ambience was good and staffs are well behaved. In starters I love their fish , prawn and mutton kebabs. But chicken tandoori kebab was little let down, not tender and juicy. But I will ignore that for prawn ,those are awesome. In main they have lots of option. Non veg salad,chicken biriyani,kali mirch fish,chowman,mutton curry,chilli prawn,seafood gobinbhog rice etc. Dessert contains cheese cake, jilabi,nolen gur rosgulla, brownies, pineapple cake, ice cream etc. One thing I want to mention jilabi's was awesome ..real crisp... Went to celebrate our 1st anniversary and I could not have celebrated better. We took 2 buffets for our lunch. Their spread of kebab starters were mind blowing. Especially their fish and mutton boti kebab. In the main course really like the handi chicken and mutton biryani. The food was a total value for money. Great place to eat barbecued kebabs. it strats with Ghati Garam and Pop Corns. Then kebabs comes with a flow. Amazing Main-Course and dessert to die for. They have Happy Hour as well on Friday to Sunday in between 4.30pm to 6.00pm which we would like to try once. I must mentioned about the courteous staff, they are so help full. Very bad experience.<br/>Starters were not upto the mark. They were not properly marinated, not at all juicy. Pineapple starter was stale. Main course was ok. Dessert again disappointing. Service is very poor. They should increase the number of staff. We waited 10-15mins for everything. Even for the bill we waited around 15mins. They need to improve on many things.

Went to Flame and Grill for the lunch buffet a few days back and was really surprised with the quality of food they provided.<br/>The starters, main courses and dessets were equally lipsmacking and I really loved the hospitality of the restaurant.<br/>One of the best buffets that I had recently.

One of my favourite buffets in the city! Flame and Grill serves an amazing and unending Indian fare. The starters, as you must have heard, are great. I especially like the fish and prawn starters. Unlike a number of other buffets, the main course served by Flame and Grill is also very good. I love their Biryani. And the desserts are to die for.

Food is good but had expected the spread to be a little better

One of best restaurant of Kolkata.. great ambiences and a joyful atmosphere.. All staffs are very welcoming and helpful.. food quality is really fantastic.. I recommend this place if you want to bring your loved one in any special occasion to celebrate ,🎂🎊🎉 and they will take care 👍👍👍 😊😊

All the foodies out there must definatly try this place. Starting from their live grill till their desserts I loved everything of this place. Starters tasted extremely delicious. All the dishes here are must try. Highly recommended. Just I would request them to introduce a welcome drink to make the buffet more perfect

I went here yesterday (saptami night). The starters of buffet were very less , only three to four items. Service was very slow. It was a very bad experience. Not worthing at all.

Flame and Grill will always give you a marvelous buffet experience and it is one of the finest places in the town to have buffet lunch and dinner!<br/><br/>The hospitality of this place is standout with the staff greeting and serving to our best possible need! Service is good and prompt and the waiters will keep on offering you kebabs as long as you want!<br/><br/>We started with kababs, Mutton Sheekh kabab was excellent, soft succulent pieces of mutton, chicken and fish was good too, chicken tandoori was outstanding, soft leg pieces of chicken, prawn was not that great, slightly tasteless, another chicken item wasn't that impressive as well.<br/><br/>Coming to main course it was plain and simple with Biriyani, mutton side fish, chicken side dish, egg kasha, fish preparation. All the main course items were average and nothing special about it. Egg noodles was good though.<br/><br/>Lastly deserts completely stole the show! There were 4 varieties of Ice Cream, Rasgulla, Rabri, Swiss roll, caramel custard, black forest cake, fruit cake, phirni. Each and every item was outstanding to say the least specially the Rabri, I have never had such amazing Rabri anywhere.in Kolkata. The cakes and Swiss roll was good too along with Rasgulla!<br/><br/>Ambience is pretty good our here and one will be super impressed with their hospitality. Eagerly waiting for my next visit our here!

This place is in my bucket list for a long time. It was a perfect rainy day that we have spent. It's a really cozy place. So We try their Happy hours buffet 385 +gst. Food quality is so good. One more thing staffs were well behaved and very prompt.

Our first experience of fame n grill buffet. It was amazing.. the kebabs were the star of the show!! Chicken, mutton, prawn & fish we had... All of them were too good !! Specially the fish one.. if you want to enjoy kebab and eat as much as you can then this is your place. They has a veg option too. Main course was also good.. I would suggest to take continental options than the Chinese dishes.. they were better. The deserts were soothing and relaxing... After a tummy full lunch fresh fruits and ice creams were saviour!! Don't miss the tart it was awesome!!!

The food quality is soo awesome. This is my 1st buffet xperience. The ambience is so good and calm. The grills items r so awesome and the deserts are wow..am very much happy with flame & grill

I had my first visit to Flame and Grill at South City Mall.I had booked the table via Dineout and got a complimentary mocktail as well.The ambience was pretty cool.First they served the starters out of which I liked the Prawns and Fish Kebabs.The Seekh Kebabs were also good.The potatoes were not god enough.The crispy babycorn was delicious.Coming to the maincourse I had their Dahi Vada which was way too good.The Dahi was soo good in taste and the Vada was very soft.The Fish wasnt good.The Biryani was okayish.Plain Rice/Naan was what i preffered in this area along with Chicken Chaap.Now coming to the desserts the mango icecream was very good in taste.I liked their brownies as well.Hot jalebis were also being served and i consumed them along with their tasty Rabris.Overall I had a wonderfull experience here.The staff was way too good and helped us in every way.Thumbs up for them :)

We went there 2 days ago. Had great expectations from this place but it disappointed us. We went there for the happy hour buffet. The spread was really disappointing. All they had was a fish pokora kinda thing which they called fish fry and chicken corn soup in starters! Nothing else! Next coming to main course they had chicken biriyani and chicken curry only.. the biriyani was not up to the mark. The chicken was good. They had paratha , peas pulao, dal makhani probably, paneer and a mushroom item as the other items. So if you go for a non veg buffet all you have is chicken biriyani and chicken curry. Next coming to the dessert section. All they had was a white brownie which tasted good and four flavours of ice cream. Now coming to their service. We were highly disappointed in this area too. When we went for the biriyani there was no potato in it so we asked a staff to refill it and he said that he would serve the biriyani potato at our table. We waited . But no one came up. When we were almost done a waiter came up with potato. While taking the ice cream i asked a staff whether there is syrup. He told me yes i am bringing it , please have your seat. Again the same thing. The ice cream started melting and i had to eat it . When we asked for the bill the staff came up that mam do you want chocolate syrup.. this was really disappointing.

Loved the ambience. I loved all the dishes its yummy and delicious. I love the buffet spread.<br/>Starters- yummy nd they will provide different variety<br/>Main course- biriyani mutton chicken fish will make u mad. Its tough to decide what should be eaten first.<br/>Desserts- just fall in love❤

Good food, good ambience. A place where you can hang out with both friends and family. Starters good and at par with the competition, main course is where it really exceeded expectations, desserts were good too. Definitely worth a visit!

I regret the day I chose to visit this place. I was hoping for an experience instead I learned a lesson. The buffet of ₹ 385 is nothing but a scam . A slap right across the face. I wish there were words to describe how pathetic the dishes were, Well one thing was common in them , they were bland to the extent that you would puke your guts out. The staffs were highly discourteous. They walk around as if they are doing a favour letting you in. The final nail in the coffin was when the door guy almost hit the door on my girlfriend's face while we were on our way out. I wanted to drag all of them out for a bashing but I realised I couldn't stoop down to the level of these scum of the earth. Never visit again ! Will not bloody recommend anyone !

It was a perfect rainy day that we have spent with FLAME N GRILL. The enormous quantity of food with the top notch quality is so rare! Each and every dish was just mouthwatering! From the appetizers to the desert .. evey single item was just lipsmacking! 😋 I especially loved choices of their deserts ! ♥️<br/>The staffs are courteous , ambience is too good..<br/>I just loved place!🌷
