Review Chili's Grill & Bar - Kolkata (Calcutta)

We ordered Grilled Chicken with Creamy Jalapeno Sauce,Cajun Chicken Pasta in White Sauce,Chicken Wings and Molten Lava Cake. We loved the pasta so much that we repeated the order. Food and atmosphere was extremely good. Regarding service, they must think of supplying enough tisseu paper but not with hands and also help the customers with enough empty plates of bigger size. All over a very good experience.

I have been a regular here for years and much like all the other branches, here also one isn't disappointed. I have tried mostly everything in the last 6 years or so. Some of my favourites are the Quesadillas, the fajitas, the burgers and the ribs. The portions are great, the flavours are excellent and the presentations are top notch. Yes, the price is a bit steep, but it feels justified. I only wish they start serving beef instead of buff.

Let me get this straight before I start - this place has become one of my favourite places till now. They made me fall in love with fast food. Specially that one monster sized burger called boss burger 😌♥️ (It was a disastrous experience at Hyatt that led me to this place... "Sweet are the uses of adversity") Now, the ambience and service was definitely great. But the food... I tried their cheese balls, boneless chicken wings, quesadilla and (♥️) Boss burger. The boss burger has chicken, lamb, pickles, bacon, lettuce.. dripping with juices and barbeque sauce and served with a generous portion of fries. Tasted great and it alone has the capacity to fill your stomach. (I had to pack 40% of it to go).

Fantastic food, great ambience. Staff was really welcoming. We had the Crispy Chicken Tacos, Southern Smokehouse Burger, and Molten Chocolate Cake. All of them tasted heavenly! Quantity is appropriate wrt price

Everything is good starting from food to ambience, loads of option to eat from. I choose the burgers my friends choose rice bowl all of them were in good quantity and nice in taste.

Chef quality servings. The taste was okay. Quantity was not up to the mark as per the price. Quite overpriced. The ambience was great. Good for family dinner and dinner with friends. The behaviour of the staff was polite and nice. They help in serving. Overall a good restaurant. You can definitely visit and enjoy your dinner or lunch.

Terrific! What an ambience! Can't really complain about the food either. Had an amazing Christmas and had a feast. We tried : 🔸Cheesy Chicken Pasta ( WOW ). 🔸Boss Burger ( tasted as good as it looked). 🔸Grilled Herb Steak ( was a Medium cooked Buffalo steak, loved it). 🔸Signature Chicken Wings 🔸Chicken over a bed of Rice with Broccoli. 🔸 Cocktails ( Hurricane is a must-try). Food wasn't that reasonable, however it was totally worth it. Would definitely love to visit again.

Chili's at Acropolis mall is a good place to hang out n probably have a few beers with friends. Nice seating and good interiors. There were some one on one offers on beer and food in the afternoon which was kinda good. Prices are definitely on the higher side for most items. Service was prompt and always with a smile. Recommended!

Loved the vibe and food. Really enjoyed the 'Texas Chilli Poppers', 'Chipolte Chicken Flatbread' and the drinks (fresh lime soda and non-alcoholic Mojito) we ordered. I will definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone.

The decor is very beautifully done, the high ceiling and the hanging lights look dreamy after sundown. The drinks and food, everything we ordered were too good - taste and quantity wise, both. We had ordered Fish and chips, Butter garlic prawns and Chicken wings in Cajun sauce, everything tasted lip-smacking. We tried their mocktails and they tasted quite delicious too. Definitely recommend.

This time my experience was extreamly bad. Service and ambiance was good but food terrible .<br/>I had ordered non veg triple dipper. Cheese poppers, chicken wings and crisper.<br/>First instead of signature wings I got only wings.<br/>I had asked the difference while ordering and was told it's the same. I ordered boneless wings. = I got dry fried ones. ( later the person concerned gave me wings with bone . That tasted ok. )<br/>Then I had ordered steak. With mashed potato and vegs. The steak was terrible. It tasted like boiled meat and was watery.and was not well done (smell) and the mashed potatoes too tasted bad.<br/>The sauce/ dip was watery.<br/>In fact yesterday I was in quest and I had an amazing meal.<br/>Every food item was a disaster except the cheese poppers. <br/>In these 8 years that I have been a regular... this was the first time I have second thoughts about chilis. Sad but true. I was completely heart broken. <br/>I had complained . But ....

If you have got a few extra bucks in your pocket then chili's should top your list. Although a bit over priced chili's serves you best continental in town.

So after the lockdown I recently visited here with my friends. They were not serving any alcoholic beverages when we went there. Other than that all the classic items were available. So we took one Green apple and One mango virgin mojito. And the classic platter.

Amazing outlet along with a cozy ambience. Chili's did not let me down on my birthday. Great food along with drinks. Completely packed with amazing people all around. A good place to hang out with your friends and family. Taste of the dishes is ofcourse 5/5 and drinks too. Will visit soon. I really had a great time here.

I have to admit that Chilis has always been a my favourite go to place in town. I am a frequent visitor in Chilis Quest. The food, the staff there, it exceeds my expectation every time. Somehow, yesterday I decided to drop in to Chilis Acropolis Mall and the first thing I wanted to do today after waking up was write a review for the worst ever customer service in a restaurant. An extremely rude server who has 0 courtesy and manners. I wish I had asked his name. In case, if you are reading this, I am not going back to your restaurant ever again. WORST is an understatement. You guys should join a course or something to brush up your customer service skills. Maybe learn from your Colleagues in Quest.

Refreshing Alcohol watermelon Margarita. It’s taste so awesome when u drink it , u feel the flavour of watermelon with alcohol taste that’s makes too good..My experience was awesome, definitely want to go next time.Chilis just awesome

The food is not satisfactory enough compared to the price. Had to call their staffs so many times for tissue, straw, water, bill. Service was not up to the mark but the most funny part is they took 154 for service charge.<br/>We ordered :<br/>∆Boneless wings (₹395) - We ordered signature boneless chicken wings. A picture that shown in the menu card was hand- tossed chicken wings in tangy sauce (which looks very tempting) but they served 10 pieces boneless fried chicken(kfc style) with two sauce and some raw carrot.<br/>∆Chicken and shrimp fajita (₹595) - Grilled chicken breast piece and 6 piecy shrimp served in a hot sizzler plate with some onion,red bell paper, capsicum. Veggies were totally dry and tasteless! Visited chillies on a weekend for a dinner. The ambience was electrifying . I Ordered red sauce pasta , the service was not too fast as the restaurant was packed. Absolutely love their food. Have had almost everything from here. My favourite would be their nachos, all burgers, tacos, quesadillas. I do always order a side of their corn on the cob, which is a plain steamed sweet corn, literally melts in my mouth.<br/>Service is great as well.

I have been a long term customer of Chili's. Tonight I ordered a chipotle chicken rice bowl value meal. Everything was there in the bowl except the chicken. Is this the way you cheat your customers? Like you forgot to add chicken in a 'chicken rice bowl' ? or the chicken went out of stock and you felt like sending it without chicken instead of informing the same? This is really pathetic!!

One of the most popular restaurant among the youngsters, if you haven't visited chilli's grill & bar yet, do visit. It's awesome food and classy decor will definitely catch your heart.<br/>We ordered refreshing drinks and then in main course chicken cajun pasta, & the famous non-veg triple dipper , chipotle chicken flat bread ,sizzling fajitaz, fresh salads, south western chicken pizza, and in dessert mouthwatering molten chocolate cake.

This was my second time ordering from Chilli's in a month. The first order was... not upto the expectations. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt as I have always had good experience with this place. So I gave it another shot and was utterly disappointed! Who would have thought! The quesadillas was super dry and without any flavour. It was straight up parantha and chicken strips. What did they charge me so high for!? They did not even provide black beans and rice like they usually do. Along with quesadillas, I ordered chicken rice bowl, which was not very flavorful either. The dips given did not even fill 1/4th of the container. Highly disappointed in Chilli's. If I could deprive the restaurants of all stars I would.

Awesome. This place never disappoints you when it comes to the quality of the food. Everything that I tried there was just amazing. We tried ancho basa with add on prawans, tortilla bread with lot of dips, smoked chicken pasta, fajitas chicken n shrimp, brownie with ice cream.

The chicken pizza tasted like roadside pav bhaji. Excessive tangy flavour from the raw tomatoes and lemon. The pizza base as you can see is nothing but pav bread! The pepperoni pizza was tasteless in the least to say! Dollops of maida is the best way to put it! No extra condiments like chilly flakes or seasoning cake along either! A very half hearted effort on Chili's side. Just not expected.

The place was dull and staffs not so interactive.<br/>The chicken in the grilled chicken platter was cold and bland as well as its sauce.<br/>The chicken thig was good and the sauce tasty and tangy.<br/>We were asked to order food ASAP as they said that the kitchen was about to close (9pm).<br/>The table we were given was at the back of a side station, the distance between the table and the station was not even a meter.<br/>I expected much better from this outlet as the quest mall chili's has amazing food, staff and ambience.

Santa fe crisper salad<br/>The greens are tossed in their special ranch dressing which is absolutely my favourite and tortilla strips,pico de gallo, corn relish and cilantro with crispy chicken crisper. To top it all off they drizzle it with their Santa fe sauce.<br/>The salad is fresh and the crispy. It is something that I can have bowls and bowls of and never get tired of it. The tortilla chips add a crispy element and the chicken was juicy and crispy as well. But the thing that makes good for me is that dressing. I want a jar of that dressing. That salad was simply really satisfying<br/>Country fried calamari<br/>The squid is lightly battered and is golden fried to crisp perfection. A good starter to pair up with drinks.<br/>However I was not really in love with this dish. Even though I am a big seafood lover it was not for me. There was not any fault with the making of the dish per se, it just didnt suit my tastebuds. The calamari was crispy and the quantity was vast. The only plus point for me was the ranch dressing accompanying it. I could simply stock up on that dressing

Favorite place alert!!! I had an amazing time there. The food was delicious staffs were courteous and service was super fast. We ordered LIIT , Roasted garlic spaghetti with chilli oil and Veg triple dipper!! I love the decor there and I keep on revisiting this place. Highly recommended.

I went there Acropolis mall outlet...I really like the ambience.. specially in the 2nd floor.. sitting area are really beautiful..staffs are also polite in behavior..now coming to the food section.. quality & quantity both are good..but in taste that is avarage..I think they should improve the taste of their foods..apart from these...I would like to like to visit again 😊😊

Chili's has become a name that needs no introduction. The selling point for chili's according to me is the freshness in all their dishes. Be it food or drinks. Food is great in quantity and taste is amazing too. The best ingredients are used. It might be a little pricey but the only reason people come back here is because of the vibrant menu and quality of food. Some of my favourites are the chicken rice bowl, Texas spicy boneless chicken wings, smokey tenderloin burger, the tacos, the mixed platter fajita. :)

Each and every dishes were good except the BBQ ribs which was a huge disappointment. It tasted like cold storage meat tender but tasteless and very dry.

The place was fairly crowded and we did not have to wait to get a place.<br/><br/>Service: the staff is very friendly. But yes the service there is a bit slow. We had to tell them to clear the tables or provide with more napkins and even when will the food arrive. Other than that everything was nice. Rating: 3.5/5<br/><br/>Ambience: the place was cozy and had an amazing decoration. The music was a bit loud but other than that, loved the ambience. 4/5<br/><br/>Last but not the least: FOOD: WE LOVED THE FOOD. The staff had to be called multiple times to provide us with water, tissues and to clear the table. Moreover, the staff is not cooperative when the customers want to choose where they want to sit. The staff also misbehaves when asked to provide the balloons kept outside. I don't think for the huge amount of money being paid, or the amount being paid as service charges really do justice to the way the customers are treated.

I had celebrated my boyfriend's birthday at Chili's, Acropolis Mall. The staff there are courteous and they interact with you the entire time to serve you food that suits you best. They also decorated the place and served us a complimentary dessert. The ambience is pretty with a good view. The food quality is also good.<br/>Definitely recommed it. Also special mention to Miss Tumpa and Mr Lucky for their hospitality.

The pioneers in Mexican cuisine.. Ambiance is good. Staff behaviour and service is extremely praiseworthy. Biplab was the guy who served us. He was very warm in his approach. We had Fajita and steak. Fajita was very good. Steak was also no doubt good but I would not say it is best in town..

Visited Chili's outlet at Acropolis mall today... Our server Palash was very prompt and helped us in figuring out exactly what we wanted... D fajita chicken nachos and veg poppers basket was perfect for a session of munching around n gossip. Coming to the main course...the grilled chicken rice bowl is always a safe bet when u want to have a bit of rice n chicken but also feel d crunch...the fajita chicken was equally good but the order that actually took us by surprise was the south Western smoked bacon burger..<br/>With onions rings, bacon and chicken patty inside and dribbling barbecue sauce over it...well it was simply heavenly... For dessert it was the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream...no pics taken as we literally jumped on it...d taste...d feeling...cannot b described in words...it was dat good.<br/>Achintya and Palash took good care of us and we would love to visit Chili's again very soon.

My all time fav.i love varities of burger and crispy fried calamari over here. Bay ribs, tacos, pasta,Cajun chicken and many more others favourite dishes.docor is vibrant with cozy spaces inbetween this.just one negative point,while billing they charge service charge other than gst and gst over that service charge. Means we are paying service charge(some resturant do) and again tax for that service charge...that's funny.

Chili's personally I feel serves the BEST Continental and Tex-Mex cuisine in the city. Having tried the other two outlets at South City Mall and Quest Mall (the latter outlet being the best of the three) was keen on this Acropolis outlet, and sure enough though partly it couldn't live up to my high hopes and expectations, once again it did not disappoint. Like always, they absolutely nailed the dishes to perfection.<br/><br/>The interior has the typical look of an American diner; during the year-end festive season it had been decked accordingly with tinsels and fairy lights. The other two outlets I find are brighter and more attractive.<br/><br/>We had:<br/><br/>>TEXAS SPICY CHILI WINGS: Mouthwateringly delicious bone-in or boneless (either options are available; we'd opted for boneless) chicken wings tossed in Texas spicy chili sauce, served with a swirl of jalapeño aioli and sprinkled with queso fresco and fresh cilantro. Though a bit spicy but salty to the right degree, the signature drool-worthy chicken wings were absolutely gorgeous to taste - soft juicy chicken chunks having a lovely crispy crunchy outer texture covered in cheese coating, coupled with a finger-licking yummy sauce. A must try. (Not recommended for those who cannot withstand spiciness of any kind). 🍗🍗<br/>Verdict: 4.6/5<br/>Price: INR 395<br/><br/>>SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN PIZZA: 8-sliced pizza served fresh and hot, topped with chili-rubbed grilled chicken, chipotle aioli, cheddar, mozzarella and Monterey Jack, green and red bell peppers, red onions and house-made pico de gallo. A tasteful pizza with a motley of delish toppings and a soft thick crust, though perhaps not the best of pizzas but definitely worth the try for any diehard pizza lover (like me). Recommended if opting for pizza here at Chili's. 🍕🍕<br/>Verdict: 4.3/5<br/>Price: INR 495<br/><br/>Service was swift but staff though being extremely polite and efficient seemed to lack dexterity and professional ethics, one of them being rather argumentative which we did not appreciate at all at such a reputed place.<br/>Prices are slightly steep but also quite affordable and totally justifiable considering the taste and sufficient quantity of food served and the awesome value for money. The bill totalled to INR 794 (including 15% Dineout discount) but payment of INR 636 was done via Dineout Pay using Dineout PromoCash.<br/><br/>In all, Chili's is mandatory if one is fond of or looking for Western cuisine. We had Texas spicy wings and bacon and cheddar steak. Both the dishes were delicious and our server - Biplab was courteous and gave proper recommendations. The ambience is very pretty with smoothing music. A friday well spent!

I asked for chicken and shirm fazitas with cheese but they served without cheese and infact it was not sizzling at all.... After seeing my plate without cheese I say again about cheese and they take the dish for 10mins and come.... Seriously bad experience it was... Quest chilis is better... Plus my fnd ordered strawberry margarita without ice but they gave lots of ice cubes.. So they exchanged but actually they just throw only ice cubes... It was too cold... We couldn't have it properly. Sorry i wont come again.

They served quite good amount of food which you couldn't finish alone. We ordered Beer, Texas spicy chilli wings and Molten Chocolate Cake. It was nicely cooked and truly very delicious.
