The Bridge, Park hotel has you covered when it come to Sunday brunching at a beautiful property in town. You would get grills ,pizza, starters ,Mexican counter and chaat counter to satisfy your taste buds. The desserts counter is also something you shouldn’t miss out on. Recently tried it and absolutely loved it. The staffs are very cordial. I believe the time to visit in order to avail the order is between half past twelve to half past three.

Title: A Memorable Stay at The Bridge: A True Gem Among Hotels Rating: ★★★★★ I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon entering The Bridge, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel instantly welcomed. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the staff provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. The dining options at The Bridge are exceptional. The on-site restaurant serves a delectable variety of dishes, prepared with the finest ingredients, and the attentive staff ensured a delightful dining experience. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide selection of both local and international cuisines to suit every palate. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, The Bridge provided convenient access to popular tourist attractions, shopping districts, and vibrant nightlife. The hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation, making it easy to explore the city's hidden gems. Overall, my experience at The Bridge was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's commitment to excellence, combined with its luxurious facilities and prime location, made it a standout choice for accommodation. I highly recommend The Bridge to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay. I can't wait to return to this true gem among hotels.

One of the good places where a group can easily enjoy it is located at perfect location which makes the place best the best part of having paneer there is it has some good and best of their dishes .We were here for dinner. Enjoyed the spacious ambiance and delicious food, especially the sizzling ice cream.

The Bridge is a very pleasant eatery. Generally, in 5 Star hotels the food is served bland, keeping in mind foreign nationals. But in The Bridge the food was Indianized and appetizing. The desserts were very nice. I wished the Main course was as happening as the Starters and Desserts. The attendant Riya was very elegant and helped us a lot with food. The parking was easy. Now, that the Park Hotel has attended the legacy status - the chairs can be made to look more regal. I found Zen's ambience more attractive, however The Bridge is more open and lit. Overall nice experience. Expand buffet to other days as well.

The main dine in restaurant of The Park, Kolkata. Good food, good service. Tried their Beef Medallions, it was great. The ambience and atmosphere was pretty good too.

Nice ambience. Friendly staff. I wanted to try some different mocktail without any soda content, no ice but no shakes. They were all ears and tried understanding my requirement and came up with a perfect mocktail , just the way I was looking for. Very courteous and welcoming.

This place serves some very delicious Indian food. They have huge variety of food options and the food tastes really good here. The quality and quantity both are good here.

Beautiful place. Loved the environment. It's decor was too romantic. The food were delicious and the drinks were good. Was a place for romantic date….
Dibyendu Guha
The atmosphere was really good. They are maintaining the social distance between each of the tables. Serving the foods on a separate folding table for zero contact. Selected items available from the menu. QR code menu was on the table for zero contact during the pandemic. Chicken fried rice, tangra style chilli chicken, butter naan were very tasty. Chicken curry was not upto the mark. Jilabi in dessert was really good. NO BUFFET AVAILABLE DURING PANDEMIC. ONLY A LA CARTE

Good hotel with better experience. Should visit at least once to have a different experience.

the foods are awesome... <br/>ambiance are classy.. <br/>theam decor... <br/>not much option in buffet.. <br/>pizza is best... <br/>little expensive from jw Marriott and itc
Suhina Chakraborty
This is again a classy place but a lil too expensive based on the quality of food. The non veg servings are quite delicious, the dessert was a little too sweet over all it was a fine dining experience but not that great as compared to the other 5star hotel inhouse restaurants.

We attended thier Noboborsho Special Buffet... Ambiance is just outstanding... Very beautiful and artistic... But that's it... The staff are not present on the live counters... Also the staffs available are either novice or very smart to doge the customers issues... The seat we got was very near to the kitchen door and the kitchen was so loudly that it was disturbing our peace a lot... Now coming to the food... Presentation wise the dishes looks very appealing... But when we tasted them it was not at all satisfactory... Except the Mutton dish and the desserts... Pocket pinch is very high considering the quality they are serving... Overall it was not a good experience..

Went before Lockdown. Amazing food at best rates with class service. A good place to spend your evening. Well hosted by Mr. Rohit Singh and his team!

When a person orders food from a restaurant of a 5-star hotel, the expectations are auto-set pretty high, especially considering the rapport and pocket pinch these places carry!<br/>Placed an order of a Achari Subz Jalfrezi as well as a Vegetable Biryani from this restaurant - The Bridge - The Park based at Park Street (who does not know them?) and was overall pretty discontent with the experience!<br/>They serve pretty moderate quantity considering the prices they charge - nevertheless, this can be compensated if the food has a decent taste – which was so - to a certain extent in this case! Food quality is also fine, but, packing was very poor - neither tamper proof, nor properly sealed! The gravy spilled inside the packet and thus impacted all the dishes - pathetic!<br/>Raita was mildly sour - don't know why? I believe that the dishes are prepared only when the order is received and not before hand – so could not understand the real reason behind the sourness! <br/>On the positive side, the Subz Jalfrezi pretty much had exotic veggies – but overdone with carrots and cauliflower! They overstuffed the biryani also with the same cauliflower - something which we don't generally find in biryani!<br/>Food presentation needs to improve also. They did not serve a single cutlery with the food - seems dine-in experiences are much better at this place instead of delivery!<br/>Expected something much better from a 5-star hotel!<br/>

Ordered two dishes. 1. Mutton Haleem and 2. Fish Cutlets. Now cutlets they had specified 2ps so I was lucky to find 4 but then those were smaller than the size of nuggets. While the mutton haleem had no mutton. Probably it drowned in the water based in that watery haleem. I expected it to be good. Since they charge Rs.300 odd for fish cutlets and Rs.450 odd for the Haleem. Anytime a Rs.50 roadside haleem would do justice to its price. Ya, the portion was not even close to average. My bad!

I am truely out of word to describe how disgusting the staff was in this restaurant. If you have opened a restaurant and if you are setting the prices so high, I actually expect a good service. But the service here is extremely poor<br/><br/>Went there on my birthday and opted for the buffet. At first the dishes were served quickly and it was good. But after a particular time, nobody even cared to ask us about the dishes. The service was extremely slow. They were negligent and they won't even ask you for the water. <br/><br/>For starters it was<br/>For veg<br/>Paneer kebab<br/>Veg pizza<br/><br/>For non veg<br/>Chicken chop<br/>Reshmi chicken kebab<br/>Non veg pizza<br/><br/><br/>And in between reshmi chicken kebab and chicken pizza they took 45 mins to serve the chicken pizza. <br/>I can go out, have lunch in some restaurant and come back during that time. <br/><br/>From the chat counter I had aloo chat which was okayish. Nothing special if you compare with other places. <br/><br/><br/>For mocktail, it was masala cold drink.<br/><br/>For soup they had. <br/><br/>Chicken corn soup which was edible.<br/><br/><br/>Now coming to the main course. It was disappointing to see the food placed in the main course<br/><br/>Polao<br/>Fish curry<br/>Mutton curry etc<br/><br/>All home made dishes which definitely tastes worse than your home food. And apparently the staff was standing there giggling something among themselves instead of actually serving anything to the customers. <br/><br/>When I was about to order a cocktail from outside the buffet, there was nobody to take the order. Then the manager came and took the order. <br/><br/>I ordered blue lagoon which costed me around 645 extra including tax. Well price is not the issue if the taste is good. But again the taste was just horrible. You will get better blue lagoon in local cafes and they will serve you at very cheap rates. Overall it was a disaster. Again there was no such dessert section. You have to tell someone to bring the dessert. But again they were roaming by themselves. So finally I ordered cheese cake and chocolate cake. As usual, the cheese cake was tasteless and refrigerated. I have eaten in many restaurants, but didn't taste such worst cheesecake anywhere. Thanks for letting me know that cheesecake can taste this disgusting. <br/><br/>And coming to the chocolate cake, to my surprise, it was actually good.<br/><br/><br/>This was my overall experience<br/><br/>P.S.- Don't ever go there.

We went there for the lunch buffet. First there was a Chaat and panipuri counter where there was no one present to serve us. While we were waiting, there were innumerable flies sitting on the dahi vada and panipuri that were kept open there. Same with the salad counter. Hence, we decided not to have that. There was a mocktail of the day that was pretty good. A fish starter and a chicken starter was served hot at the table. The fish was a sort of fish finger and the chicken was a reshmi kabab, that was good. Coming to the main course, the spread was very very less. There were only two non veg items- one mutton and one fish (which was a katla fish preparation)- both were very ordinary. The rest were things like chole bhature, a veg pulao, etc. None of the items were anything exceptional. For dessert there was ice cream, cut fruits, a Choco cake, a cheesecake, gulam jamun and kulfi. The cake was very good in taste. The ambience was good and the person serving us was amazing. However, the overall buffet experience was very disappointing. Nowadays, places like Barbeque nation and all serve such great buffets and such prices that you expect more from a hotel of this standard. Other 5 star hotels like J.W Marriott does a great job at the buffet spread with live counters and everything, compared to which, this doesn't come close. The fly nuisance was the worst part about today's experience. We had flies even on our table and had to constantly shoo them away. The management should take appropriate and necessary measures against this immediately and should maintain the hygiene of the place.

Wow. It was my second visit. And I must say they have overcome my expectations. The hospitality was like 7 star. Srabasti, Sandip and everyone else made our day there. Even though I had a very little food, but my soul was happy with their behaviour and service. Thank you Sandip for inviting us and giving us such an experience. If this continues I believe you guys will be the best once again.<br/><br/>You guys impressed me so much, that it made me to change my first review. From 2 stars to 5 star now. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

Speechless buffet experience

Went for dinner on a Sunday. The staff were wonderfully courteous and friendly, and went that extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect. The food was delicious! We tried their non veg kebabs and cheese kulcha. The kebabs were soft and juicy. The mains come with rice that is enough for 2. Try the Potai's kosha mangsho and the bhetki paturi<br/>Overall, worth a visit and every penny :)

I visited this place on the 25th of December for their Christmas special buffet with my fiance and would totally swear that this place is one of the best buffet places in Kolkata. Would totally recommend this place for buffet lovers. Their turkey was the star attraction, and the seafood galore was worth drooling over for. Quite hospitable, their service was top-notch and commendable. Would specifically thank Miss Geetanjali for her amazing hospitality and courtesy. Definitely dropping by this place again and again!

Visited this place during Durga puja last year with brother. We opted for the buffet. Seat reservations are mandatory. The buffet menu had a wide range of items, from authentic Bengali cousin to both north Indian and even Chinese. Loved the ambience. I really enjoyed the desserts, specifically the chocolate cake.

Very exclusive and premium restaurant.<br/><br/>The Park Hotel is amazing. The restaurant opens at 12pm and I reached there around 11.30 pm so I waited in the waiting lobby of the Park Hotel and the place is so decorative and mesmerizing.<br/><br/>Coming to the restaurant... The decoration and ambiance are amazing. I just loved the place.<br/><br/>There is a verandah kind of space attached to this restaurant which is outdoor. This place is for outdoor seating arrangements. It is beautiful.<br/><br/>I have no complaint about this restaurant. The hotel washroom is fantastic. The staffs are so polite and caring.<br/><br/>But one thing is that I went for their buffet section and I thought there would be a huge buffet as it is a 5-Star restaurant and I have eaten in other premium restaurants and they have a lavish buffet section but here they didn't have many food varieties. So I think they could have more varieties of foods in their buffet especially in their starters section and desserts section. More options sound more approaching.<br/><br/>Other than that, I love this place and I would visit again here to try their a-la-carte section.<br/><br/>I would recommend visiting here once for sure !!<br/><br/>In starters - There were Puchkas, Green Corriander Chicken Soup, and some fresh salads.<br/><br/>In the main course, I had - Lacchha Paratha, Kachalonka Murgi, mutton kosha, some crispy papads and Hunan fish ( the fish was so yummy and soft and mouth-melting).<br/><br/>I ordered an item from their a-la-carte menu and it was KASHUNDI BHETKI FINGERS. It was amazing and delicious. Served with mayonnaise dip.<br/><br/>For the dessert part, I went with the Chocolate Ice-Cream.<br/><br/>It was a beautiful experience.

Went to this place on nabami, special buffet was available. The food quality was really good starting from different salads , welcome drinks , starters till the desert. The highlights of starters are kebab ,betroot chop, fish chop was also amazing. The main course had prawn, mutton kosha, bhetki pathri even it had some Chinese dishes also. The ambience is also awesome and the pocket pinch was aprox 1100 with gst per head.
Arunima Majumder
Went for nabami night buffet, food quality was good. Specially all starters were good fish chop, chicken kebab both were mouth watering. Now coming to the main course, mutton was good in quality but a bit bland according to my taste buds.<br/>The main attractions was the dessert part, absolutely loved their baked Rosogolla, rest all the mousses were good.<br/>Overall a good experience, might be a bit tasty food were expected.

On astami we went for a dinner buffet after seeing the Bengali buffet in Zomato .. on reaching there, staffs told us that Bengali buffet is sold out and unless we show them online code/voucher for buffet we can't avail it. First of all it is really disappointing that it is not mentioned anywhere in Zomato. However we opted for a-la-carte and ordered a mutton dish which was priced at Rs 1275. Personally I was expecting that the dish will be exceptional but to my utter disappointment it was nothing really special compared to the price that has been charged. Then we have also ordered mineral water and they have provided 1 Lt. Of KINLEY, which actually costs 20 rs but they have charged 295 for one bottle. Is this some sort of a joke? We had such a bad experience over there and absolutely disappointed with their services.
Debopriyo Roy
On asthami we went to Park Hotel for dinner. Online it was showing Rs 995 for a non veg buffet. But we dint book online. On reaching the brige park we found out that offer cannot be taken from the restaurant directly and prices are Rs 1999 now. So we opted for Ala carte . We ordered mutton kasha and rice. The portion of rice and dal was quite less according to the price Rs1275 plus taxes. But taste was good. But the main surprise was the price of bottled mineral water. The gave Bisleri 1 ltr bottle and charged Rs 245 plus taxes, which is quite high i personally think. Morever i feel its better to go some other places for famous for various cuisines like 6th ballygaunge place or fusion fantasea rather than these five stars. You wont get finger bowls when u ask or parking for your car as well.

The staff service was relly slow. They were refilling the alcohols too late and at 3:30ish told us that we can't order more (though the people who ordered refill at 3pm were still waiting). We were a group of 12 friends and they were confused with our orders. Also the manager was rude to us. This type of treatment is not expected from THE PARK
Subhajit Karmakar
Bad service, rude manager and even though it says drinks and mocktails are unlimited it is not..and there are only one or two choices in drinks and mocktails...the quality of service was poor...delayed serving of dishes...
Priyam Chakraborty
This restaurant has a horrible customer service!. And my suggestion would be to change the manager. We, 12 friends went for buffet lunch. It was supposed to be unlimited buffet! But guess what? they were serving one plate of kebab for 12 of us and asked us to share till they are bringing more. then they brought another plate of starter after 30 minutes. then another plate after 20 minutes! We told them to serve more dishes and serve them faster but the waiters didn't even pay any heed. after a point it really made us frustrated so we called the manager,<br/>the conversation between my friend and the manager went like this :<br/><br/>Friend - The food is coming really late. and specially the drinks. we got our first drink serving after 40 minutes.<br/><br/>Manager : I cannot say about the food, but i am personally looking after the drinks, and i can say that it didn't take 40 minutes time.<br/><br/>F - We are not getting any drinks, mocktail even after repeatedly asking for it.<br/><br/>Manager - I think you are mistaken. it is impossible what you are saying, drinks are being served on demand.<br/><br/>F - okay so we are reporting our grievance and you are accusing us of lying? Now i understand why this place has so many 1 stars.<br/><br/>Manager - Maam, you might have not noticed we have a lot of 5 stars as well.<br/><br/>F - okay thank you!.<br/><br/>So this is the way how the manager spoke to us! This is not how you treat your customers. shame on these people.<br/>However, there was a female trainee, Brijzpita if i can correctly recall her name. she was really polite and served us really well.

Went for a Saturday lunch. The place was not much crowded. The ambience is really good. We opted for their buffet spread.<br/><br/>For starters, they had 2 veg options, and 2 non-veg options. I liked the fish nuggets and chicken kebab.<br/>The main course comprised of peas pulao, lachha paratha, luchi, dum aloo, palak paneer, chicken korma, mutton kassa, bengali style fish curry.<br/>In desserts, they had a chocolate mud cake, a cheesecake, halwa, and firni. The disappointing part for me though, was that they did not have any option for ice cream.<br/>There was a separate chaat counter as well.<br/><br/>Staff was courteous enough but maybe need to be more prompt about their services.<br/><br/>Overall, it was a good dining experience.<br/><br/>Happy eating :)
Kaushani Ganguly
I would recommend this place solely because of the extremely welcoming staff. The ambience is really nice coupled with the the warmth of service makes it better. Food of course is great. Good spread.

A few days back I went to this place for a Sunday brunch. Ambience was really good. The best part was the food. Each and every dish was awesome. I especially liked the fish starter. Staffs were also friendly. However, the service was a bit slow. But overall it was a lovely experience and I would love to visit again.

We had 1 butter chicken 4 butter Naan 1 Cosmopolitan Drink 1 Corona which billed Rs.3530. First of all the price of Corona was Rs. 515 on the menu but they charged Rs. 985 on the final bill. The main thing is when the bill came i paid Rs. 3600 (4 Rs. 500 notes and 16 Rs. 100 notes) to the waiter and in a minute he returned with bill saying please check cash and when I did I found 3 Rs. 500 notes and 16 Rs. 100 notes. There was a shortage of Rs. 500. This is ultimate stealing the waiters or management is making. We paid the bill but remember this is not the way to steal customers money . I will make sure I put up this case since my father is an IPS officer and will request him to look in this matter.
Sulagna Lahiri
This venue was chosen for our Sunday buffet lunch.<br/><br/>I liked the staff and Clealiness of the place.<br/><br/>I liked the salad section.<br/><br/>However, below could better?<br/><br/>Soft music to refresh the ambience.<br/>4 options of starters could be increased to 6.<br/>Option of mocks should have been multiple.<br/>What ever be the side dishes, there could have been 1 more option each.<br/><br/>Overall nice experience.

Today i.e. 17th August 2019, we visited The Park Hotel for a buffet. We bought vouchers via an app at 50% discount. Let me give you my feedback category wise.<br/><br/>Ambience - 5/5 to the ambience. Everything was arranged and placed really well. Food was also arranged in right section and, we dint find any difficulty in taking food.<br/><br/>Food 4/5 - Everything tasted really very well. There were 2 types of non veg starters which comprised of Fish and Chicken. Both were very good and the green chutney served with it was also yummy. In Veg starters, there was chaat counter which consisted of Dahi Vada, Puchka or Pani Puri what we can call in Mumbai, Papdi Chaat similar to Sev Puri and Aloo Pattice Chaat. All the chaat tasted good but was little salty.<br/><br/>Main Course - It has various breads, Chana Masala, Methi Sabji, Paneer Matar and Non Veg comprised of Fish, Chicken and Mutton. There was veg pulav and yellow dal with papad and 4 types of pickles. All this was made super well and was hot and tasted good.<br/><br/>Salad 4/5 - Salads looked and tasted delicious however more and different vairty could be added.<br/><br/>Dessert 4/5 - they had chocolate cake, cheese cake, fruit cuts and ice cream. Completely surprised that NOT A SINGLE INDIAN SWEET WAS AVAILABLE. TECHNICALLY IT SHOULD BE, BUT IT WAS NOT THERE.<br/><br/>Now COMES THE MOST DISAPPOINTING PART AND WHY I RATED 2 FOR MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE. IT IS...<br/><br/>Service 2/5 - NO Matter how tasty the food is its the service which will motivate you to go back to the same place. And that was super disappointing as the service was so bad that, I would not want to go back at all. Here's my experience in detail.<br/><br/>Biswanath - This person was a server and I honestly felt that, we made a huge mistake by going on a time when he would be serving customers. We had to ask for a Napkin 3 times and finally the Manager Anant who arranged it for us. We requested Biswanath to get us drinks and that came after 15mins, again it was the manager Anant who bought for us. Biswanath, was busy chit chatting with another female server who was at the main entrance. It looked as if he was more interested in talking to her instead of attending the clients.<br/><br/>Anant - He was a perfect Manager and served us everything within 2mins from the time we requested him for anything. Be it an ice cream spoon, Napkin, repeating our soft drinks etc.<br/><br/>Other Servers - There was a server who served me an ice cream and did not use his common sense that I will also need a spoon to eat it. He simply kept the ice cream and went away. It took ages for them to even clear the plates. I don't know what kind of customer service is that.<br/><br/>Also, WHEN I TOOK PULAV, I FOUND A BIG BLACK THREAD IN IT. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME TO THE ANOTHER MANAGER, HE DINT EVEN APOLOGIZED. HE GAVE ME A LOOK AS IF I HAD PUT THAT THREAD ON PURPOSE. IT WAS REALLY, ANNOYING. SO WE SIMPLY ATE OUR FOOD AND WALKED OFF.<br/><br/>There was no one who came to acknowledge or even ask if everything was fine. Did we need anything else.<br/><br/>In short, the service from all the servers and managers apart from Anant was pathetic.<br/><br/>IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE, WE PLAN TO GET IN FUTURE, I DON'T THINK I WILL EVEN WANT TO COME BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING.<br/><br/>MANAGEMENT LOOK INTO THIS. We dint come for free... We paid for this service and are highly disappointed with this behavior and attitude. Also, I know the female servers are supposed to tie their hair for hygiene reasons. 1 server was busy flaunting her open hair and was seen playing with it instead serving customers.<br/><br/>Above is my detailed experience, for customers who feel this place has a big name, but trust me a few members service is worth then a nromal restaurant.

The restaurant had a nice ambiance... Good hospitality.. Food was not up to the mark. It could have been better according to it's worth. The staff were friendly<br/>

Well tbh I can't get over Park's food. I would highly recommend all of you to go there and have a bite of their buffet menu. Each and every item is delicious (100/5).
Sanjena Dadawala
Very disappointed with the Sunday brunch. No veg starters, very few options for the main course, food running out. Lethargic staff who behaved as if it was a crime asking for a drink or food item. Would not recommend it at all, not worth a quarter of the price.
Shradha
If there was 0 stars would have given just that their service sucks and behaviour really needs improvement they probably think they have enough people coming so don’t need to have more people coming in they have no qualms in sending back anyone hungry

I love this place. Such a soothing environment. And of course the foods are too good. The best thing that you will get here is the warm welcome by the staffs.

The worse buffet in town along with the most non-cooperative staff ever seen. What they have on the buffet menu is a joke. In addition the staff had the courtesy of taking a whole lot of time for serving starters (2 items only except for chaats and all) and mentioning later on that we had 15 minutes to help ourselves with the main course and get out. Pathetic!

Good ambiance and great food...We ordered for a paneer tikka(Jain) ..It turned out to be very good and also had pizza which was good too...Shall come back again

Only ambience is good. But staffs are not at all attentive to their guests. Even they don't know what is available and what not. For a single thing so many times they have to be called. Chefs should check the taste of food. Service is not as expected from such a 5star rated place.

The ambience will force you to sit there for hours.<br/>Outdoor and indoor sitting arrangements are available.<br/>Coming to the food, there were many varieties but the taste was not so good it was average.

Been there on a Sunday...Excellent ambience...Courteous staff and good hospitality...We took the buffet dinner .. There were 4 varieties of starters one of each type..Potato, Chicken, Paneer and Fish..Starters were good and tasty.<br/><br/>There were also salads and soups. A part to improve was the variety of maincourse- both veg and non veg. Among those that were there, tastes were good for all but much varieties were lacking.<br/><br/>Pretty much to choose from the desserts and all was good specially the cheese cake<br/>. Overall a good experience and a nice evening spent.

The Bridge,The Park Hotel.<br/>One of the top restaurant located inside the iconic Park Hotel of Kolkata.<br/>If North Indian is your favourite cuisine, then this is the restaurant for you. Their food quality is quite good. All the dishes tasted quite amazing. The service is prompt &the ambience it provides is top notch! <br/>The only con is the variety of food that they provide. The items are quite limited compared to other 5 stars. The number of items is not worth the price they are charging! We just tried the buffet menu, will the A-la-carte menu & blog about it soon! <br/>Buffet price - Rs 1495 (tax inc)<br/>-<br/>Taste - 4/5<br/>Quality- 4/5<br/>Service - 4/5<br/>Price - 2.5/5<br/>Ambience- 5/5

Not up to the mark, high price, less quantity. Though staffs are well behaved & ambience is so so but order preparation time was too long to get bored. <br/>I ordered - 1) Grilled chicken : Very tasty, I admit.<br/> 2) Spaghetti in bolognese sauce : Unsatisfying (Compared to the price, quantity was less). <br/> 3) Smirnoff small <br/>•Hospitality : 4/5 (Staffs are Well groomed, properly dressed, attentive)<br/>•Ambience : 3/5 <br/>•Food : 3/5 (by taste n quantity)<br/>•Pricing : Minimum 2k to 2.5k (for 2 persons)<br/>Overall not so charmed. I spent approximately 4k for 2 people just to have a 3 star experience. Probably will never visit again 😒😒

The place looks very beautiful and is calm. We went there to try out the weekend Dinner buffet.I went to the place nearly after 2 years and was one of my recommended dinning restaurants.Surprisingly starting from the selection of Buffet menu ,service ,quality of food everything looked very out of order and ill managed. The only thing i liked off the whole Buffet menu was only the Soup and Salad. This looked very odd to me compared to my previous experience with Bridge . The starters and Deserts are served on the table and you have no idea of the entire menu , you never come to know the options available for you for the Deserts.I would expect the menu to be more transparent and the quality/selection of food to be descent.I would not recommend Bridge as a preffered dinning option anymore.

One of the best place at the heart of Kolkata. The Bridge is one of the famous restaurant in Kolkata which is located at Park Street. Tried their buffet few days back. Taste and quality of the food was excellent. Service was great and superb hospitality. They have an outdoor seating area which is great. Salad counter, chaat counter is available. The kebabs were great.<br/><br/>Congratulations to The Park for completing 50 years.<br/><br/>Would love to visit again

A few days back, i went to this place. The bridge is the casual dining restaurant cum bar within The park, Kolkata. The bridge is all about buffet which has a wide variety of different cuisines. They also have indoor and outdoor options. You can enjoy your meal in the open air. We chose to sit inside. Inside decor is beautiful with trendy and modern furnitures. Overall the ambience was quite good and simple. we had on starter,<br/>• Fresh lime sode<br/>• chicken tikka<br/>• paneer tikka<br/>• Fish and chips<br/>• potato wedges<br/>And Live chaat counter is also available in buffet. You can have palak chaat, dahi wada, papri chat and noodle chat from there.Main course was also good and tasty. Keema matar was outstanding. We had veg polao, paneer butter masala, fish curry, chicken kosha, chole bhatore etc in main course. We finished our lunch with a slice of chocolate cake. We had a great time at The bridge.❣️<br/>From decoration to food, everything was just perfect 🔥

Finally ticked off this place from my bucket list which was there for a long time. The Bridge - The park is located in Park Hotel. No directions needed. You just had to get down at Park Street metro. So the moment i stepped in, I was very much impressed by their indoor , classy ambience, comfortable seating arrangements with a beautiful outdoor as well.<br/><br/>The place looks very beautiful and is calm.<br/>We went there to try out the weekday lunch buffet. They have a variety of dishes in their buffet spread starting from starters, salads , main course and desserts.<br/><br/>They also have live counter for few snacks which were :<br/>•Palak chaat (Recommended) : Really worth a try.<br/>•Aloo tikki chaat (Recommended)<br/>•Noodle chaat.<br/>•Panipuri<br/><br/>For starters we had :<br/>•Fish Nuggets<br/>• Chicken kebab<br/>•Potato Wedges<br/><br/>There was also a variety of main course dishes including veg pulao, shahi paneer, chole bhature, lacha paratha, mutton keema, chicken do piyaza, fish etc.<br/>I really loved the chole bhature, and the mutton keema was a delight to my tastebuds. The food is average. when you are in "The Park" , you should expect something to be Grand.. But , the food is not that Grand. The desert section has very little options.<br/>on the Christmas eve, the main attraction was Sheperds pie and turkey..

So recently I was here to try their buffet lunch menu. It's price is Rs 1495 inclusive of taxes. They had a huge variety of salads at first. They had a chaat counter too with aloo tikki, papri and palak chaat, puchka and bhel too. Then they have a main course counter with a lot of dishes. Chana masala, puri, rice, mutton keema, fish curry, chicken, dal, and few veg dishes too. In desserts they have peanut cheesecake, chocolate cake and ice creams.<br/>The food taste is superb. Fine quality and excellent taste. Specially the mutton and fish dish. And in desserts I loved both the chocolate cake and cheesecake.<br/>For the ambience I can say it is very decent and well decorated. They have a outdoor sitting arrangement also.<br/>

I've bee to this place. Located at The Park Hotel <br/>Proper Fine Dine Bar cum Restaurant.<br/>Quite expensive in every section from food to beverage, beverage to alcohol.<br/>Even they charge differently.<br/>Like if you order mineral water they'll charge separately for food is different and for alcohol is different.

The ambience was outstanding. Well behaved staffs. Variety of starters , main course . Actually it was maha sashti. That's why so many options we had. The bhetki paturi was just mouthwatering and also the lachha paratha. But the.desserts were okay okay. I've visited two times and both are the time of durgapuja. Surely will visit again

Well for a change, I thought of trying continental apart from my selective fine dines and, one day I visited this place with my friend and tried grilled chicken in lemon butter sauce and grilled fish. Well I was promised that both will be good for us to try and honestly speaking I really liked the food.<br/><br/>Keeping in mind that since it is a five star fine dining, I did not mind paying the price which was really worthy.<br/><br/>Staffs are good and always welcome you with smile. One should visit this place if you want a good ambience and good service.

Maybe it was the new year chaos or just usual but I didn’t like the food at all. It was a buffet arrangement for the 4 of us. Sure the variety of food was huge but there wasn’t a single dish that’s worth mentioning except for maybe the dessert. The tastes were bland and ordinary.<br/><br/>But what annoyed us the most was the behaviour of the attendant. She kept enquiring about when we would leave so that they could offer our table to other guests. That’s totally uncool. <br/><br/>If I went to the park again, I’d rather go to zen.

This place is a nightmare for anyone who wants to take their team out for a party. Every month I take my entire Office team out for dinner and this time it was disastrous. Will never go and recommend bridge to anyone in future. Food was like 3 days old.

Though we started on a bad note, but the manager and the chef made sure we weren't left disappointed.<br/>The Park always sounds really good and hyped when it comes to its service and food and so was my expectation coming from a different city<br/><br/>Nevertheless, the Pizza and the Spaghetti served was the best.<br/>Thank you for the complimentary pizza and desert.

We had a lot of expectations from this place and why not it's the Park after all, one of the elite hotels in Kolkata located in the posh location of park street. But in a word we were disappointed.<br/>To start with, the menu consisted of chaats- okayish. However, a buffet spread with only two kinds of soup and no starter is a big disappointment coming from such a hotel. The main course consisting solely of Indian menu was also nothing out of ordinary. Only the "sorshe maach" could meet my expectations I felt. Desserts were rasmalai, pineapple cake, cheese cake, mishti doi, hot gulab jamun- none of them worth mentioning. I would definitely not go back.

We had new year special brunch. There was a vast option in Buffet. More than any other buffet we had. Dessert were great all the desserts were provided by Flury’s. But I Main Course were not to the expectation. I recommend this place.

Nice place with good service. We usually go to any coffee shop post dinner and yesterday for a change it was at Bridge. Pizzas and Risottos were nice. The dessert seemed a bit stale, we had ordered a molten choc with ice cream.<br/>It's there on Zomato Gold and that made the experience even better.

We attended the New Year's Brunch at this place. The menu was elaborate with loads of starters and Do-it-yourself Salads, and Cold meats but in actual the starters that stood out the most was Chicken Tikka Kebabs and Fried Fish. The Salads were below average, I mean the newer cafés does a better job. The cold meats were not well cut. They were thick and dry with an off putting smell. The Main Course was okayish with Mutton Biriyani and other Indian dishes, with an exception of Veg Au Gratin and Roast Turkey. The main course dishes were average, nothing really stood out. The Roasted Turkey was almost over by the time we got there and was choking dry, and the best thing was the Bacon-wrapped Sausages. The dessert section was also unimpressive. The cakes were dry and the Fruit Cake, which I was rooting for was dry and lack-luster. There are other buffets that are way better in comparison to the price. I would definitely not recommend their buffet for the price we've to pay. Please research better places to enjoy your next buffet.

Came to have desserts with my brother on New year's Eve. Being a Zomato Gold member, i had a 1+1 offer on food, which made it convenient for both of us to relish two items. We ordered for a Chocolate Madagascar along with the Complimentary dish of Nolen Gur ice cream served with liquid gur in the side.<br/>Both were good to have. Great ambiance overall.
Supreet Bhattacharjee
The hospitality was not that pleasant. Food/Managers are not at all bothered about recharging the food-menus. Some containers remained empty. The food was tasty though. Very limited menu items in main course as well as desserts which makes your choices quite restricted! Overall not a ‘wow experience’. It was just Ok!
Partha Pratim Roy
Good ambience and food. Service was little slow. We enjoyed the food and the time spent. Choice was limited at that time for some change over.

Had a very average experience. With out the feeling that you are having and eating at “the park” the food in itself was average. <br/>The main course menu seemed very pale and limited. <br/>Marriott has a far better diverse menu. <br/>Coming to sweet dishes , as well very limited. 2 sweets, 3 pastries (all tasting the same). One cake and the custard (bad) . <br/><br/>The starter wasn’t impressive either.
Debasis Mazumder
Huge Christmassy lunch spread celebrating the festivities and we hogged. Oh God I am so full of Cold cut meats, bacon, prawns, rosemary chicken, Shepard pie, shorshe maach, etc etc etc..!<br/><br/>Wish everyone and especially my Zomato people a very Merry Christmas :)

Had the pleasure of going for a family dinner on Christmas Eve. We were given a place on the terrace adjacent to the indoor dining area and the experience was lovely. What was really like an icing on the cake was there were candles lit on every table and it just stepped up the ambience to the next level. The buffet spread had a lot of variety and as with most buffet some items were a hit and some were misses. Soups included Thyme Scented Chicken Broth and Truffle essenced cream of mushroom soup. I did not like the chicken broth; found it to be lacking in flavor. Starters included Jamaican Jolt Chicken Tikka, Ocean Crumb Fried Fish and Chips, Purani Dilli Style Paneer Tikka, Herb Rubbed Potato Wedges. All the starters were excellent. The Purani Dilli Style Paneer Tikka with green chutney was delicious. There was a separate carving station which had roast butterball turkey with cranberry sauce. I did not find it to be very delicious and the turkey was dry in itself. Bacon wrapped sausages was ok. Main course included roast chicken with rosemary jus, vegetable au gratin in Western cuisine. Did not taste either of the dishes. Indian dishes included jeera rice, laccha paratha, dal jugalbandi, sarson ka saag, bharwan aloo, chana masala, paneer ke bhooley (stuffed paneer cigarellos in a smoked tomato curry), sorshe mach, amritsari prawn curry. The tawa paratha was really light and went well with bharwan aloo. The desserts too had a wide spread. I did not like notun gurer rossogolla; Chocolate gateaux was less sweet but what I loved was the chocolate sauce. Hot and delicious chocolate sauce loved to my hearts content.

Despite being full, breakfast handled really well. Staff well trained and courteous in the light of an onslaught. Sign of good training and culture. Well done.<br/>Arnab Chatterjee<br/>Ex employee of The park and staying in 241 till 1st Jan<br/><br/>Well... I guess I said it too early. Today the service is bad and slow. The lady at the egg station is just the person u don’t want there if u want to protect your brand. The people serving tables outside are like zombies and seem to be enjoying the weather more than helping customers. Sorry, but the rating has to drop. You guys were 5 till yesterday.

Veg food is seriously poor. Ok if you want to go to a 5 star restaurant but hardly going to like anything. Too much butter and oil is used in food.

Visited the place this pujo after finding out that they were serving a special dinner buffet on Ashtami with fully Bengali Cuisine.<br/>The experience, though far from being bad,was a bit underwhelming.<br/>The ambience was exactly what one expects from a restaurant like this.Classy seating, bright lighting and they had "dhaki music" on celebrating the occasion of Durga Puja.<br/>The starters and chaats were good.We really loved their papri chat and Dahi Vada, the latter was very authentic.<br/>The main course was a let down. The pulao was so sweet ,that it felt like having a dessert. The Shorshe chingri seemed like a sea of mustard gravy with floating pieces of prawns here and there. The posto chicken and the mutton kosha were good, but nothing extraordinary as we expected. Also, some dish or the other was missing at the buffet table everytime I went there which was unsusual considering it was not really overcrowded.<br/>The dessert was good ,specially the pudding, hot gulab jamun and the pineapple mousse.<br/>A good experience.

Visited this place on a friend's birthday. We had taken buffet. The decor and ambience was great but coming to food, we were disappointed with the options. The options were very few. They served two non veg starters and they were good. But the main course disappointed us with their limited options. The taste of the food was good. However the service was very very slow. Had to ask the same thing thrice or at least twice to get a proper answer. Also, one person won't be able to guide you properly, they will ask the others. Considering we had taken a buffet, we asked if they would provide a complimentary cake as it was my friend's birthday, they said you have to buy the cake. unlike Jw Marriott and Barbeque nation where they provide a complementary cake for birthdays with buffet. Even the dessert options were very less. Nevertheless, the only good thing was it's ambience. If I visit again, it would be for its ambience, not for it's food.<br/><br/>Taste-3. 5/5<br/>Ambience-4/5<br/>Service-2/5<br/><br/>Recommendations: I wouldn't recommend the buffet as I don't think it was worth it. But if you wanna enjoy the ambience, you can definitely go and visit this place.

Organise Corporate Buffet there.<br/>Ambience is quite cool but no good music .<br/><br/>Staffs are not so much fast and not serves well.<br/><br/>We have Drinks :<br/>Teachers 🥃 <br/>Sula 🍷 <br/>Smirnoff<br/>Budweiser 🍺 <br/>Lime Soda 🍸 <br/><br/>Price were so high .<br/><br/>Talking about Buffet :<br/>A good thing about buffet is they serves starters with drinks.<br/><br/>But main course doesn’t have the price value dishes.<br/>All dishes are ok .<br/>We have 13peoples buffet and 6 people drinks .<br/><br/>Total billed crosses 35000 bucks.<br/><br/>So overall not aspected in terms of rate.<br/><br/>

Visited here to celebrate my birthday,I loved the ambiance and the staffs were courteous as expected, starters were good enough too, liked the crunchy fried fish dish served with mayo, but the main course was disappointing, they had steamed rice and parantha only, and only 2 non-veg sides, the dessert section lacked the most, only having 4-5 kinds of desserts one of which was yogurt and the other was cut fruits, the experience would have been much much better if there were more options in the main course and desserts and the desserts were on display so that we could have chosen what we wanted to have after seeing them and not ordering them individually.
